It's lunchtime (12:45pm after church) and our family is trying to get lunch. We wanted to go in because I get frustrated going through the drive-thru because they ask us to move up so they can cheat the timer. The dining room is closed. Not advertised as closed, just locked because they don't want to serve it. What a joke.

This location's lobby is closed at lunch time today. This is probably the worst way in the world to conduct business. Several times this has happened to my family and I. Other times we've come in the evening between the hours of 7-9pm and their lobby has been closed despite their hours being listed on the door until 10pm. If you go through the drive thru they ask you to pull around instead of waiting at the window because they don't want their drive thru timer to keep running. While I've been sitting here writing this review I've seen 13 people pull in, park, get out of their cars, and try to enter the building--all of them drove off to go somewhere else (this number doesn't include my family of 5). Whoever is running this location need to get on the ball and figure out how to be open during business hours. YOU ARE LOSING SO MUCH BUSINESS! Shout out to Phillip--the best employee they have.

My burrito was cold and dry so I gave it to my dog, he threw it up, then I realized it was warmer than when I got it. I'm used to giving my food to my dog because I stop at this Taco Bell on my way home often and more times than not it's dry and hard and cold. Also, I paid in cash but now have a pending charge for the same amount on my card even though I never gave them my card... I even checked the receipt to make sure I paid cash. Now the same amount is pending as a charge on my card. There is another Taco Bell 5 minutes down champion forest so I'd recommend just going there. Don't get your hopes up and waste time and money at this one. At least until they figure out who's screwing everything up.

I usually go to this location in the evenings. They tend to make their food better than other location that I have tried. Rarely does the burrito feel thin or disproportionate with the ingredients. Sometimes you don't get the same consideration with your order.Whatever you get, try it grilled. If you're like me, you won't be disappointed.

The food here is vegetarian and vegan friendly as well. The manager has the best customer service from any fast food establishment I have experienced. She pays close attention to her customers needs and explains things well. The food was fresh and delicious and very affordable.

Worst customer service by the manager. Told me that Taco Bell operation should be none of my concern. If their service was excellent we would have no reason to be concerned. Argued with me for 5 minutes before fixing my missing items. Took my receipt and didn't give it back. I told him I should went to another location and he said yeah you should have.

This Taco Bell when I arrive, there's about 10 cars in line and then all of a sudden they decide to go cash only and they're still additional cars behind it and I've been sitting in this line for about 15 minutes to be told that's cash only .

I had breakfast at this location where I tried the new chicken rolled tacos and they were very good but a little too crunchy and the bacon crunch wrap was a bit burnt. But the tacos are always great! Customer service was nice she was friendly.

I'm not one to write reviews, but this Taco Bell is disgusting. Absolutely terrible. I very much encourage you to drive the extra 10 minutes to a different Taco Bell. This one disappoints consistently and ridiculously for a fast food joint. On multiple occasions they come up with excuses for not making an item you want (nacho fries for example) including some excuses such as their grill doesn't work so they can't make any grilled item. When it comes to instructions these people don't care and don't listen. They throw the ingredients around the food item as if they were blind folded. Half the Mexican pizza with no beans, barely any cheese, and the pizza wasn't even cut up! All of our items had less meat than a regular serving is supposed to be and then they add whatever sauce they want to your burritos too! I understand it's a fast food chain, but this one sets the standard lower than joints in the ghetto. The food even tastes worst here. The workers are lazy as hell. If you plan on ordering something at night well good luck on receiving the correct items and consider yourself even luckier if they even make it what you order. Again. Drive the extra 10 minutes to a different Taco Bell.
