Cookie Confidant

Shout out to Ron for making things right. He read my previous review and expressed that he was totally overwhelmed with orders but at the same time he made no excuses. He listened to my complaints and said he would make the necessary adjustments. He refunded me my money and gave me the cookies as well. I respect Ron and I look forward to him running a very smooth and efficient business in the future.

So today is my brother's birthday and all he wanted was some cookies from Cookie Confidant. I placed an order this morning and texted the owner to make sure that the cookies would arrive today. He advised me that he would make sure that the cookies were delivered today for his birthday. He texted me to confirm that he was going to deliver them and I ask him if I could change the address because my brother was no longer at the original address I placed on the order. He advised me once again that would be fine and to send him the new address and he would take care of it. He updated me while driving because he ran into traffic that caused a delay in the delivery. He also contact me once he arrived to the location. I would like to say thank you so much for making this birthday amazing for him and guaranteeing that the cookies will be delivered. He said they are amazing

Great tasting cookies and not too sweet! The cookies are large and delicious. They're definitely worth it!!!!

I placed an order a bit before 12 and I received delivery at about 7 pm. I wasn't expecting same day (didn't read the disclosure of 1 day delivery when choosing the date). I was shocked when my doorbell rang (there was a delivery text sent as well as email that I completely ignored - my fault). These cookies are better than good! They are amazing! Moist and plenty of chocolate chip to pecan ratio. And not overly sweet (which is a plus) I will definitely order again! The owner was very personable and friendly.

I placed a large order online from them on November 24th and have still not received my order (Order Number: #01179 (placed on November 24, 2020 at 10:01 PM CT). In addition, I've messaged them directly through their website several times but to no avail. Plus I referred several people but noone has received any communication back from Cookie Confidant, even though our payments have been fully processed... I believe we've been scammed smh. Dont waste your time or money...

I'm a well known cookie monster! Like, seriously!! So, when I seen cookie confidant came highly recommended on Facebook and Instagram I just haaaad to give it a try! I ordered on a Monday at 7am, and I received my cookie order today, Wednesday@ 7pm. I ordered chocolate chip pecan and I must admit, the cookies are super big!! I would say they are the size of about 3-4 regular size chocolate chip cookies all combined into one large cookie. So, the cookie itself were soft & chewy on the inside and crispy around the edges. In my opinion, there's no unique flavoring with the cookie. Like, I couldnt taste the vanilla extract, butter, or dash of salt.(personal preference) (I'm also assuming he used those ingredients). To me, it tasted like a regular/average cookie. The customer service was really good and professional! The owner himself is super friendly and always maintained contact with me before, during and even after my order was placed. This is a black owned business, and I will always support and give back to my community by any means necessary. I do however feel like (again, my opinion) that more flavors should POP within the cookie. Will I order again? Probably. Yall Give cookie confidant a try, I can promise you, u will not be able to eat an entire cookie in one sitting. They are huge!!

If you want to send cookies for a company appreciation, or a birthday gift for family and friends , you must order from Cookie Confidant . The cookies are huge almost the size of a coffee saucer plate and the butter, vanilla, and sugar with spice is so nice! I will spend my money on this great cookie. Did I forget to mention that there are many varieties of cookie goodness! So,visit the website to view and order! You will enjoy every morsel.

After my original review the company contacted me to make things right. They apologized for not sending the cookies when promised and they refunded my money. They explained the issues they are having with their email and Ron worked hard to keep me informed about what was happening with my order. I appreciate Ron and Cookie Confidant for correcting things and I hope that they will have a more reliable way to contact them so future customers will not have any issues. Great job on being business like Cookie Confidant. Keep up the good work!!!

Their cookies are great. However they only have certain kinds on different days. It is good to check online to see what flavors are available on that day.
