"I love this little cafe. I go here when I get my nails done at Majestic Nail s since it's right next door. Their coffee (espresso) is deliciously rich and strong, which I love. My favorite thing to get is the ham and cheese croissant, it's fresh and delicious. I've sat at this Cafe to read and felt very comfortable with the noise level. I recommend this place for a quick bite, coffee date or meeting or just to lounge."
"Another great trip to Blendln Coffee. It was great weather and husband and I were in the mood for great coffee so to Sugar Land Blendln we went. The service here is top notch. The people here make art not coffee. The ambiance here is so welcoming and comfortable. The place has so much natural light. This time we got our coffee to drink there and we were treated with nice "real" coffee cups and saucers. Go drink coffee here it will change your life."
"Wow! What a difference drinking locally prepared coffee. Keith really knows what he is doing."
"I like how I'm able to try different beans in a pour over or espresso. The baristas were friendly, really patiently explaining the different origins. Chill place located inside a one story office complex."
"The first coffee shop that popped up when I search coffee/tea for Cypress. I've been here a few times for their lattes. The second time I was here, I decided on the CBD shot to be included which made me feel..... something. I can't put my finger on it. It was a combination of feeling like I was floating somewhere everytime I stood on my feet. Kinda cool right? Now for the coffee place itself, there's seating inside and outside. Also they have coffee beans and tea products available. Classic coffee drinks (latte, cappuccino, americano) are made here of course. Interior is very plant friendly based on the number of plants and sunlight here. Obviously that's a theme for this place. Seating is comfortable although I wish they had more power outlets for plug-in devices. But sometimes that's not the case.Staff is nice and friendly. May venture here again to explore more CBD stuff."
"This place has been on my radar for a while and today was the day for a visit. We bought some amazing cashews and a pound of coffee beans. I started doing this review and realized the coffee beans needed sampling for me to review them, just an excuse to drink more coffee. The beans were definitely top notch. Tried just black and fully loaded....cream and artificial sweetener. Only thing I'd change is putting some info on the bag of beans, the bags they use don't say which beans are in them, roast date, etc. The beans are very drinkable. Any kind of seed or nut or spice is roasted here and they combine all these ingredients to make some tasty stuff. They make some killer looking candies, proud of myself for refraining from tasting each and every thing. I'll definitely return for more coffee beans and nuts."
"#1 this hidden gem is located in the back of sawdust rd, in Spring. We only found it because of taste of the town, through Chamber of Commerce 2022 and our 40.00 ticket. This has been one of the best little treats yet. The customer service was impeccable. The manager, Michelle was very sweet and altered our taste of the town selection, and for my tree nut allergy. We tried the Spiced hot Coco and peppermint Mocha trial size to see which one we wanted. They were both delicious but my friend and I decided on the hot coco due to the unique Chai and ginger blend. It was so good! I will certainly be back for working since there is free WiFi and plenty of seating. More students then business so a younger vibe and energy. Everything and I mean everything is environmentally friendly. They welcome the public to use this space for networking, meetings, business meeting etc. coffee is amazing and high quality! Love love love this place!"
"Charles Lewis Tiffany, also known as the King of Diamonds once said, "Behind every dream is the dreamer." And when you step onto Garden Oaks', the Stomping Grounds, you witness the same iconic vision at The Little Dreamer Coffee. .This darling kiosk is adorned with six stools on each side with window panes opened up to the tiny coffee shop. Whether you decide on a Milk and Honey latte, cafe au lait, a slow pour or Jasmine tea or tisane, your palate will be blessed with bright and shiny notes of specialty coffee and delicious pastries."
