Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken and Seafood

i was feeling lazy and craving some fried fish so i doordashed from here for the first time. i honestly was pleasantly surprised, considering what i had seen in the previous reviews i did not have such high hopes but i enjoyed it! i thought the fried foods were great! slightly disappointed in the pasta but it wasn't bad, just tasted a bit more like regular spaghetti. the bread that came with it was decent.fish and chicken combo - 8/10 i thought it was perfectly crispy and the batter was tasty!cajun pasta - 5/10 probably won't get again

Chicken was ok but it tasted like the oil it was fried in was burnt. Usually the chicken is fantastic. Hopefully my next visit will be better.

Tuesday is Special they say! Lol. Seem to like eating at Lousiana's for fried food over Popeyes. Seems like time effort cooking! Also depends on the store and cooks. Every location are not the same. But anytime I'm around here I will come back to eat.

Was in texas visiting family and site seeing . Came upon this place and loved everything no complaints at all in nj jersey city too

The chicken is awesomely great! I would have given five stars but the cleanliness of the store is sketch. Despite this I have gone back several times and will continue to go back because the fried chicken is just too good to pass up. I'm a Popeyes fan when it comes to chicken but this place is sooo much better than Popeyes. I'm glad it's not near my house cause I would be tempted to eat there everyday.

Louisiana famous fried chicken just opene and I've been excited to try since they put their signs up on the old whataburger location a few months back.If your into creole, gumbo, seafood, and spicy chicken, or just fried food in general well this is the place for you.I came in and I ordered 2pc white chicken with fries, dinner roll , drink for $7.99 and also ordered shrimp fried rice which came with 2 wings for $10.99. The shrimp fried rice was surprisingly delicious and such good amount of shrimp the portion size seems to be for 2-3 people, it didn't have a Chinese taste to it so it wasn't greasy. The chicken was awesome very juicy and had such good taste to the spice, btw they only serve spicy chicken so don't expect mild the chicken is very good.They have tons of daily specials and they do catering also they carry desserts.I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Pretty good chicken. This location used to be a Whataburger, so they did a pretty good job making it their own. It's not fast food so don't expect for it to be ready as soon as you order it. The food comes out fresh and piping hot. I waited about 10 minutes at the window for my order which was a 10-piece dark fried chicken with large french fries. They served fried chicken and fried seafood, they also have gumbo and other Cajun items. Fries were really good.Three stars because I have one of these places by my house and they actually have a cheaper deal on their 10-piece special. This place was hiring for a few positions so I'd recommend anyone looking for a summer job go ahead and apply. They're looking for a manager to the cashier and in between.

This place is an excellent of how you can serve a delicious meal at a reasonable price. It's an effective blend of fast food with that home cooked flavor. I ordered a combo with 2 large pieces of catfish served with a leg and a thigh. For the sides I picked a cup of beans and rice. The fish was large and tasty. It had a slight lack of crispness that could have meant it was microwaved or heat lamp. The fried chicken (no tenders here, yea) was crispy with a minimal flour crust. While both items were tasty be aware there is some serious Cajun spices present. The beans and rice were served in a full cup. The beans were cooked to perfection. The natural gravy that cones with slow cooked beans made the entire delicious and very filling. When adding a drink for $1 made then entire meal less than $10. Nice! Note the place is in a former Whataburger restaurant. All in all this was money well spent. Of course they have many Cajun favorites that I didn't try including fried shrimp, gumbo and jambalaya. Enjoy!

First let me say the food was just awesome! I went to the drive through because it was getting late and I wanted to get back to my hotel. Ordered 10 wings and some sides. Pulled up paid and waited for roughly 10 minutes. I knew it was late and I was probably going to get some freshly cooked wings. I finally knocked on the drive through window and asked if they forgot about me. They did not and in another minute or so I got my dinner!! Got back to my hotel and it was at the right temperature to eat. It was some of the best fried wings I have had in a long time. I'll be back and will play on my phone while I wait for another awesome meal. Had some pictures but accidently deleted them, I'll add some on my next trip which should be in 2 weeks.

It's fine for fast food. The only thing you don't see at all fast food restaurants is the children of employees sleeping or playing games in the booths. It made me sad. I had the fish po boy, my husband had a chicken combo. He did not eat much of the dirty rice. Everything else was edible, but not worth going back for.
