Five Guys

I usually love me a Five Guys burger, but I was so disappointed here. Not likely to return any time soon.The first thing was the price of burgers here has shot through the roof, to the point where they're not even competitive with other burger joints in the area. The regular cheeseburger is up to $11 without tax and not including fries. The little cheeseburger is $8 and it's about the size of a burger on McD's dollar menu. I know supply chains are long and food prices are high, but Five Guys is going to have to figure out how to make it work, or they won't be around much longer.Also, the size of the toppings on the burger has shrunk. With the prices so high, my son and I split a "little" burger, and each half was the size of a mini slider. I got 3 nice tasting bites, that's about it.The fries here suck, even the Cajun seasoning can't help that. If I hold a French fry by the end, it should not droop. Good fries are crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside, which you can do by the double-fry method. These soggy excuses for fries were limp and droopy. I've had better fries from Wendy's ffs. The seasoning was okay, but overall, they sucked. And they packed so many in the bag that I had to dump them all out to get to the minute cheeseburger buried underneath the sea of potato.The only redeeming quality is that the peanuts are still free and delicious. We grabbed a couple of trays of peanuts before leaving, due to the sad state of affairs here.There are plenty of other places in the area that have very good burgers below $10. All in all, it was a disappointing rip-off. Enjoy your $25, 5G, for an underwhelming meal. It's the last you'll see from me.

Who doesn't like a home style burger? It's simple enough to satisfy any cravings without going overboard. I went in not knowing what to expect. The burgers and fries are made to order! Unlike a other big chain places, here you order before they cut your fries up and put your burger on the grill. When I went the scene was very calm, surprisingly empty. The classic white and red tiles match the decor that will take you back a few decades.I got my burger with only pickles, mayo, and tomato- I didn't want too overpower the burger itself. The burger tastes like I just made it at home and the brown bag you get your food in adds to this nostalgia of simpler days.Overall not a bad burger but not as good as people hyped it up to be.(... be ready to spend around $6 for the burger alone)

I got a cheeseburger all the way (no bun, no ketchup). It was so good. Big and delicious. We usually go to the Sugarland location but it's closed for renovations. This location is very clean, fast, efficient and the staff were friendly. We will be back. Oh, the fries... I think they have a magic spice on them. They are amazing.

Five Guys for my family is all about the fries. That extra free scope of home cut greasy fries with our large order was what elevated this burger shack. The fresh cooked burgers we got were not bad either, especially with all the free add on such as jalapeños, mushrooms, grilled onions A-1 steak sauce, etc. Our only complaint was the diameter of the burger. It really was sized like a junior burger. Service at this location was friendly. We ordered on line and our foods were ready at our chosen pick up time. Social distance and mask protocols were observed. No dine in allowed at this time.

Can't really give this place anything more than three because of its inconsistency when it comes to their food. One minute the burgers are a little off or sometimes on point. Sometimes the fries are crisp others your eating a bag of soggy fries. It's always a hit or miss. Their customer service is pretty standard and there wait isn't really that long. One of these days I know they will get it right 100%

The meat is not flavorful, and the prices are way overpriced. Don't ever get a burger from Five Guys. You would be wasting your money, and you could definitely get a better burger elsewhere.

Here we are nearly 5 years later and I am just as underwhelmed as I was the first time. I decided to get a burger in a bowl since I'm living the low carb life. Two patties, bacon, cheese and the fixings. It was cooked well and the veggies were fresh - I just didn't feel I got my value for the $10 I paid. Oh well - that's it for this one!NOT.A.WINNER

Placed and Uber eats order bc I was really really craving Five guys and Got a HAIR on my burger! They were very apologetic and exchanged the burgers without a problem but had to go through the haste of driving which defeats the purpose of ordering Uber eats . Finding a hair it's pretty nasty I know but I Can't give them anything lower bc we get great service every time we come to this location and when there's no hair their burgers are delicious!
