I ordered online through app:Ordered 8 pc buckets special, received 7 and a tiny wing as seen in picture.Ordered original, received Extra crispy.Ordered thighs & legs, received dry white meat.Ordered mashed potatoes, received Mac & cheese.I was told I had to wait an additional 10-15 min for my order that was placed 45min prior to pickup.I understand it's just a fried chicken joint, but KFC get it together.

If this not the worst kfc/ chicken fast food eww I want my $1.75 back for them crusty dry flour tap water biscuits AND to make matters worse the exchange biscuits was worse apparently they all look like sun tan rocks and taste like wax paper

Every time I come to this place there is always this rude girl that works the cash register and sometimes I really want to get ugly and go off on her. Her customer service is the worst and she should be working somewhere she doesn't have to interact with customers.. Edit: just today we came and got super hard chicken wings and we asked them to be re-cooked. Unfortunately it's the only KFC close by.

Ordered pot pie and a chicken little in drive thru. The chicken little was ice cold and the pot pie was nasty. It seemed to be old and the sauce was thick and gelatinous. It's too bad because KFC's pot pie usually rocks, but this one was just putrid!

Not a great place to dine in Floor was dirty and sticky the kitchen looks a mess, the chicken doesn't look very appetizing, also when you order from the app it tells you your order it's ready but once you arrive they will make you wait for half an hour. So yeah i don't recommend this place to dine in or order cause its all dependent on the workers that work there that will waste your time

This KFC has a management problem. No one seems to know what they are doing or what stock they have on hand. Customer service issues need to be addressed with how staff interacts with paying customers who contribute to their paycheck. These issues fall to the manager/owner. It seems that they are not doing their job if the staff doesn't have essentials that come with the dinner, and staff doesn't know proper customer service etiquette. Have had bad service and forgotten items the last few times I came here but thought I'd give them the benefit of a doubt...but...Three strikes, you're out!Was on the run so I planned to eat in my car and I'm glad I was still there as I was not given napkins, plastic eating utensils or butter for the biscuit in the bag. I drove back to drive up window to ask for items and they said they didn't have those items. I asked how I was expected to eat greasy chicken without utensils or napkins and was then handed a single fork but no napkins or butter as they did not have them. Who eats their biscuits without butter or honey?! I also had to ask for dipping sauce as they never asked me what dipping sauce I would like.

This has to be the worst KFC I've ever been too. The wait is long and the rude , mean lady/ man at the drive through window sealed the deal for me today. Please don't go to this KFC it took everything in me not to curse her out in front of my child. KFC please screen your workers better. And hire more welcoming workers.
