Ordered an ice cream cake for my grandson and as we were eating it there was a long hair in it. Tried to call the store several times no one picked up the phone. I will never go to that Dairy Queen again. We had to throw the cake away very disappointing after spending so much money for this cake.

Rude, horrendous service!My husband and I go to this location often. I ordered my usual, a medium caramel sundae and my husband got a small blizzard. Both items were made in the small size. My husband noticed immediately as the employee handed us the items that the sundae was the wrong size as we always order a medium and we know what size it is. This was a small. We pointed this mistake out to the employee who snatched the sundae out of my husband's hand at the drive thru window and disappeared to the back and returned with a small scale that he slammed down onto the drive thru window and put the sundae on top to weigh it. He said see 10 ounces, but it wasn't 10, it was 8. On top of that the sundae was all melted like it was made while we were waiting in the drive thru lane for the cars ahead of us. We realized that the attitude of this employee was not worth the fuss and just said we will take the sundae and leave. The employee practically threw it at us and slammed the drive thru window. We have been frequent customers at this location and my elderly parents also come here often for treats. We will never be coming back, ever. The employee's attitude was horrendous! Also the male employee servicing the food at the drive thru window had long wavy hair and did not have it pulled back in any way and did not have a hat or hair net on!

Yes, it was a Wednesday and I had. $2.00 off coupon from the app!!!Went to DQ on a hot Wednesday to get an Oreo blizzard. The service was fast and polite. The ambiance was clean, quiet and on point. And the blizzard was nice and cool with lots of Oreo cookies!!!Problem is that they do NOT serve the blizzards upside down like they used too. But all was still delicious.

I honestly would not recommend this location at all.First, the dining room closes at 6pm, so if you arrive after that it's drive-thru only and the drive thru is always packed. But what irked me the most with my visit the night before is their own rule about how to use and redeem their app coupons. App coupons are available for use at other locations, the guidelines for the coupons were pretty standard (one per customer, cannot be used multiple times, etc.). If you've never used the app before, once you redeem a coupon a time starts counting down before the coupon disappears from use so you need to scan it within 30 minutes of redeeming, which the app does warn you about. However, for whatever dumb reason, this location has ANOTHER rule: that you must redeem the coupon at the cashier window in order for the coupon to be "valid". Like, the cashier literally needs to watch you hit redeem. So even if you hit redeem the minute you enter the drive thru line, and you approach the payment window with time to spare, the coupon to them is INVALID and you can't use it . Make sense? No? Doesn't make any sense to me either. We did not know about this rule thus had redeemed the coupon prior to entering the parking lot because my cellular reception is awful at this location and I cannot even load the app (so how am I supposed to load and redeem at the cashier window?) And they tell me my coupon is invalid. A waste of my coupon. A waste of my time. Do not go here. Spend your money at a different location or go to the Sonic next door that honors all app discounts the way they are written without any made up rules. Would give this place my first 0 stars if I could.

We sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get to point to place order and the speaker tells us they're closed. After sitting there for 20 minutes. All for nothing. What horrible customer service. Do not recommend. Zero stars. Btw, yelp says you're open until til 10:30. It's was 10:01 when turned away.

This location closes at 10 pm unlike their location shows. Arrived at 9:59 in the drive thru and worker began taking our order then abruptly stopped stating sorry we closed. Open sign was still on in the window and they would not serve us. It's unfortunate paying customers are turned down because employees are in a rush to go home. Worker was visibly making signals rudely to us as we drove away.

the workers were so nice and quick to working on my ice cream customer service was amazing attending to my order they had smiles on their faces really made me wanna stay longer i also got a kids meal burger amazing and I didn't wait long they brought it out to me and said enjoy I can recommend this Dairy Queen location the ladies even though they where busy were still patient with me I can acknowledge I did take a little while deciding on the great options 10/10 do recommend coming here again
