Order ID:3143343313788999 DT#570Employee: Antoinette (Drive Thru) And Cashier inside that served me (unknown/male)I wanted to bring attention to the service that I received last night at the Kingwood location. I placed an order for two kids meals, a 5 and 5 meal and buffalo Tender Mac. By the time my family and I arrived home and unpacked the food, I realized that I was missing one of the kids meals. I called the restaurant at 7:46pm to advise them of their error and to let them know that I was coming back to get the kids meal. When I arrived, there were a couple of cars in the drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and advised them of who I was and asked if I had to wait in line again or if I could pull up and someone could bring the food out to me. The drive thru cashier was quite rude in the tone of her response advising me to either wait in line or come inside and get the food. I was already frustrated bc one of my kids was at home missing their meal due to the mistake of Slim Chickens employee and I had on my bedroom slippers versus the sneakers I had on earlier. I walked inside to get the food. The guy at the registered got the box and proceeded to hand me the box without a bag. I asked for a bag. He then placed the box in the bag and sat the bag on the counter not in my hand which I was holding out. There was no empathy or remorse for their error. It felt like they were annoyed that I came back for my order which further frustrated me. Not one single apology. That's standard customer service and this experience was the absolute worst. By the time I got back home, my food was cold and my daughter was annoyed for having to wait on her food. I understand that mistakes happen but what really frustrated me about this entire experience was the attitude of the employees and lack of empathy and accountability for THEIR mistake.

I pulled up to the drive through and spent a good 3-5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and take my order, then spent over 40 minutes inside waiting for a chicken sandwich to go. I asked for a refund 25 minutes in so I could leave, & not 1 employee would come help with the transaction. The employees were inside the kitchen drinking sodas and no one was at the counter, so we had to raise our voices to get attention, and even then, were completely ignored. There were two other customers in the same boat and none of us got our food in the end. We left with nothing but bad service and a refund. The worst service I've ever received in my entire life.

The food has changed for the better No more dry chicken strips this time they were juicy and the fried okra was nice with a nice crispy. The only one thing that would make it 5 stars is More gravy! One super small container is not enough.The cashier was kind and pleasant. She went over our order to make sure everything was correct.

First time giving it a try, the food isn't bad. They had some trouble with the system so the order wasn't entirely right. But it's understandable, I've worked in a handful of restaurants to know how that's like. In a way, I thought it seemed similar to like canes or Whataburger but not as overrated.

We had s c for dinner tonight. We were very pleased with our order. Food very good. I had chicken and waffles. Husband had 5 and 5. 5 wings 5 tenders. Customer Service excellent. My server excellent. Restaurant bright. Nice looking. Clean. Highly recommend. We've eaten at s c 2 other times, other locations. We didn't care to return. We also had 2 of the mason jar desserts. We enjoyed them. We were delighted to find the glass jars had the slip chickens' emblems. Cool! This was a very good experience. And we'll be returning.

Went through the drive thru, only one person ahead of us. I had two separate orders and the lady who took our order and handled us at the window within 2 min forgot we had two orders she shut the door on me and I had to say "uh I need my second order". We got two wraps, very simple and they were both wrong. For almost $8 dollars for a wrap only that is crap service and crappy food quality. We both got one piece of chicken, one piece of lettuce and both got the wrong sauce and missing ingredients.
