First course...muy bueno.
Stuffed fried avocado with cheese enchilada, rice, and refried beans
Cheese Enchilada...gravy was just right and the rice had no chunky vegetables in it. This is how it's supposed to be.

The servers (2) have walked by multiple times and refuse to refill a simple beverage.
Oh look...now it's empty and there hasn't been a server around our table since our plates arrived.

My all time favorite restaurant - we haven't been in almost 2 years but I think about their fajitas and Queso almost every day. My mom tried joking that they closed down - I cried. Their Queso is TOP TIER.

The people and food here is top tier, second to none. Lovely family environment and mouth-watering food. Love this place and would recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican cuisine. Btw, they also have a drive through window but please don't think that they serve greasy or less than desirable food. They take adequate time on orders and have perfected their recipes. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating.

This place was really good! We had to drive a bit to get here, and always wanted to come as we saw it on our way to Conroe. We got the large queso to start. Everyone devoured it in no time. I got the tampiquena with grilled chicken. It came with 3 tortillas and filled me up! My wife got the sour cream enchiladas and had no complaints. My kids enjoyed fried chicken with curly fries. The waitress was nice enough and the atmosphere is what you'd expect with a more authentic Tex-mex restaurant. It was all delicious and we will surely be back!
