"Wife ordered sweet and sour chicken, I ordered Teriyaki steak and we both thought our dishes were OK. Not great, certainly not bad. For her, the smaller pieces of chicken were very hard to bite through the fried batter and for me, the smaller pieces of beef became quite chewy though for both, the larger pieces were tender and juicy.Being a Saturday, it wasn't busy and service was prompt and very courteous. Prices a bit on the high side. Portions could be smaller and prices lower. Just my opinion on that. We've tried it. It was OK. 'Nuff said."
"Great food good prices! Food is authentic and the service is excellent. Will be back soon."

"Food ambience is great. Has s french vibe but they have something for every palette.."
"Been traveling a lot lately up this way and tried Four Seasons at the suggestion of a niece who lives in Port Lavaca. It's not well marked visually. I ordered catfish and wife ordered Beef and Broccoli. I thought mine was tasty, flaky and a good value. The crinkle fries cooked perfectly. Wife did not especially like her beef. She said it lacked flavor. I tasted a piece and thought that I'd had better as well. Thought the prices were a little high. I would come back for the fish, but I wouldn't order the beef."
"This place is AMAZING! It's very close to home, the food is delicious, the staff is very polite, it's one of the cleanest (if not the cleanest) restaurant I've eaten in in all of Corpus Christi and the prices are on point. I highly recommend the steak and shrimp bowls. They're fantastic!"
"Great service and the food was fresh and delicious!I will definitely return for more great sushi."
"The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in. The restaurant is nice and smells clean. The restroom was also clean. The food was the best part. They offer fresh sushi, a variety of fried foods such as fried fish, fried rice, egg rolls, and other delicious items. Although I did not have any dessert, they looked very tasty. I recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a good buffet in a clean, friendly restaurant."
"Super nice place; got an order to go and the guys here were very knowledgeable and helpful. $20 for a shrimp/chicken/steak combo, and I got a small order of grilled veggies added to it. Plenty for hubby and I to share. Steak slightly chewy but good food all around. Will get better back!!!"
"They are now open Saturday! The Thai curry is amazing! Go get the fresh and home made food. Not a bunch of frozen stuff."
"So far... it's a great start. Stay tuned for more food porn & experiences.... It's my first time here and I decided to sit at the bar. It's always a cozy ambiance. The Bartender is cordial & made a mean martini! - - - - OK, done with dinner & OH MY LANTA! That signature dish was beyond delicious which by the way, the bartender recommended it to me! Yowza! Yowza I'm ordering that again! The ambiance was sexy. The music was music I heard when I was dining in Paris. The venue was clean. The vibe was chic. The aroma was exquisite. I can't wait to return. Sitting at the bar was interesting hearing a lady talk to her therapist while heavily drinking - lol! Anyways I highly recommend this venue. It's great for a date night. It's great for a solo night. It's super fabulous!!!!!"
"Suni Blingoz has AMAZING food, period! So far I've had the nachos with braised pork, the mi bahn miro, and the semi crispy tacos with the pollo ranchero. Every time, delicious, with tender and perfectly cooked meat. If you're lucky enough to catch them on a night they're trying out a new dish, make sure you take them up on it, I have never been let down! You can catch this food truck every Tuesday night at The Roost on Broadway!"
"Have been hearing about for some time and Favored it last night. DEEElicious! More than just Sushi (had the California Roll, Pad Thai, and Mongolian Beef), all were prepared very well. The Mongolian beef was top notch as was the Pad Thai. So glad to have this as a local option and kicking myself in the ass for not trying it sooner..."

The hunan beef was ok but could have some more spice and a little more cabbage, the broccoli and pea pod were fresh. The waitress was very attentive and kept checking on the customers to see if they needed anything, the restaurant is always clean when I go there to eat and will definitely return.

