Cazadores Mexican Restaurant

This has been my family's go to restaurant for years. It doesn't really have great food, it's not really clean, and the restrooms are sometimes scary. The good news is that it's never busy, a table for 20 is not a problem and your group will be seated right away. The really bad news is that they've been shut down by the health department twice over the last few months and I think they are still closed on this date. However, the people are really nice and the margaritas are cheap. I've only had food poisoning twice. Yep, we keep going back.

This place was not good at all. The salsa was warm like it's been sitting out not refrigerated. Margaritas watered down. Jalapeño poppers were wired bacon wrapped jalapeño with cream cheese and not good. Fajitas were ok but was mostly onions and no other veggies.

We love this place! The green chili enchiladas are the best! The salsa is very flavorful. We enjoy the seasonal decorations as well! Next up.. we need to try the margaritas!

Food was kind of bland for mexicanFriendly staff, or attentive not overly friendly. It was food for the night I guess

We stopws for lunch, and it was a great choice! The food is tasty, and the prices are reasonable. We ordered a small queso, and we were amazed at how large the portion was. The chicken enchiladas are very tasty, as is everything else.

Food is always good. This time I tried their Tacos Z which are tacos mixed (asada,chicken,shrimp). Read people complaining about the restaurant being old. Look if you want to go to a bougie "tex Mex restaurant" there's several in Houston. It's not like the place is falling apart. Besides the food and i know I should've taken pics before lol but the salsas Oooo man the salsas are the best thing I've had in a while. Like I told the lady at cashier "it's nice to finally have some salsa thats spicy". If not spicy is your thing the red middle salsa is for you.

Honestly just bad. Lack of flavor. Quail paradilla tasted like it was just oversalted quail in kraft sweet bbq sauce. Carnitas was unsalted and flavorless. Overall would not go back. Ambiance was fineService was attentive

Eh...I'll try again, maybe. I went in on a Sunday they were busy, sat at the bar. I got looks before offered a drink and a menu after 10 minutes of just sitting there. Food delivery was blazing fast (they have food runners). Menu is a bit on the overwhelming side, lots of food options. Great room with booths along perimeter, tables in the middle, patio avail, very noisy. No separation of bar from general seating lots of televisions with sports.

We truly sat there for 55 min after we ordered for them to come out and tell us they had no charro beans.. no one hardly knows English there I asked the one bigger size Hispanic gentleman.. what took so long for them to even tell us that they didn't have beans... he said we're busy I looked around there was only five tables there.. truly don't waste your time or money going there unless u have nothing else to do that day !!! on GOD

This place is dirty from the handles on the front door to the kitchen. I have been inside the kitchen and there are bugs . They cooks use their bare hands when they cook food. If you want a higher quality better meal go to Herreras in Sealy