"Luce Ave Coffee Roasters has been on my coffee radar for quite some time, but just never got around to trying them out. I happened to have dinner next door and when I pulled up I saw they were next door. It was a no brainer to check them out for a nice after dinner and drive home treat. I came in the evening and the place was fairly busy. The shop itself is narrow but has plenty of seating and did not feel crowded at all. It seemed like the it spot in the neighborhood to get some work done as everyone had their heads in a screen of some sort. Customer service was ok. The person who took my order only spoke when spoken to and only offered assistance with the menu when asked. No biggie, I got the information that I needed eventually. Their menu has a lot of variety. They have your everyday classic options like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc. One of their featured items are the charcoal drinks. They also have cold drinks, teas and frozen drinks. I was curious about some of the signature drinks but that category had no descriptions of the drinks. I ended up with the Island Latte which was a latte with pandan syrup and coconut milk. Definitely very islandy. Once stirred and all the flavors were incorporated, that drink was absolutely delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness for my taste buds. The hints of vanilla from the pandan mixed with the coconut flavors made for a tasty sip. I usually say I would definitely come back here if in the area, but not this time. Word on the streets is they are opening up a location right in my neck of the woods in Pearland soon. Can't wait!"
"Picked up a bag of Mexico Cirsa coffee beans from the Chiapas Mountains. Very nice taste, notes of tangerine, milk chocolate, very good medium roast. They put the roast date on every bag and a lot of other info like how they were processed, washed and organic. They even have the elevation on the bag. They have a showroom with all the coffee machines and supplies they sell, they use it to train baristas. They supply coffee and stuff to a few places you've heard of, Black Walnut, Goode & Co., Uncle Bean's, etc. There are a lot of friendly knowledgeable people who work here and they seem to enjoy it. One of them even made a stellar to go cup of hot cappucino for me, nice foam artwork. We'll order on line after we finish this bag of beans, it's easier...we enjoyed scoping out this place though. Great people and product. I saw some bags of their beans at Main Street Coffee in Rockport and that got me stirred up."
"I stopped by to get coffee on the way to Killen's BBQ. I think there's also another BBQ spot directly next door here.I got a cappuccino and my eating partner got an iced coffee. The barista was nice. They have oat milk! It was just over $10 for the two drinks. It was nice and quiet inside with some seating. I saw some people on their laptops, so maybe it's a nice place to get some work done. There is a parking lot, but it's not really paved."
"Got the whiskey coffee for the boyfriend as a gift from a recommendation and he loved it. We used a French press to bring all of the flavors out and it was really good coffee. It isn't particularly whiskey ish but you can taste the barrel flavor in the depth of the coffee if that makes sense. A high quality and flavorful coffee that's very complex. We are very very happy with this choice and can't wait to taste others from the District Roasters family! Also the delivery was so fast. I'm pretty sure I bought this in the early part of this week and by the time I remembered I had ordered it, it was on our doorstep this afternoon. Plus the nice note inside thanking us was very nice"

One of my favorite coffee shops ever. If you're in Houston it's a little out of the way (but they have a shop in the post food hall!) but so worth it. Feels like it's always busy in there, most of the tables are always full. There's seating inside and outside available as well as plenty of parking in their lot. They do a signature/seasonal drink that's always super creative! one of my favorites there is their lavender latte with oat milk. I also really like that they use oatly brand for their oat milk, it's just so creamy and delicious. We use this at home! definitely stop by

You will not be disappointed! This small business roasts the beans themselves and it tastes right every time. My husband and I buy their coffee and grind the beans at home-we have a cheap coffee maker and it tastes like it came from the barista. It's the only coffee we brew at home. Our favorite blend right now is Costa Rica La Rosa (medium roast). Start your day right with a great cup of Cruiser coffee!

