very cute small business! Tortillas are hand maid right in front of you. great customer service and friendly staff. Cheap tacos with good quality ingredients. Salsas are fresh and spicy. Easy access off the highway. The potato egg and cheese and the steak and egg tacos were great.

I used to love this place. The food was great, and the prices were good. However, I went last Friday, and I will not be returning. I asked for a loaded breakfast burrito (it isn't on the menu), and the guy at the window told me it was $14. Just for the burrito. I was starving, so I said ok (thinking it would also be HUGE). When it was done, he called me to the window and said "how much did I tell you it was again?" That's weird... if it's a consistent price, why did he not know how much they charge? I got the impression he just charges what he feels like at the moment. Additionally, the burrito was sub par. The tortilla was stale, most of the filling was beans, and it was the size of 1.5 tacos. I ended up throwing it out and dropping by Torchy's for a huge $5 breakfast taco. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but when they do stuff like this, they're setting their business up for failure... especially in this economy.

Best breakfast tacos anywhere! What a gem just off the northbound I-45 frontage road north in Spring Fresher than fresh tortillas and everything comes together for a wonderful bite. And everyone is so great that works there. Sofy herself is a true gem, she gave my wife a payaya this morning!Run....don't walk. Open until 2.

Food was fresh and so delish. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great little place for some yummy breakfast or a wonderful lunch. Can't wait to go back!

Okay, now granted, we're from Colorado/Kansas - but we have NEVER seen our fresh flour tortilla being rolled out by hand in front of us right before being freshly cooked on the grill! It totally took our breakfast experience to the next level!My husband loves a breakfast burrito filled with ALL THE THINGS. And Sofy's delivered!!The potatoes definitely could have used some seasoning, but seriously - it was all so delicious. We'd definitely come back!!!

This is the place! If you like tacos for breakfast or lunch, there's no reason to go anywhere else. Not only is the food fantastic, but Sofy is a lot of fun too! The eating area is comfortable to come and eat-in, even for a family. This is a hidden gem that we are lucky to have in the area. Now get out there and support Sofy!

Why would you go any where else for Mexican breakfast? Fast and friendly service. Food is prepared with love and every item fantastic.

Unassuming but authentic tacos with hand pressed, thick tortillas. The guy who runs the truck is on top of everything. There is nothing fancy about this place, but we've been back several times for the breakfast tacos. It's outside and while there are table, they're not the cleanest because everything is exposed to the elements.
