We had a great Miami Spice meal here. $45 per person with fine cuts of meat. You're lead to a refrigerated area where you pick out your own cut. What keeps the price down is that it's BYOB, with $10 corkage fee, so you won't run up a big liquor bill. Bit of an odd location but pleasant inside. Definitely worth a try.

**DISCLAIMER I lived in Texas and have dined at multiple farm to table restaurants on ranches with cattle**We visited for Miami Spice and enjoyed the unique experience of talking with the butcher while we watched him cut the meat we ordered, but the service left much to be desired. There was no option to leave a custom tip, despite the fact that the service was well below par. We waited 20 minutes for the check while our waitress ignored us.You also have to pay $6 for a bottle of Fiji water. The pot dessert had an interesting concept, but the ice cream was melted, and there were no hot toppings included to make the ice cream melt the way it was.The restaurant's ambiance had a casual, warehouse vibe.

Great food. Great ambiance. Great staff. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that this place is so centered around their quality of meat, and it is A+ quality. But sitting outside, it would be nice to see them grilling the steaks and smelling the smoke from them. I think it would add to the experience. Not only do i think it would add to it, i think it was lacking it.

All around amazing. The service amazing the food AMAZING. we did the Miami spice menu which was $45 pp. it is BYOB which I didn't know so next time going to bring a bottle of my choice and they charge a cork fee $10 beer and wine and $30 for spirits. The parking is a bit rough but they let us park in the front in front of their cars. Definitely coming back. When you go get your cut of meat the butcher takes you to the back into a "meat speakeasy" it was cool. Loved it. It's small inside but they have a court yard. Definitely call for reservations

Love the concept pure and simple. You pick your own cut and they will grilled to perfection. Flavorful and tender with no need of sauces or fancy ingredients. Everyone is very friendly.