Love finding high quality craft coffee roasters that offer a great variety of different types of coffee! We only ever order pour overs or espressos, light roasted preferably. Everything on the menu was medium to light roast- love it! This place offers a little something for everyone. I saw the usual lattes and mixed coffee drinks on the menu but they really stand out in the variety of high end coffee beans they offer as espressos/pour overs. They also had a specialty coffee drink that sounded very interesting with all the different spices/flavors they incorporate but I didn't order it. My husband is a home roaster and we appreciate getting to try a variety of beans we don't usually buy ourselves. This coffee shop offers customers the chance to try very expensive beans by the cup! We loved reading the description cards of the different coffees they roast. The barista was helpful as well! They offer a few different Geisha beans to try as either a pour over or espresso, as well as other types of beans that have been processed different ways: anaerobic, washed, natural, etc. I got the Bai Mu as an espresso and the Magnum sidra as a pour over. Both were incredibly fragrant and flavorful. The Magnum sidra had a beautifully fruity nose and was very tea-like/balanced in flavor. Some might consider the flavor a bit watery. As the coffee cooled down, different flavor notes came out, like blueberry. The Bai mu espresso was quite savory. I kept thinking oyster sauce, lemon, lemongrass, brine. Very interesting. Having the sparkling water to cleanse the palate between the espresso and the pour over was great! Overall, highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a high quality craft roaster in Houston! As you can see from pics on Yelp, the store itself is very modern, with a few seats. We did see a group of 6 people having a little coffee tasting. I didn't see the coffee tasting on the menu, so I don't know if it was a special group event or if they ordered it or what.

Firstly, I love, and I mean love, when a local coffee shop parks themselves in neighboring view of a Starbucks. This spot is no exception, if you need to study/wfh this side of Cypress, and are reading this from the Starbucks across the street, pack your thing and cross the street to Cafe ZunZun. Plants, peace, and great drinks, this spot boasts 3 of my personal favorite things (not to mention ample natural lighting...but that doesn't start with a p). The ZunZuncito is certainly made for the millennial. Being one I appreciate the oat milk foam! The chocolate croissant is as good as any other. They do offer pour overs, as well as French press and aeropress on brewed coffees for coffee enthusiasts, alongside creative lighter options (like seasonal pumpkin spice or mint matcha) and an extensive tea menu for everyone else! Some tidbits prior to visiting: *you can skip the line by preordering your drink *this eco-conscious coffee roaster began selling in farmers markets with a passion for the social impact of food and its ability to connect people across cultures*don't miss the plant partnership! Great cause!

I love trying places like this, it's a different type of experience than just a normal store. It feels more...elevated. We specifically came in because we saw a video on insta or tt or something that showed that they had fresh knafeh and we are fans of that dessert. Alas, it's only served after 5pm and we came in around lunch time. Alright, we didn't call to confirm-- so no harm, no foul. They had lots of gummy candies, and my toddler had a fun time choosing which ones to get. The peach rings we got were really good. We also got roasted almonds and cashews, and really liked the smokey flavors of them. I want to go back soon just to get the smoked cashews alone. The Turkish delights are sweet and not overly chewy, they are delicious. I was impressed with the bags and packaging. I saw other reviews saying that they felt very welcomed, got samples of teas and nuts and stuff, and we didn't get any of that. I would have liked that customer service, and we didn't get it, but okay, fine. It was in the middle of the day so maybe they do it on weekends or something, but the cashier looked like he couldn't care less that we were there or buying stuff. Giving one word responses to questions, and gave the vibe that we were annoying him. Maybe it was an off day for him, but had I got better customer service this would have been a 5 star review, especially seeing their responses to other reviewers, it shows they care about their business. That guy didn't though. We will still probably be back for the nuts and Turkish delights, but with low expectations.

We have yet to get their falling fig latte (which I'm DYING to try!!!) but we tried their gingerbread latte and spicy hot coco. Usually hot coco is super seeet but this one was PERFECT. The ending wasn't crumby which was a plus too. The gingerbread latte had pungent notes of GINGER and ORANGE and NUTMEG. Our barista was super friendly and speedy! Can't wait to go back:-)

A great spot in the hood that serves some delicious coffee. Whenever I have ordered, the service has been prompt, courteous, and friendly. Love having this little spot so close and at such a great location. It would be nice if they served some breakfast pastries, but maybe another tenant at The Stomping Grounds can fill that void. Will definitely be back.PRO PARENT TIP: They have little hot chocolate drinks (with oat or whole milk) perfect for little hands.

