Total Score (3/5)Food/Beverage (2/3) - It's Wingstop! Its one of those chains that you have to hand it to them, their food is good. Original Hot, BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper and some fries, you con't really go wrong. If you really want to give something a try, I recommend getting a side of their Honey Mustard Sauce with their fries (well-done) and also dipping your Lemon Pepper and your Garlic Parmesan wings in it. So good...Service/Staff (0/1) - This is why I have my standards and do reviews the way I do them, otherwise I would probably give this whole review a 1 just based on experience. Don't trust the times given to you, it took a lot longer and has done so a couple times for us. Not only that, when I got there the last time I was told I had no order in a way that may me think I was the crazy one. After showing them I had an order, I was still told no I didn't even after checking in the back. Literally a few minutes later they had my order ready to go in a bag like nothing happened. All the while this was happening, they were giving food to friends that had just walked in the front door and handing off through the employee side door.Location (1/1) - It's a convenient location with plenty of parking. Order some wings, then run into HEB and grab something to wash down the food. You can also take your car through the car wash, trust me you'll have time.

I love wingstop. Order all the time but I've learned that this location is incapable of keeping up with all the orders. It's the only location within 5 miles and easiest to get to from anywhere in Cypress. But they don't have the ability to keep up with the demand. They should really expand because they can't keep up. Every time you try to order online, the website prevents it but the Fry rd and grant rd locations are able to accommodate if you're willing to drive that far. 9 times out of 10 that you can put an order in, it's either not ready within a 30-45 minute window, or they haven't even started preparing the order when you arrive 45 minutes later. Then when you get there, most everyone is standing around in the kitchen, talking and/or yelling.

This is by far the SLOWEST Wingstop EVER. There needs to be an adult here to supervise because these kids move like molasses. Very unorganized establishment. I placed an online order and it took me 45 minutes to get it. It's ridiculous

We have only been in this area for a year and this place goes down with every visit. If it's not the ever changing staff, the forgetful orders or the extra 25+ minutes you wait in house when you arrive when your online order says done, the nonchalant care to anything you say, you are more than likely going to have to send your fries back because those are waiting before they even drop the chicken. We live around the corner so we visit often and at different times of the day, the staff is rarely the same. Clearly this is a poorly managed location.

Love Wing Stop, just not this location. SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOWIf you order through mobile app do not go by ready time. I've done it a couple of times and still had to wait 15-20 minutes when arriving. Be sure to check your order before leaving. The picture attached is supposedly the garlic Parmesan wings I ordered.

Over an hour wait and no food Staff was rude Manager was useless Had to stop payment with our bank

Wings were terrible, no ranch or forks included in bag. They were fried to lightly and when I warmed them the next day the had completely lost all flavor. I feel to say that this should be unacceptable but hey if this is what they do then so be it. I've made many orders with them, online, call in, Uber, they have never gotten in correct. "Your food just came out" I was so ready to eat them. Wings were almost under cooked to me.

Horrible service highly don't recommend for one I called to place a order over 10 times no one answered and when I arrived I called to see if they were gonna answer cause they weren't busy and they just looked at it. Then I order my food and my dumb self forgot to check the bag but regardless they should know to put the food in there so I was missing half my order I got one combo bone in and boneless wings... it wasn't a hard order so why did I pay for a order I didn't even receive.... Y'all need to be fired. I tried calling to let them know I didn't receive my order but of course no answer but it was to late I was home and live 25 mins away

Placed a pick up order for an all in bundle on April 5, 2024. So I waited the 16-21 the app told me to and arrived at the place after about 25 mins. I get there and walk up to the counter where a lightskin girl at the front comes and ask for my order to which I tell her and she says it'll be 6 more mins which actually turned into 25 min. After being overly patient, I get up and ask another girl where my order is and she goes and checks and tell me they still haven't dropped my tenders and that it will be a 10 min wait. So I ask her to make sure cause the other worker told me it would be a 6 min wait , 25 mins ago. She goes back to check and I sit down and she comes back saying the tenders are gonna be 2 min and if I still want to wait for my food. And at this point I just look at her dumb cause what do you mean do I want to wait for the food I spent $30 dollars on already. So 5 mins go by and I ask the girl where's my order and she says "the tenders just got dropped" and I'm just in awe cause why are they just now making this order when I placed it at this point OVER AN HOUR AGO. 15 more mins past and I finally get my order and get home just to see that my large fry had less fries than the small. Like seriously? All that time and yall workers couldn't even do me a small justice like making sure my fries were filled. WORST SERVICE. EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. But This what happens when you got 10 people working in an establishment and the oldest out of them is 19-20. Definitely finding a new Wingstop.
