Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Service was good. Asked for spicy and mild in separate boxes and that went well. No real personality at the drive thru window, just an order taker. Asked for Cajun sparkle and they were out of it. Went thru the drive thru around 11:30 am service was quick. Parking lot was free of debris.

Food as always has good flavored and all but I've been to this specific popeyes like four times and every signal time it has been slower by the day. Either there short on chicken or short on man power but always have to wait a long time for chicken.

Staff is very very lazy at this location it's 8pm and they say their out of white meat . Last week I came they said they were out of biscuits and it was 9pm I don't understand this location or is it racism in not wanting to serve me ??? They messed my entire order up tonight I'm a pregnant woman who keeps getting fucked over by this location specifically.

Place is clean, chicken is good. Service is terrible! Rude employees, ignore you and when you call for their attention, they give you a bad look. Wow, will finish my meal and leave this location. How hard is it to have manners?

I have to give this location 5 stars. Been coming here since this location opened. They do a great job! Today I pulled up and they were 11 cars deep! I was out in five mins wow! I was shocked they were able to get me out that fast. The line always moves fast and the people that work there are nice. I've also been here in the past and they are very fast and good at what they do. I typically get the wings or tenders. Today I tried their new chicken sandwich. Pretty dam good! The Mac n cheese is good. Dirty rice is good. Mashed potatoes are good. Cajun fries are good. They have good desserts too lol. Had a pecan pie today. Lol. So unhealthy though that's for sure. Once again I have Been to this location several times. Never did a review because they didn't have a yelp page. So I made them a page. Good job Popeyes!

When ordering thru the drive-thru you should always open the box and check the contents. They will give you old chicken that's been under the heat lamp all day fryer up crap!

I was so looking forward to some spicy thighs and biscuit. I ordered 3 thighs, and a side of Mac and cheese. All of it was inedible. The chicken had a weird taste to it, not like the meat was bad, just a strange taste. I ate the crust and gave the rest to the cat. I have not touched the other 2 pcs of chicken. The biscuit was very small and was rock hard around the edges as of it had sat under the heat lamps for too long. The Mac and cheese was also dry and all stuck together in pretty much one clump, and had the same weird taste as the chicken. A waste of $10.27, will never go back to that restaurant again. I have been eating Popeyes chicken for well over 20 years and now have no desire to ever go againThis was the Popeyes at Cypress Creek (1960) and TJ Jester

This Popeyes takes the fast out of fast food Unless you have an hour to kill for so-so chicken DONT GO HERE waited 45 minutes in line went in and there was no one inside waiting for food they had full staff and it took 25 minutes JUST TO ORDER would not recommend DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
