This is probably the worse CFA I've been to, which is surprising because the area seems pretty affluent leaning with the large homes and nearby medical facilities. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong at the drive thru, leaving out items, and then when I went inside to get what was left off, I was met with so much suspicion. It was only when I pulled up yelp to check in that I saw they were 2 star rated. I can absolutely see why. I also asked for additional items that I've been able to get at every other CFA, yet was told no here in an incredibly condescending way by a redheaded woman who I assume is a supervisor. They are very proud to not be like any other location and that's very weird to me lol. I won't return to this location.

CALLING THE POLICE ON CUSTOMER.I've actually been a fan of Chick-fil-A for their food choices for a while. I appreciate something besides beef and they have some good salad choices. This one is a challenge to get in and out of but it used to be worth it for the food and service. We used to get a Chick-fil-A meal about once a week.Recently, my retired husband stopped by just for a milkshake. When he got to the window he was told to go park and someone will bring it out. I guess this is done to give the appearance of a fast moving line when actually some of the line is parked and still waiting. When he asked how long the wait might be Susan told him to move his car because she was calling the POLICE. That shocked him so he asked for a manager. Susan said that she is the manager and made a big production out of her calling the police until the milkshake showed up and she hung up. If this is your Chick-fil-A you definitely need some new managers with some new attitudes.

5 stars for this location! In true Chick Fil A fashion, the line is always sooo long, but I'm always in and out in no time! I've stopped by this location numerous times and don't think I've ever been disappointed. Staff is always polite and quick to get cars through the drive thru and my wait usually isn't long when choosing curbside. Of course, I've everyone's favorites: sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and the wrap is really good as well. This time I decided to try tot Lemon Kale Caesar Salad but a modified version. I went with regular nuggets instead of the grilled (sorry for the grilled nugget lovers, this review is not for you..I've tried them, but they aren't my thing) and with a basic ranch instead of when Cider VinagAbsolutely delicious! There is a perfect balance of iceberg and kale and the regular nuggets and parking add a bit of crunch and additional flavor. Not sure if it's a seasonal item, but this salad is my new go to salad at Chick Fil A. They definitely knew what they were doing with this one! Not sure how long it'll be offered (its seasonal), so try it while you still can!

Just had the terrible experience here. I placed my order through the app and when i received my order it was incorrect. So i had to go back around through drive through to have it corrected. Instead of correcting my breakfast sandwich the person at the register handed me the item that was missing from my sandwich. SMH i handed the sandwich back to the person at the counter and asked them if they could remake the sandwich. Because i wouldn't move from the drive through window and decided to wait for my sandwich that Chick-fil-A messed up. The manager Kimberly (Bella) was very rude and never once apologized for the mistake the team made but told me if i don't move from the drive through line that she would not be giving me my breakfast sandwich i ordered. Then proceeded to give me a full refund instead. Not sure who trained her to be a manager but this place could definitely use some improvement on the way they treat and greet their customer's. This Chick-fil-A is the only one I've ever been to that has poor service and gets orders wrong. I don't really blame the mostly teenage kids who work there; I put the responsibility on the management. For example, one day I ordered a spicy filet for my salad and they gave me a regular filet (not spicy); I let them know and the manager on duty literally tried to argue with me that it was spicy when it was not. Annoying but not a huge deal. I also hear the managers yelling at the teens when it's busy. The last straw for me was when my order was wrong recently. I didn't notice until I got home, so I reached out to CFA Cares. I got an automated reply from corporate and I never received any follow up from owner/operator or any manager from this location. I used to go to CFA at least weekly, but I decided to delete my app and refrain from visiting. The service and quality of food are not what they used to be. I've been getting the Slim Salad from Slim Chicken's. It's a better value, they have great service, and the salad comes with a drink. CFA is really riding on their reputation, but they have raised prices, and don't really do anything to innovate or provide more value or consistent service for customers.

I don't typically gravitate to CFA... feel they are over-hyped, always crowded and a bit on the pricier side... We came today because I randomly saw a reward from the Houston Astros in my account. (Pleasant surprise!)This was my first visit at this location. I didn't want to fight Broadway traffic around 4:30pm on a weekday so I figured this location would be better. Nope. What a sh*t show. I entered off Kirby and took the access road behind the restaurant, which resulted in me having to make a right into the parking lot. Easy peasy, right? Nope. The drive thru line was so long that I couldn't make a right into the parking lot. Traffic was waiting to make a left into the parking lot off Shadow Creek as well. No one was moving. Then the "lefties" were making their turns into the wrong lane so they could at least get into the parking lot. I couldn't move. Needless to say, we waited for 10+ min to even enter the parking g lot. I ended up parking in a curbside pickup parking spot out of frustration. Luckily no one said anything to me.I ran inside to get my FREE entree. The line was short inside. The kid at the counter was friendly and helpful. He didn't make me feel weird for only ordering a free item. Wait time was a couple minutes. Kids loved their hot snack. We would definitely order the tenders here again. I might return but probably not around 4:30 on a weekday.