"Simply Coffie is an Asian-owned coffee shop in the Heights which opened up ~8-months ago (in summer 2023). I came across it randomly and went on a Friday morning with my wife. The atmosphere is beautiful. There are clean lines throughout, large windows, wood paneling, coffee bean sacks, and light music that plays in the background. There are multiple tables to sit at, and there is free Wi-Fi.I ordered an Oolong Cappucino w/ Oat Milk for $6.00. I have never experienced this before, but I enjoyed it a lot. My wife recently gave birth, so she is still limiting her caffeine intake. This coffee shop doesn't serve decaf FYI. She ordered a regular Iced Latté for $6.00 instead.Overall, I loved my experience at this coffee shop. I could see myself sampling multiple interesting items on their coffee menu. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to see coffee done well in the Heights."
"All I have to say is, WOW! This was my first time trying coffee & pastries from Yemen so I did not know what to expect but we had a phenomenal experience. From the customer service to the coffee and food, I truly enjoyed it all and can't wait to come back. 5/5 I loved it!!"
"Avid saved me this morning, one of those days where you're just to lazy to make coffee at home. First time there and super grateful to have this guy close by. I had an espresso and iced coffee. Both were awesome! I always judge a coffee joint by their espresso. It's the best way to tell if they know what the heck they're doing, and Avid definitely knows. Also, the owner roasts his own beans which tells me he's all about quality of his product. Pricing was also amazing! My two items...(1 espresso and a LARGE ice coffee) was $5.... how is that real. Thank you for giving us better coffee options close by.Can't beat the price and quality here."
"I was looking for a place close by to do work, but also trying to find a new coffee shop in town, and that's when I stumbled upon this place close to the River Oaks area. This coffee shop is relatively new, situated in the lobby of a business building. Parking is either inside the garage or street parking (which I did). Once you enter the establishment, it is decorated well and cozy enough to study or work for hours. The barista is nice and attentive to his regulars or new guests. I ordered my caramel latte with some pastries, and they were good."
"Vibe- Cozy coffee shop in Missouri City. There's 2 tables outside and about 8 tables plus some bar seating inside. Customer service- Good!Food/drinks- I got one of the seasonal drinks, a hot pistachio chai latte with oatmilk; it was delish! (They also sell pastries as well)Parking- There's about 10 parking spots right in front of the shop. There's many more in the lot though; just a few steps from the shop."
"Bought coffee here a while back. The staff were so nice and got the coffee I requested super quick so I was in and out. The family loved everything I ordered for them so I'll definitely be back to buy more in the future!"
"Three key cafeThe cafe was open at 9 on a Saturday, but during weekdays its open by 7 though. Located inside the historic Finn Hall building, this coffee shop is at the very entrance. They supposedly get a small batch of 6 bagels freshly made ... and he had two remaining....hmmm.....maybe possible considering the crowd in downtown on a Saturday is very limited. He knew what we meant exactly when we mentioned cafe au latte and he custom made the coffees for us with a shot of espresso, cream and milk. I got mine with almond milk. We also got that 'limited' bagel with cream cheese. Both were good. If you are in the area, it should definitely be on your schedule to stop by the Finn Hall."
"A gem of a coffee roaster.. headquartered in Gulfton, near Chimney Rock. This place is a bit difficult to find due to the aesthetic looks from the outside. You'll notice a row of standard office looking buildings. Makes it a bit of an adventure trying to locate this coffee lab. Java Pura is the local soul of the best coffee beans in Houston. You may find their products at the Urban Harvest Farmers Market, Central Market or any catering events. This lab is not a coffee shop, so don't go looking for a barista that can make you latte art. Rather the folks behind the business are incredibly passionate about their beans. They are super friendly and will give you a tour if you're interested in one. I visited a friend here and had the pleasure in viewing their machines and products up close. The beans are roasted in the lab and carefully packaged and shipped across various destinations. If you're interested in purchasing a package of coffee beans, you may do so during their business hours. The flavours are fresh and very aromatic. Grinding your beans at home will help to preserve the overall flavor. Reemerge and awaken back to life. I've been an advocate of supporting local as displayed in my 11 years of Yelp rendezvous. Java Pura is an example of supporting a business that really displays their heart and passion through their beans, packaging, and curation. Have any questions? They'll happily assist you. All things in this lab are science + art related. Once you make a switch to their beans, you'll never go back to your Folgers. Whats in your cup?"