Mission: Host a luncheon event at L'Amour Du Cafe at the corner of University Blvd and Highway 6. That's easy. But I need to try the food here before I could recommend my guests what to order. So, I came here once during the week and once on weekend. I liked the service and food both times. My first order was Chapli Kabob with Naan and Electric Blue Lemonade for the drink. Then, I waited until Saturday to try the weekend-only dish, Chicken Biriyani and a cup of Doodh Patti (Pakistani milk tea). I Google searched all dishes before I came here. I have to be familiar with each dish and ingredient on the menu. Speaking of menu, I have to scan the QR code because there is no paper menu. I find it easier to read on a laptop and it's clearly organized. I personally like the Southeast Asian dishes. Because everything is Halal and no pork dishes, I could dine safely. Upon paying, I noticed a 15% service charge. I was told that's for the kitchen staff. Each menu item already priced to include the fee. It's just appeared on the bill that way. This is due to their evening catering and large parties. I don't mind because the prices were reasonable and affordable to me. That's why I always pay tips for the wait staff.

You have to ask for the pineapple Cambodian fish and the fried bananas, believe me you won't regret it.

Food hit the spot. Good selection of items to choose from. Fast, friendly service. They even have a drive thru. Cute, clean atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. I'll be back to try their bubble tea & more food :)

Our first time here was extremely pleasant! The ambience was perfect, very clean and our waitress was so sweet and attentive and recommended the Delores roll and it was better than any other still I've chosen myself, she knew the menu well and we enjoyed all the food we tried. The menu has a good variety for families with people that don't like sushi. We will definitely be back!

We love Chinese food and every time we move, we look for a great restaurant. Today, we found it in Floresville. The Tasty Buffet was excellent---we ordered off the menu and everything was very fresh and the flavors were terrific. The staff was very attentive and kind and we're so glad we tried their wonderful food. We prefer ordering off the menu, but the buffet looked awesome the atmosphere was very quiet and calm and refreshing. Enjoy

Curry Ramen was awesome! The hibachi chicken was great too. My son in law had the smash burger and it was good too he said. Great prices and service. The decor and tables are beautiful too. Go check it out.

