The food here was okay 3/5The service was 4/5The inside seating was very comfortable, we sat at a round table near the window. I ordered the Bourbon St. Bread Pudding and I honestly didn't like it at all, which was disappointing because I'm always hype to find some nice bread pudding. I ordered the Zydeco pasta, it was 3/5 ... didn't get pictures :(

I had happy hour margaritas which tasted good, not like a headache waiting for you in the morning, I had a cup of chicken gumbo and some fries Fried Calamari. Price was on point and service was great. I definitely recommend checking this place out. The happy hour is only valid in the bar area.

Love coming here when I come to Texas. The atmosphere and the vibe here is very Chill. My waitress Eliza was amazing and very tentative. She made sure we understood the menu, and she took her time answering all of my questions. My food came out hot and seasoned to perfection. The fish was definitely fresh. This place is definitely a place to come and visit....

We came in around 3PM for an early dinner, party of 4. Big thank you to our lovely waitress Analyse who was nothing but sweet. We left with more smiles on our face than we came in with! April fools, haha. The portion sizes were generous and everyone liked their meals. My sister really enjoyed the calamari. Crab Bisque was yummy, got the random idea to put those croutons from the salad with it. So good! Wish it came with garlic bread or something.

If you have not had lunch at Babin's, it's definitely worth a look.My wife had the $12 blackened chicken and loved it. I had the crawfish half and half, which was offered as a special with red snapper bites instead of fried crawfish tails. The crawfish étouffée was delicious, and the fried snapper bites were excellent. Add a side of dirty rice, and this was a very enjoyable meal.Landry's has a rewards club called "Landry's Select". We signed up for it a week prior at Saltgrass. Basically, we paid $25 to get setup, then received $50 in credits to use right away. So we cashed-in one of the rewards with our meal. If you like the Landry's restaurants, ask your server to get setup.All in all, for lunch we spent about $15 per person for a quality meal (drinks brought it closer to $20 per person). Not bad at all!

Circling back to add that the Bourbon Street pasta and the red beans and rice is so good! Definitely a 5/5. They seafood is fresh the sauce is amazing. Cesar salad was better than what I had previously, definitely 5/5. Also, I feel like they did something special to the lemonade this time it tasted like they made it in the house. It was so good! This is easily becoming one of my favorite restaurants.

Used to love the food, but it's gone down hill. The Brussel sprouts special side was terrible. Boiled sprouts with Cajun seasoning - not good! The redfish was tough and a little over cooked and lacked flavor. Our waitress was super nice, but they were so busy, she didn't have a chance! Poor lady was run ragged. As a result, service was soooooo sloooooooow. Poor management.... Won't be back...

Service was great but the fried Oysters were awful. The oysters were covered in heaps of flour then fried. So much thick flour batter when oysters should be lightly coated with cornmeal. Babins DO BETTER AND GET SOMEONE IN THE KITCHEN WHO KNIWS HOW TO FRY OYSTERS!!!