"This coffee shop is right next to my cousin's apartment and I just have to say it's good that I don't live there bc I would end up going to get coffee here every single day. Absolutely loved the iced vanilla cardamom latte. The barista was super sweet and recognized my cousin's dog and greeted the dog as if she was a paying customer. I didn't try any food but everything looked delicious!"
"Oh my god! It felt like a discovery- this is such a cool coffee place. They roast their own coffee beans in the very big machine on display right at the entrance. They have some really unique options and the super knowledgeable friendly guy makes some insightful suggestions too.I am half inclined not to give a review so I can keep this place to myself.... but here I am...They run a painting studio for kids aged about 7 and also a little library. Coincidentally we had a bunch of books we were going to donate in the car, we offloaded all here ..... u can keep the books if u wish or recycle.... wonder how many more years will u see people actually holding a book but while it lasts ... this place is one of the options to find random written treasures. They have limited indoor seating due to the studio and the coffee machine, but it is extended upstairs. Also there is plenty seating outside but wonder who would choose that in the heat wave going on in the country currently. Plenty of parking too. We got a 'Been here' version of the Flat White and something called Moo Cha Cho latte for myself. The Moo Cha Cho is like chai chocolate and milk combination and does not need any sweetener added to it. They have small bites too which, I believe is sourced from a local bakery. The music, its very mild and they play the old classics, I never thought I'd hear a , ' Walk like an Egyptian', or 'Papa don't preach', in any cafe in this day and age. It was really cool.Love it."
"Love this little hometown gem. The coffee tastes amazing. Trixie is so welcoming and has any flavor you can think of for coffee creations. I love the puzzle table where you can sit and enjoy coffee and work on a puzzle while listening to the comings and goings and conversations. Such a cute interior as well. They do have a drive through, but you're missing out not going inside. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays."
"This spot changed names- I'm not sure if the ownership changed and when, but I've visited this location several times. It's pretty cute! You can grab a coffee and browse the rest of Railway Heights Market which is fun (it used to be a bit more lively- seems to be emptier lately?). It's not the best coffee shop ever, but certainly not bad either. My cappuccino with oat milk was solid. I'd generally just recommend visiting the space and enjoying the whole experience with a coffee in hand. Hope you enjoy!"
"Great coffee spot in the area! The vibes were great. Quiet enough to where you can study or get some work done, but also catch up with a friend. There's plenty of seating. I tried their pistachio and honey iced latte, which is super unique because I don't see a lot of coffee places that serves pistachio-flavored drinks. I absolutely love pistachio flavor, so this was a great coffee to try!The barista recommended the breakfast biscuit sandwich, which I also tried, and it was very delicious! It comes with a hot sauce on the side, so you can add as much as you would like (or not add any) to your liking. The barista is very friendly too."
"Bees Knees and a Macadamia nut HOT nitro cold brew! Chefs kiss! He let us sample the hot nitro cold brew and oh my goodness! I could drink if black! Amazing coffee, integrity and a beautifully curated large space!"
"A cute coffee shop in a business plaza. There's a few parking spaces in the front otherwise you can park in the garage building. The place is pretty spacious and plenty of tables to sit. Service was friendly and quick. The place is quite relaxing and it's good for work or studying. The further you walk to the back, there was even more areas to sit. Most people who come here probably work in the building. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I'm glad I came across this place."
