The manager in training didn't give me a drink for my son's kids meal. She didn't know how to give the refund so I called customer service who heard her screaming and banging on my car window in the drive through- scaring my four year old. She called the police, the other employees had their phones out and gave obscene looking gestures. The manager went so far as to walk in front of my car to record me and my son. When I drove forward she ran back into the restaurant.

Got to the store and waited 10 minutes longer at the quick order pickup counter. My phone app for online orders said it was ready. I watched maybe 5 minutes before they even started preparing my order.Not good!!!

If I could give 0 I WOULD, 1st of all my chicken tasted old and the employees could care less and on top of that I notice he had my card for a little too long . A couple days later I get a text from my bank saying a purchased something for 15$ at kfc at 11:05 !!!!!! They're are closed so they took my card info and tried using it in my luck my card was locked ! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE

I've been coming to this location for years, and I don't think I've ever seen anybody here upset or disgruntled. In fact I don't think I've seen a happier crew at a fast food restaurant, than the employees here. And hey, the foods good too!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst KFC I've ever been to. The lady working the window was rushing us to order and told us that if we didn't know what we wanted by now we needed to come into the lobby (we're sitting there for maybe 2 mins). Then we told her we would just go somewhere else and she got an attitude and said "please do". Absolutely disgusting, she needs to be fired.
