Came to try the infamous burger joint in Texas! High expectations but wasn't all that in my opinion. Gave me Chic fil A vibes with all the sauces they offer. Ordered a patty melt w/ a side of thousand island sauce. Sauce was pretty horrible. Def better options of food to try in the south.

We don't come to Whataburger much but my husband had received a "Buy One Whataburger Get One Free" coupon. (I looooove me some coupons and saving money!)We ordered 2 Whataburgers (one of which was free), and a large fry and the price was $8.91. Yowza. Seems high for a burger and fries... not even including a drink. Our order was made correctly and the food was ok. I mean, it's really nothing to write home about.Staff were friendly.I just don't see us coming back here (much, at all). (I can go to McDonald's using their app and get $1 large fry and 4 $1 cheeseburgers and feed our 3 kids for about $5.50... much less than I paid here.)

First time here as I am not from here. I heard lots of great things about this place. The lady taking the orders clearly is upset she had to be at work. She was very rude and after everything I said she immediately said "will that complete your order?" When I was ordering for multiple people. Didn't even get a chance to breathe without her saying it. Waited a bit for the food just for everything, except the patty melt, to be cold. The fries were ICE cold and stale. The burger was surprisingly ginormous, wasn't expecting that but it is a good size for what you pay! The strawberry shake was good. I wouldn't recommend or return to this location in the future. The people at McDonald's are way nicer.... Listen to the reviews, unless you're down for cold food.

The food is consistent with other whataburgers and they have always gotten my order correct at this location. The staff is friendly, although the drive through line moves very slow when only one lane is open.They have ample parking for the business that they get.

Order was "lost" in the drive through for almost in hour as someone took my name down wrong and only cared to investigate as my missing order held up the line. This location is always slow and I only went to appease my partner's request. I would rather walk through fire than come back here.

This is the worst location in Pearland! The management sucks and the service matches. I ordered nothing but fries and waited 30 minutes. Two people that were behind me got their orders before I did. I saw at least three people come inside with orders from drive thru that wasn't right. The manager looks like a snotty nosed kid that doesn't know how to put his pants on right. He was working the register with the same gloves that he was cooking in. Very unsanitary! This place needs a grade check because I'm sure they would fail!!