"I have never in my life been a "coffee shop" kinda gal. I didn't really understand why people loved to go to them and I just thought coffee was "ok" (don't come at me )... until I discovered Ome Calli by happenstance. This place has turned me into THAT girl (work, lunch, date, friend time... they are all opportunities to get out of the house and come here!). The owners are a beautiful couple who genuinely care about their customers and the community. I love that they support a plant-based lifestyle and they offer oracle cards and other fun, little things to raise the collective in their little corner of Grogan's Mill. Also, their drinks all have added health benefits and are easily the best tasting coffees I've ever had (and I've tried them all!). I really can't recommend this place enough!"
"We picked up a couple tasty coffee drinks. When I try a "new to me" coffee spot I order my go to drink, a hot cappuccino with two splendas....done to perfection here. My wife's go to drink is usually a frozen blended concoction....also done very well, I know because I must sample everything to give an honest review, right?! I love great roasted whole coffee beans I can grind at my house whenever I want, so I picked up a bag of Kona black sand signature blend. The first batch I ground made a very nice cup of jo. The only down side to these beans is there's no roast date on the bags. The roastery is on the premises and you can see everything through a big window, I like that."
"Made it out to this spot early on a Sunday morning to grab a cup and enjoy their back patio/garden area. The service is friendly and helpful, an overall welcoming vibe for this Second Ward coffee joint. The setup is a bit odd that you order through a walkup window and pick up your order in a metal box, but it helps keep the process efficient, perfect for grab and go days. However, if you want to hang out, they have several tables around their space for you to enjoy. I ordered one of their specialty drinks (I think the name was Dirty Kirby? or at least had the name Kirby in it) and it was a delightful blend of cinnamon, oat milk, and espresso. Great, smooth coffee taste. Certainly recommend this spot if you are in the EaDo area!"
"Another gem in old town Tomball, great coffee and bites selection. Quaint cottage style building with plenty of seating (front patio, back patio, inside, and even on the side 4 fresh raw wood (two lacquered) picnic tables under some beautiful trees. Great setting for work if needing scenery outside of the house (wifi available for those remote workers). Enjoyed my fall specialty drink, Flannel weather ($5 for a small, $.50 cents for my almond "milk alternative"), the spices were on point to usher in that much desired autumn temps. And the almond croissant ($4.75) slightly heated paired well. Plenty of public parking available so don't fear if you can't snag a spot right in front. It's a block or less walk and you pass by some other pretty awesome establishments. Definitely hope to visit again."
"Great place to buy green (un-roasted) coffee beans. Large selection and friendly service. Although they sell to professional roasters and coffee shops, they also cater to the little guys like me who do it for fun (and attempt to save some money in the long run). As expected though, the larger your order is per pound, the more you'll save (I.e 50 lb bag is way cheaper than a 1 lb bag). It'll make sense to buy in bulk and find friends/family who would want to split with you to save money.Location is in the middle of nowhere, but it makes sense since it's mostly a warehouse with a small reception area. Although you can purchase online, I like to browse in person and try whatever sample(s) they are offering that day. The bags they sell in the reception area are just some of their offerings. Check out their website for a complete list. The receptionist was kindly able to grab a small bag of the beans from the warehouse that I requested. The roasted beans that they offer oddly have the expiration date rather than roast date. This is surprising to me because the roast date dramatically affect the quality of espressos. For espressos, I recommend sticking with green beans and roasting yourself. They offer tasting classes for a fee, but not all the time. Check out their website for available class dates.Receptionist was very nice, helpful, and friendly. She was still very new at her role and was learning about coffee and beans from the beginning. Best of luck to her caffeinated journey!"
"Gelato is sooooo creamy and delicious and Sorbet. Cookies and fried pies. Also they have great coffee. So good. I will definitely stop on the way home for the gelato. They were bringing out their Fresh watermelon gelato. Try their Tennesee drink with Whiskey... OMG so delicious ! Outdoor seating. Find this place it is definitely worth the drive."
