"The service was attentive and quick. I had beef vermicelli and the hubs had shrimp pho. We shared spring rolls. With my vermicelli I also received an egg roll and a shrimp sugarcane roll (maybe not called a roll but anyhow...). The beef was super flavorful and tender. Really good flavor. I did need to use some of my husbands broth because the noodles have zero sauce on them at all. I guess I was expecting something on them so they weren't just a clump of noodles. That being said, with a little broth they were really nice. I definitely prefer the spring rolls to the egg roll. The spring rolls are crunchy and flavorful but the egg roll lacked a crunchiness and felt a little mushy inside. The shrimp sugarcane thing was ok. Probably an acquired taste. The vegetables in my vermicelli bowl were super fresh and crunchy. Overall I really liked the beef vermicelli bowl...with a bit of broth. It was light and satisfying. The shrimp pho was good. The shrimp were nice and big and nicely cooked. I had hot tea, as well. It was fresh and hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal. If you're in Rosenberg, give them a try. You won't regret it."

Any fruit drinks, the Viet Coffee, and the Shaken Beef are my faves - but we've tried 20 other things here and each and every item was mesmerizingly delicious!it's a small local hidden gem with magically superb owners, down by Richmond, that has some of the best drinks and food in all of Texas. If you're not convinced yet, read on.We couldn't believe how dreamily delicious and tender and perfectly flavoured the Shaken Beef is (I was shaken, as literally as the beef had been), as well as all of their other signature and standout dishes and snacks. We're big into drinks more than anything, and these are easily the best you'll find in Sugar Land, in fact some of the tastiest and most original and unique and dreamy in all of Texas.We'd drive a long, long way for Mama Le, so we're lucky it's only half an hour (in normal traffic, rather than ughgoddamnithouston traffic) from our house.This is a place that you shouldn't miss. "We came here for lunch on a Sunday and there were a few other parties there. Parking was easy right in front in the shared strip mall lot. We picked what table we wanted to sit at and looked over the menu, which was all in english. It was easy to understand and I loved that there was a kids section with pho sized just for them.We for them both the kids pho and was able to request no veggies or onions. The food came out in a fair amount of time and my pho tai was pretty good. I got the large and thought it would be a bit bigger, but for the price, was a good size. The broth was a bit oily and flavorful. The service was good and I went up and paid at the front when we were done."

"Vegan Tofu? Don't mind if I do! This mom and pop restaurant is authentic, tasty, and efficient. You won't wait long and you'll get the exact flavors you're looking for. Now granted, I haven't actually tried the vegan pho yet (next on my list) but I truly love the Garlic Tofu and Lemongrass Tofu. The prices are also very reasonable, which is super underrated."

"This place is Laredo's best Pho. I've noticed a lot of reviews complain about the serving size, but I felt the servings are decent for the price you are paying. I do feel border town plates tend to be on the bigger side and people get used to that. The spring rolls were pretty good, basic standard spring rolls of really good size. The peanut size was a little watery, but tasted fine. The Jasmin tea was pretty standard. The pho was solid. Good clean broth with good noodle texture and a decent amount of protein. The noodle dish was super good, with a great garlic taste. The fried rice was decent as well. Don't expect anything super fancy or out of this world. Service is fast and friendly. Giving this place a 4, simply because it's the best in Laredo."
