Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant

I was very disappointed with this meal! I ordered the Pepper Shrimp Brochette; it read very yummy on the menu. But what came out was a shrimp that was so small that the meal looked and tasted like bacon wrapped in cheese. And even with the bacon and cheese, the flavor was lackluster. The dish was 25 dollars; maybe three jumbo shrimp would have been better with some flavor. Sometimes, you have to get heavy-handed when putting on the spices. But the service was on point, and it's a really pretty place. I loved all the pictures on the wall, the bar area was really nice with lots of seating, which probably make for a great time with the girls.

This used to be our staple on the weekends. But they have changed the recipe somehow to some thing and every time I've gone back, I've gotten indigestion. Not sure if they're using palm oils, canola oils, soy oils?? but it's not agreeing with our bodies. Please revisit your ingredients list.

The food is always great here and I love the way the waitstaff interacts with my talkative 5-year old. We frequent this location often because of the goood service and food.

My hubby has been wanting to try their brunch menu for a few weeks and finally today we were able to make it and brought our grandson along. Brunch is only Saturday and Sunday starting at 9am and we arrived around 9:30am, there was only one vehicle in front so we questioned if this location was even open, but it was. It wasn't busy whatsoever, there was another couple inside already eating, we ordered our food and drinks, drinks came out first and the food probably took a good 15 minutes. Let's rate the seasonal raspberry margarita, it was a margarita, nothing jumped out at my pallet and screamed "what is that taste!" The Bloody Mary, although it was made with Tito's vodka, which nothing is wrong with Tito's, it must be the mix as overall taste, was just of Tito. Moving on to good, or grandsons's waffle was extra fluffy and when dipped in the warm syrup, was delicious! He doesn't like whipped cream or anything extra on his waffles so we can't comment on those. It did come with two slices of bacon and it must've tasted good as not only did he devour them, he didn't want any to begin with. My husband and I both ordered the omelette except mine was with beef fajita and he had chicken fajita and he wanted it all scrambled together. Let's start with his, which lacked some flavor while mine was packed with flavor. My eggs were light and fluffy which made the omelette feel the same, the salsa was spicy which I love. I would definitely recommend this place for brunch because it's not packed, they offer a variety of brunch menu options and drinks too.

This is the reason I come here and this location has messed up on this order so many times but new management completely killed it this time. Food was hot tasted great, and our waitress "LA" very attentive to our needs. She was awesome and helped us place an order for a party we are having 3 days from now.

We've been going to this location since it opened a few years back. We've always had consistently great food with very good service as well.The manager, Dave, does an excellent job, leading his team and is very involved with the guests in the dining room. I'm so sorry I forgot our server's name from last night, but he did a wonderful job during a very busy evening.Will return soon!

June1,2024: The food suck beef fajitas dry no lime flavoring like their other locations frozen margarita not very frozen and they had at least ONE COCKROACH running across the floor under booths that I saw. I WONT NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION ITS THE SECOND TIME IN ABOUT A YEAR FOOD SUCK. MOST OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS HAVE GREAT TASTE AND TENDERNESS IN THE BEEF FAJITAS . Which the manger was informed about the issues and offered to remake my food which I said no because if it's suck then it's gonna suck again remaking.

Was not impressed at all with the food. Everything lacked salt. Service was ok, but as busy as they were, they could have used another bar tinder. Prices are high.

I would need a minus star to put correct answer or review on this restaurant... sorriest place I have ever been!! Manager is rude and needs training or new people skills... Some of wait staff were rude and cocky!! I'm never going back to see if they start serving good food again and the help I guess if you can write you get to keep your job.. Good luck to the decent people who work hard there working around unprofessional people who have no clue what people skills are.. I choose five stars for the crappy experience that we had and to see what it will bring!!!!
