Terrible service. One of the cashier was being mean to my cousins just because they r kids. He gave then an attitude when they went back to buy ice cream. Even tho they r kids, they r still customers! They had money to pay him so y was he giving them an attitude?They wanted fries but his attitude made them refuse to eat more and just wanted to go home.

Went through the drive through. My kid wanted just a bacon McDouble with no pickles and no onions... she DID want the meat... when we got home... her burgers did not have any meat... thanks.

Their computers are always down and they will only take cash. I'm not sure why that's always the case. It seems like they are pocketing the money or something. Seems really suspicious. They said the computers take 30 minutes to start back up again so we left.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. These people give shitty customer service. They should closed down and never ever be opened ever again. I ordered 20 pc chicken nuggets, 2 medium fries, and a hot and spicy at the drive through. The man that took my order was very nice and had my order correct. However, I had a code for my 2 fries and the man took my code when i got to the window. As soon as i got my food, i didn't see my fries. I told the lady on the second window that i paid for my food and i had a code for my fries. This stupid lady decided to tell ME that the codes on the mcdonald's app does not work. She had the audacity to lie in my face when I KNOW those codes work on the app. I had to deal with the front person inside the mcdonald's and they gave me a very hard time. I'm never going here again and i DO NOT recommend this mcdonald's to you guys as well.

Just left this place and my food was not in good standards and the lady who handed me my order was very non shalant. What I did not like was my cheese was not melted on my egg McMuffin and it tasted bad so now I will not eat from Mc Donald's. Hmmmmmm I tried but enough is enough! The last time my egg McMuffin was not in my bag I believe if you Love what you do it shows in your service. The only person who showed that was the the lady at the first window and this happened on April 1 22 humph!

First the customer service was horrible as usual. But that's expected from McDonald's. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers,a small fry and a small sprite. The 2 cheeseburgers, first everything was hanging off the bun...way to much ketchup and the bun was ice cold... fries were halfway full and way to over cooked... only thing I got that was worth it was the drink. It's a shame such a big franchise doesn't know basic customer service and food presentation.

On Saturday 08/06 at 10:57 I came to this place to pick up my order placed thru mobile app. The order was placed at 10:36 for just the two drinks. When arrived my order wasnt ready yet so I want to reach out to someone who can tell how long for my order to be ready but the front staffs there failed to help. Also, One of the staffs - the young lady with blonde hair was rude to me raised her voice at me to tell me to check the screen to see how many orders that they have ???? Later, she got my order on her hand but not telling that my order is ready and finally she started to notify that my order is ready with an attitude . Dont you see how rude she is ? Worst experience ever . I hope someone from MANAGEMENTS read this message and train your staffs again. Otherwise, you are losing customers. Never come back here !!!
