On Thurs. @ 5pm, first time here. Prices seem a good value.Staff were polite , helpful. Cashier said would cost me $0.75 to substitute Wing for Drumstick; enough sign said those pieces cost the same. I have never had Fish that thin? More crispy coating than fish ! Wish they offered tartar sauce.Drumstick was cooked properly, meaty & tasted OK.Thigh mostly "meatless, Back" and was dry, burnt taste ( not sure if under heat lamps too long or in fryer too long?Place is well lit, bright. Tile floor felt sticky to my shoes.Roll and the Mashed potatoes & gravy were pretty good ; a bit of skins included.Food is very mild, v. little spicyness..I would not take a date here. I might return if hungry and in the neighborhood.

This is my first time at a Louisiana fire chicken in Rosenberg. I ordered my food after through a drive-through. The customer service rep was not customer service oriented... I got my food. My chicken was hot. My biscuit was cold, and my french fries were COLD !!!. They were not season at all. They were just thrown on top of the hot chicken. I gave the french fries back to the guy and told him that the french fries were not even LUKEWARM... He then began to feel the french fries and he asked the guy like what happened. They didn't say anything. Then he told me to drive to the front. Somebody will bring it out. I began to drive to the front and then I see two people sitting down. That looks like they were supposed to be in the kitchen. I waited five minutes. Nobody brought my french fries out. I went inside and asked for the french fries. He proceeded to hand me a bag.
