Love how this location is front and center at this shopping/food plaza. It's a great location to get dinner and get some Crumbl after!I've tried some of this week's flavors at work so I already knew what I wanted! Picture added below.I loooove their chocolate chip original cookie! And everything is fresh and warm and so chewy good! And we got a free cookie each!Staff was super fast, even with us using the self order counter, they got our order out within less than minutes and it was warm!So excited this location is near my place sooo I'll be coming back soon!

If you've been to crumble before, it's all the same aesthetically. Parking is plentiful it is shared with the strip. Service was helpful and gracious. I did forget that they do not take cash, but I love venues who accept tap to pay. They sell cookies, if you're a cookie fan I suggest trying it out. I think this location is perfectly placed.There is no seating room and I Cayman they opened at 8:00 a.m., so there was no wait.

My goodness! For someone who loves cookies, these are paradigm shifting because of the sheer size of these bad boys. The cookies here almost have the consistency of brownies because of their densities. My two favorite flavors were both chilled: Strawberry Cheesecake and this Chocolate Ding Dong looking one (can't remember the name). A-mazing.Also ordered the vanilla cream and class chocolate chip. Both also very good, but the other two were too dang good. The only thing that I didn't love was the price. It is a bit pricey but again, the size of the cookies are quite massive. This location is not really a sit-in spot. Mostly to-go orders. If you're a cookie fanatic, I'd say it's worth at least a one-time visit to try.

Crumbl Cookies are so tasty Service is so great at the Westchase location. The cookies are always so fresh. Customer services is very good!

Cookies are good and well baked , good portion size as well . I like the bellaire location .

If a certain flavor or all flavors that a customer orders is out of stock the location should inform the customer. We placed a door dash order and instead of informing us none of the flavors we ordered were available we were given four completely different flavors. One of which smelled like dirty dish water and two of the others were hard as a brick. This is not good business. It would have been appreciated if we were notified instead of being charged and given something else. The location included free cookie coupons however we still should have been given the option to patronize or not due to the issue on the locations behalf. We were not even given the option if we wanted the alternatives instead our money was taken. I called the location and they made it seem fine since they gave the coupons however once we tasted the cookies that is when the issue became a bit more serious.
