The Ambiance was top tier the drinks was bomb I loved they had fans all over the place you kept me cool the whole night the waitress were super sweet. I will be back

Maybe they might have better music or something on other days but the night of 10/28 it sucked.drinks were ok but almost $30 in cover charge for bad music was not good. We ended up having more fun at Gloria's where ladies get in free and much better music and drinks too.

I am sick and tired of their valet service. They are literally blocking the street from passage and they like to argue with you. I would recommend your best reads be ready. You can't even pass on the side of the street allocated for passage. The service is rude and management isn't doing one thing about it. Literally prepare yourself to call the police. They gone meet the right person one day.

It has a great view of the city, the drinks are strong and tasty. Service could use a little work. Some places add an automatic service fee and the quality of service usually goes down after that

I've been to Reset twice (within several days of each other). One was for a day party and the other was for a "networking" event (light use of the word networking because that felt like a meet up/party. Either way, I really like the venue itself, for what it's worth. There's ample street parking and although Reset is hard to find, just look up and once you see the rooftop, you've found it. They don't serve food, only drinks, (which I didn't have any of) but folks seemed to be frequenting the bar and my best friend mentioned how the bartender gave him a free drink for being a pleasant customer during the day party. The venue is also spacious so at no point do you feel cramped or on top of each other. The outside patio is also a really nice vibe and I enjoyed how the staff were diligently going around and picking up trash and empty glasses throughout the night. If more events pop up at Reset, I certainly plan on attending. I've had a good experience both times.

This review is only for the ambience since I didn't get to try the drinks and they do not sell food at this establishment. This establishment is very nice. I love that this is located on a rooftop with stunning views of downtown!

Bacon gave great service, open late. Works for us! The food was good, too. As a late night location, it's a decent spot. Thanks Bacon.

Loved the bartender Zane, place is a vibe. Views also amazing!! Didn't get to try the food but definitely will come back.