"I visited PokiYaki during the soft opening and so far the food and atmosphere is excellent. The K-Wings are really yummy and perfectly crispy. They have Tangy Soy and chili red flavors for the wings. The Yaki Chicken dish is delicious too, full meal with a little bit of everything. The rice and tenderness of chicken was spot on."
"Everything I've ordered from here has been absolutely delicious! The flavor profiles of these dishes are very unique and not like anything I've tasted but work so well together. From savory to sweet they do it so well. I'd highly recommend trying out this local spot, you won't regret it. Not pictured recommendations: 3 headed dragon burger, Thai ginger pulled pork sandwich, poblano soup. Can't wait to come back and try more!"
"Well. Here it goes. The shrimp fried rice was very good. $9. Had plenty of shrimp and was about the average size portion. It tasted very good. Next I unexpectedly ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp by suggestion. The cashier was very sure I needed it. It was good, a little pricey but no harm no foul. The place is a little sparse but the folks try really hard. I will return because of the service and I appreciate the local business aspect of it. Enjoy."
"This place was cool to try. I love when the staff is patient with new customers. The employee that helped us took his time with explaining the menu and recommended we try the bowls. We went with his recommendation and we loved the food. I deducted a star because when I used their restroom the soap smelled like dish soap. And maybe that's not a big deal to anyone else, but it is to me. Casual vibe in the restaurant."
"I enjoyed a filling, tasty pork katsu bento box here on a Friday evening. For around $16, the bento box came with crispy pork katsu, curry, rice, potato salad, shrimp tempura, fried veggies, and California rolls. There was a generous amount of crunchy, breaded pork katsu, which was deliciously paired with curry and rice. The California rolls were a hit also, with plenty of imitation crab meat. The restaurant itself is located in a strip mall in Sugarland with plenty of parking, and the restaurant itself looks newly renovated. Service was prompt despite a busy evening. Overall, I would recommend this place looking for a tasty meal in the area."
"We ordered quite a bit of dishes from this Americanized Chinese restaurant and all items were good and tasteful. A list of items ordered were:General Tso Pepper steak Chicken with garlic sauce Chicken Lo Mein Chicken fried rice Vegetable Lo Mein Hunan chicken Hunan beef King pao chicken If you've been to your neighborhood Chinese restaurant, then these items should sound very very familiar and u know how they taste. The items that stood out was the hunan beef and the Lo meins. So go ahead order and enjoy!!"
"If you are curious about Yoshi, then you must stop by. It's definitely a hidden gem in Corpus. It's well-known to the locals as having some of the best sushi in town and i must say, I agree. This wasn't my first trip here so I'll try to include my past experiences. The staff has always been very friendly and generous, even during Covid times. They provide sanitizer when you enter, take your temperature, and are limited capacity; which is comforting with recent government changes. I've had their chicken teriyaki, yakisoba noddles and chicken, various rolls, fried and stemmed rice and it's all been very fresh and savory. There are times you go eater other restaurants and the meat is chewy or tastes old, but not here. It's always been very tender and fresh. It's seasoned very well. Even the veggies are a must try because they are well cooked and makes you wanting more. Lol! All their rolls are exceptional, from raw to cooked, I can't complain. Even when co-workers order a roll from here they know they are so delicious, they always share. The offer Chinese and Japanese entrees and both selections are amazing. Well you are at it, don't forget to try the their Saki, it's also a nice refresher. This place already has stellar reviews so take our word for it and check them out. Enjoy an amazing pallet experience!"
"Rice bowl guys, That is where it's at!! The service is seriously at the top of Corpus Christi. The food? Flavors for everyone, fresh, and tasty af! Don't sleep on this place, it's great for lunch or dinner. Perfect portions, friendly service, and made to order!"
"We love this sushi place. This is our second visit, first review. We loved our meal then and now. Service was great, food came out quickly especially since ordering kids meal first then sushi then entree of Katsu. Everything we had was great and we will be back, soon! Love that it's in Portland and right off the main road. Plenty of seating both times we went, busy dinner and late lunch time. The edamame with spicy garlic sauce was soo good! Sushi had all fresh ingredients which makes it so tasty. Katsu was perfectly crispy and still juicy. Fried rice is cooked like at a hibachi. Full of flavor. I hope you try it and like it as much as we do!"
"Ok, so I've been here a couple of times and I'm finally able to review them. Price: Ever time I have been to the establishment I've gone for the lunch specials, so for me $9-$12 (including tip) wasn't a bad deal. Service: We always go in groups of 2-6 and they are very attentive, even when they are busy. They ask if you have questions, automatically refill our drinks, and ask if we need to-go boxes. No one has ever been rude to us. Appearance: Overall they look like a clean establishment. Lunch time is usually when a restaurant gets slammed but it's always been very tidy. Quality: The food isn't anything spectacular, but at the same time it isn't bad. Like if I had to pick between Panda Express and here, you'll like this place more. I've never had issues with my food being cold, so not sure what that's about. There was only one time that I had a beef plate and the meat was super chewy. Is this a must try? No. But like I said earlier fast food Asian or a little better quality? Well you make that choice. But there are definitely more genuine restaurants out there than Asian. So for that reason, I give them an average score of 3 stars just because it's nothing that I haven't tried elsewhere."
