This place at the moment has all employees as true Italians. This matters because it's authentic....none of this Josesito & Pepe whipping up some so called Italian food. The food quality was exquisite. Salvatore (he wanted me to mention he has a dog, family and a whole lot more) provided great service. I wanted to lick each and every plate that brought out clean. I started with a modified zucchini flower dish (I'm vegetarian, so no anchovies). It was so full of flavour and the yellow grape tomatoes were outstanding. Next moved into the pear purses with gorgonzola sauce. The portion sizes were just right, not too much, not too little and the quality shines, no screams at you. The panna cotta was done artistically and was a standout. Miami Spice is going on as of this review and it's a great way to sample for a fixed price. If you are lucky, you will get one for the 5 parking spaces in the front, plus one for handicap. This restaurant has a large selection of wines. Bread was just like I like it, a good crust with a soft interior. It's at the northern corner as you come to the bridge crossing the intracoastal on 79th street. So good, so worthy of a repeat visit as well as yours. Trust me, you shouldn't go wrong here at all. I told Salvatore that it was pornography for the mouth and I'm sticking with that.

Can I give more than 5 stars? The service was outstanding! Thank you to our waiter from Naples, Italy. The food was also top-notch. I recommend the Proscuitto Crudo San Daniele and Fresh Focaccia for an appetizer. Then the La Greca salad. For the entree, Spaghetti Chitarra al Pomodoro was my favorite. For wine, my husband and I shared a bottle of the Italian Gewurtztremaine. Delicious! From the outside, Ferrarro's Kitchen doesn't look like much. It is located right next to a highway and across the street from a storage unit. But don't let this fool you. You don't want to miss out on the amazing food and service. You can make a reservation online, and if the weather is nice, I recommend sitting on the patio.

Unassuming Italian restaurant off 71st St near the causeway. If you aren't looking out for it, you'll miss it. Probably no more than 10 spots out front and if those are full, I'm not sure where you'd go park otherwise. Place is classy with both indoor and outdoor patio seating. We sat inside and were happy. Everything made from scratch so we were told to prepare for delays but food came out shortly after we finished our appetizers. Everything was excellent and would order again. Wild boar pasta is similar to a bolognese except the meat is not ground but it's extremely tender. This was my fav dish. Service is top notch. Waiter noticed a plate that was slightly dirty and he swapped it out without me needing to ask. Drinks were always filled and empty plates removed promptly. Was skeptical of the reviews here but they were spot on. I'll be returning for sure!

We dined at Ferraro's kitchen for my birthday dinner and loved our experience. It's a little small diner where everything is homemade. The owner greeted us upon arrival and shared that it was his wife's birthday, too! He made sure we were taken care of the entire time. We did have one little mishap - I ordered the short rib for dinner and they brought out lamb! The waiter suggested that I try it before sending it back and I did, not realizing what it was. It had amazing flavor, but I couldn't get past it being lamb and decided that I wanted my short rib. They rushed the order and had it out within minutes! My wife ordered the lasagna and said it was amazing! Don't pass up their tiramisu!

Linguine with clam sauce was good but more fishy tasting than I'm a fan of. But it was good just the same. I had the lasagna and it was excellent! The bread was out of this world and the caprese salad was good despite the tomatoes being on the thin side and lacking as much of the balsamic glaze that I prefer. Service was on point but tapered off at the end of our meal when a larger party was seated near us. The restaurant is located right on 79th street and if traveling from the west it can be tricky to turn left into the parking lot. The lot itself has limited parking with only a few very narrow spaces. We went rather early (6-ish) so there were plenty of empty tables. There is outside seating but not my preference when it's July hot and steamy. I would definitely go again and you should too!

Came here with a big group for a birthday and was pleasantly surprised. I'm a very picky eater so I was very intimidated by this place. Starting off the bread and olive oil was delicious it was so fresh I could possibly eat loaves of it if I could. As an appetizer we orders the charcuterie and the fried calamari and shrimp. It was delicious could not go wrong with that. After appetizers it took a very long time for the food to arrive possibly around 45-50 minutes. So if you are starving and no appetizers to hold you off this might be tough. When the food came I was so happy there was sooo much seafood which was great. The portion seemed small but I left with a full tummy. Very delicious.

Definitely a hole in the wall gem that I hope you're fortunate to stumble upon. The food was delicious and full of so much flavor. The staff was kind and helpful with tasty recommendations. There's only wine and beer options here as they have not obtained a liquor license, but they have excellent choices! Great experience with tasty food!

Went to this restaurant and I really enjoyed the calamari appetizer and mozzarella. I loved the Ferroci as the main entree as well. The host Egger was very sweet and accommodating on a busy New years night.

Portions small, waiter not friendly. The salmon portion was not enough for an adult. Lasagna was good, little pasta so unusual but nothing to complain about. The gnocchi was fine, barely enough food. Would I go back, definitely not!

The mushroom risotto was excellent! But the food is always great. The atmosphere inside and outside on the covered patio is cozy and welcoming. While I don't have a dog, they do allow them outside.
