Super neighborhood coffee shop. Service is very good. Always nice servers and coffee is fresh

I love Mugz coffee bar,Yes, there are sometimes they do get the coffee wrong in the beginning, but if you tell them they can make it right. This has happened to me and yes, they did get it right. Some of these employees are collage school student or high school student or a mother trying to make some cash. Be kind this place is not the one place that will get your order wrong. Treat them like you want to be treated. Be patience the machine can only go so fast.This is my number 1 coffee bar. I love the worker and Christine the manager is wonderful. I come here at least once a week and this past month they have messed up every single one of my orders. I ask for an iced latte and I get it hot every single time even when I clarify. My mom just went to get coffee and ordered a small iced vanilla latte and a large hot caramel macchiato and we got both orders wrong. This is the closest coffee shop for a lot of people in this area and it has been going downhill. I will not be returning. Ordering 2 coffees and receiving both wrong should not be a regular occurrence.

We used to like this place. Good croissants and scones. Covid did them a number. They closed the lobby and made the horrible decision to keep it closed way too long. Just tried again this weekend. The drive through line took 23 minutes !!! Not exaggerating at all. The croissants are now much smaller and $7.50 each and no scones. We're done

They started with closing the inside, so customers no longer have a place to go in and drink their coffee. Then they removed one of the coffee beans from their menu that I ordered regularly. Still went to get what I would considered a okay cup of coffee. Nothing special. The draw was the zucchini quiche my son loved. Would even pay the $25 to get a whole quiche. Now they've removed that from the menu as well. The line at the drive-through is not quick and gets very long. Nothing special or convenient any longer. Such a shame.

This place is a gem for me!!! The drive thru line gets pretty long, but it's worth the wait. Breakfast tacos are in point and their peppermint patty

Ridiculous the way the woman owner runs the place. I feel sorry for the workers. There's no reason people can't come inside, and the owner sells things that are often old and dried out.

Coffee is a personal preference. For me, the coffee is mediocre at best. Even so, I enjoyed going in with my daughter and having a place to hang out and relax. Unfortunately, the owners' refusal to open the interior to the public has forced us to find another spot. Bummer, that we can't support a local community business! But, on the flip side, found a family owned coffee shop in Katy with great coffee, tasty gelato, and nice ambiance.

Great coffee. Loved coming here as a destination before the pandemic. But since they won't re-open their lobby, I've found another coffee spot. I miss going to Mugz, though, but I guess they have their reasons and do just fine with their drive-through.