"Wow! This bistro has got it going on! I wasn't sure about our first time to visit because we were seated at the bar which is not normally where I like to be but it turned out to be the best place to experience all this place has to offer. Joseph was the bartender and upon hearing we were first time visitors and not knowledgeable about Asian food, he offered his years of experience in recommending side dishes and drinks after hearing what we like. We started with a deep fried roll that had cream cheese, chicken, and jalapeño and topped with shredded crab and a spicy mayo. They served the roll with two dipping sauces: an eel sauce and a spicy mayo. So creamy and flavorful with an array of flavors that melded so well. My husband had Mongolian beef with scallions, onions, and a garlic sauce and served with fried rice. The beef was so tender and juicy and none of that weird gristle like you find in cheap Chinese restaurants. I had teriyaki chicken and vegetables. The chicken was thin sliced white meat and there were so many different vegetables (snow peas, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, squash, carrots, baby corn, etc). It was also served with fried rice. I had a drink made with vodka, watermelon liqueur, and some other yummy ingredients. It tasted just like a watermelon skittle The servings were huge and we'll have leftovers for at least two more meals. Joseph was a spectacular bartender and served with all the right recommendations!"
"We stopped into Roaming Ronin for a last minute sushi date night and we are so glad we did.Walking in, it's a small and intimate type of spot, with majority of spots being at the sushi bar. The chef, Spaghetti Eddie, was super friendly and engaging. We love the name and idea behind it, as "Roaming Ronin" refers to a samurai with no master. It's a great way to describe this food and Eddie's creativity with the dishes.Hands down, the best spicy tuna roll I've ever had. It is non-traditional, and oh-so-good. The Suicide Edamame was delicious and was a fun take on the standard appetizer.I love the art adorning the walls, specifically the panda. Such a well thought out place.I would recommend perhaps a more robust picture menu to go along with the videos. My husband and I kept seeing additional things we wanted to try and we will DEFINITELY be back!"
"Had a good chili cheese dog and order of of chicken spring rolls that were more like lumpia, which is fine by me I love them. Priced to be affordable, will go back."
"My goodness. HOW tasty. So yummy!I was lazy and wanted seafood but didn't want to leave the house. So... door dash it was. I ordered the Super Poke: Fresh tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, crab salad, lettuce, beets, carrots, cabbage, cucumber; avocado, edamame, seaweed salad, eel sauce, spicy mayo, pickled ginger. And the Spicy Tuna Nachos: Spicy tuna, avocado, wonton nacho, eel sauce, spicy mayo, green onions. Both were incredibly flavorful. Suuuuuuper filling. Just delicious. The fish was EXTREMELY fresh and the ingredients all were placed well and mixed excellently together. I could only eat the nachos first for an early lunch... and then I ate the Poke bowl at night for dinner. The ONLY con is that the nachos were so weak I couldn't really kick up a good scoop of everything and ended up eating with a fork."
"The eating experience is good as always. However, there was a heavy smell like plastic was burning the entire time I was there. So it was a bit unpleasant. They should have that checked out. The sushi was good, the rice was a bit dry and there for it fell apart easily. In my previous visits it is usually fresher but that wasn't the case today."
"I use to love Tensai but it's definitely changed over the years. The food isn't the same, the servers aren't very attentive, overall just a very ehhh"
"Z Counter was a nice find while visiting family. This is a small, fast-paced location but definitely worth the trip.It took us a good fifteen minutes to place our order because their menu is extensive and everything sounded so tempting. The staff could tell we were new, I guess we had a look of both lost and excited! They answered our questions without hesitation even though the place was crazy busy. We decided on the pork bahn mi, chicken pancit, the pork belly rice bowl, steamed buns with pork belly & the counter donuts. All pork entrees were tender and smothered in a sticky marinade. The rice and noodles were cooked to perfection. The bahn mi bread had the perfectly baked crunch. The steamed buns were airy and generously filled. The counter donuts often visit me in my dreams lol. Also, everything that was reheated the following day was still quite enjoyable!"
"A Lake Jackson Gem! Yoshi can be found hidden around the corner from HEB in a strip center. My go to order is the two roll Maki: Red Dragon Roll & Pepper Tuna Avo roll combo. It comes with a soup or salad and I always opt for the salad, delicious! I try to pick a different appetizer every time I drop in. I tried the hama orenji recently and the combination of citrus with fish was delightful! They provide a lot of food for a great price. Their bento boxes are VERY filling too. There's truly something for everyone whether you want rice and protein, a noodle soup, or an assortment of sushi. Try it out if you're in town, you will not be disappointed!"
"Wow, hands down BEST nachos I've ever had. Every bite unique and bursting with flavor! This is the only thing I order from here. I've tried the tacos and they were underwhelming but man the nachos...game changer. I'm always craving them."
