EntreNos emerges as a culinary sanctuary deserving of its Michelin star. The menu is a symphony of flavors, each dish meticulously crafted to tantalize the taste buds. Whether it's the delicate seafood creations or the succulent meat options, every bite is a testament to the chef's skill and passion.Service is attentive and warm, adding to the overall dining experience. Staff members are knowledgeable about the menu and eager to guide guests through their gastronomic adventure. However, one minor suggestion would be to expand the beverage options to include cocktail drinks alongside the impressive selection of wines. This addition would further elevate the dining experience and cater to a broader range of preferences.

This is one of the easiest 5 star reviews I've ever given. No other option really because this is probably one of the most creative, authentic and delicious restaurants I've enjoyed in Miami in some time. It's a small spot, actually a pop up in a cafe. Strangely it works. It's a cafe by day and at night the magic of Entre Nos begins. And it really is magic. We did not have a single dish that didn't wow us. The presentation of several of the plates particularly the Redland Salad was a work of art. I'm not a salad guy and it wowed me with its symphony of textures and tastes. It only go better with the oysters which are described by the chef as a Cuban frita take on oysters Rockefeller. And they were. Crunchy. Buttery. Swimming in taste with chorizo bits. The chawanmushi was a religious experience. Another perfect combination of flavors and textures with enough umami to make you mmmm with every bite. The flounder crudo was fresh as could be in a delectable cold broth with baby cilantro. The main we enjoyed was the ribeye which is dry aged in one of the chef's garage. Perfect all around. The fried yuca that accompanied it was probably the best take on yuca I've ever eaten. They also have an interesting wine list with many solid off the beaten path selections that pair beautifully with the food. You may have guessed this restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients, which is a plus for freshness and authenticity. The service was at times slow but I expect some of that in a restaurant that so sweats the details to put out perfect dishes every time. The waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. I've enjoyed Entre Nos before they got their Michelin star and after. It's consistently amazing. I just wish it were easier to get a reservation. The chefs often bring out the food and present the dishes which makes it even more fun getting to ask questions and heap praise on the maestros of this tiny kitchen.

Firstly, I am very excited this gem is in Miami Shores, the neighborhood is prime for a dining experience like this! I was so excited to try this hyper local spot because the local farmers featured are some of the best around Miami! Everything we ate was sublime, the grilled oysters were incredible and the multiple flavors in the blue runner crudo were so unique. For entrees, my partner, and I had the pork belly and the dry aged swordfish. Both were incredible. This was probably one of the most exciting dining experiences I've had in Miami from an innovative culinary experience perspective. I had the white wine from Galicia and the red wine from Sicily, and both were exceptional. The service was good, very knowledgeable, but it's small, so sometimes the staff were juggling a lot. The local art is one of my favorite parts of the decor. It is expensive, but worth it.

Entre Nos is a fabulous new restaurant in the heart of Miami Shores. We ate there Saturday night, and my Dining Companion, who was food editor of a major publication for two decades, pronounced the meal to be "very VERY good."The restaurant is at 9840 NE 2nd Ave, and if you haven't seen the sign, it's because it's the night-time occupant of Tinta y Cafe, which is open only for breakfast and lunch. The food was so good that we found ourselves dabbing fingers to get that last little bit of sauce from the salad plate.Their focus -- according to their website -- is "Florida-sourced ingredients, delivering a hyper-seasonal à la carte menu."The server lets you know where the food comes from, even explaining the origins of the salad. Excellent service, great food and -- well, a bit pricy. DC's perfectly done grouper cost $40, my tasty pork entre was $45. We also had delightful appetizers of grilled oysters ($28) and a salad ($18), plus an excellent bottle of Albarino ($65). There was also a steak on the menu for $70-something. I first thought that's maybe too pricy for Miami Shores, but then I got to thinking. The fabulous architecture firm Bruce & Bruce recently finished a beautiful renovation of a house on NE 102nd Street. It just sold for $3.3 million. With sales like that, the new folks moving into the neighborhood may find Entre Nos prices to be just fine.

EntreNos (@entrenosmiami) is located inside Tinta y Cafe (@tintaycafe) in Miami Shores. This pop-up opened last year and already earned itself a Michelin Star, so of course, I had to check it out . The menu is small but full of a ton of flavors, so I recommend you go with a large group to get an opportunity to try all the dishes. Our group of 4 ordered 4 appetizers, 3 entrées, and 2 desserts , and we regret nothing . Ingredients are all locally sourced, and the chef crafts them all into the most delicious and interesting flavor combinations like a tomato sorbet.

This pop up was highly recommended and did not disappoint! First, the ambiance is welcoming and cozy. We know this spot as during the day this is one of our favorite breakfast/brunch cafes in the neighborhood so we were excited to try for dinner. When we arrived, the hostess was so welcoming! She immediately sat us and explained the concept of the restaurant. She was eager to answer any questions we had about the menu. This pop up is unique in that it focuses on preparing dishes with locally sourced foods and inventive preparations. For appetizers, we shared the krudo, salad and a shrimp dish. All three were amazing but I have to say the shrimp dish stood out! I don't even like shrimp and it was amazing! When I read the description I was skeptical but boy was I wrong!! We were practically licking the bowl!! For my main course, I had the steak with fried yucca. It was soooo good. The steak was yummy but the sides were amazing!! I could have eaten the sides by themselves. My husband had the dorade and loved it. For dessert we shared the tart, which was described as a fruit that tastes like mango but with the consistency of pumpkin. It was served with a marshmallow top and lemongrass ice cream. It was beyond amazing!! Again, we were practically licking the plate !! What I loved about this place was the personalized service, the amazing food, and the uniqueness of each dish. A note... this place is not cheap, but if you are looking for high quality food, amazing service and a customized dining experience, this is the place for you! Thank you Ethan, Estefania, and Sara for making this an unforgettable experience!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!

Fantastic locally sourced food and chill atmosphere. Eclectic menu and very tasty food. This is a food forward and non pretentious spot with high end cooking. This is just the type of restaurant Miami needs and deserves. Place is a gem.

This innovative and flavorful restaurant is a pop up inside of Tinta Cafe which is a small, cozy cafe. The ingredients are all florida grown. Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive. The bar only has beer and wine but our server was able to recommend two local beers that were great. The stone fruit salad was unlike anything I have had before and it was delicious. The same for the chawanmushi, which i had never heard of before, but the michelin star they have is well earned after tasting the chawanmushi. The tile fish and grilled pork were equally delicious and presented nicely on the plate. If you order the mango ice cream, order two, it's that good.
