Popped in after exploring Ping Tom park with my kiddo. We were so happy with our choice. Of course the pink was a hit. The mini bean (how cute!!!) I ordered a grapefruit tea and it was probably one of the best teas I've ever had. I ordered it with 30% sugar I think and I could have done less but I wasn't sure what to expect. It was so refreshing. My kiddo ordered some Oreo brûlée I think. I ordered hers with 30% also. She loved her drink and I'm glad bc I didn't like it. It was too thick for me. She's has asked me 3 times since we visited. I noticed there's some other locations so will may pay one of the others a visit.

Very cute boba shop with so many places to take pics if that's your thing. I saw this place on TikTok earlier this week, so when I spotted it today, I had to stop in and see if it lived up to the media hype. Place your order in the kiosk and wait for your drinks. It was very busy day but my order still only took about 10 min. There are only about 4-5 tables, so grab one quick. I got a Passion Fruit and Watermelon Green Tea and really liked it. It wasn't overly sweet which I prefer. But 24oz is huge for me. I could only finish about half since I still had lunch to eat. Our drinks were about $10 each. For some up-charges you can get specialty cups and/or plushies. I only wanted my drink, but it's a really cute idea.

The cutest boba shop ever! Literally everything is pink! Very cute for pictures. Their menu is pretty big so there was plenty to choose from. I got the peach oolong tea and my friend got something with taro in it. Both were pretty good. The quality is just ok. Definitely more for aesthetics. We paid an extra $4-5 to get the surprise plushy which I thought was cute - especially for kids.

This boba shop is super pink and cute! Located in Chinatown I wanted to give it a try because I saw that they offer the cups with a surprise toy in the bottom. We ordered the crème brûlée Thai tea and strawberry matcha. The drinks were okay, my friend really like the creme brûlée topped on the Thai tea but the matcha in was not too strong. The restaurant was a little dirty but the staff was quick to clean up the table when you ask them too.

Delicious tea, cute plushies, and photogenic interior. What more could you want from a boba shop? This is honestly the best boba shop that I've ever been to, and I'm picky about my boba. I got the Lychee & Watermelon green tea, which was so fresh that there were watermelon chunks at the bottom. It was so refreshing and I loved that I could distinctly taste the tea as well.They're best known for their Surprise Bunny Cup, which is a cup that comes with a plushie inside! I loved the whole experience of opening the bottom of the cup and discovering which plushie I got. And the plushie was really cute (see my picture). Also, the interior is stunning. Everything is pink and bunny themed, and I loved the Bean setup as well. Yes, I did take a bunch of pictures of myself here. The photos turned out really nice! Next time I'm in Chicago, this will be my first stop.

Good boba, check. Ambiance and social media photo worthy, check and would I come back, yes. They have a good variety of flavors, snacks and drinks. I am not a fan of pink but the decor is so cute and on brand. I appreciate the friendly customer service; help me make my choices and didn't mind millions of questions lol. Definitely check this location when in Chinatown.

What a cute boba spot! We happen to walk past Ume tea while waiting to be seated at a restuarant. The decor is so cute, everything is pink and cute and they have a mini chicago bean on display. It's self service to order your drinks/food. We only ordered drinks- Brown Sugar boba & mochi black milk tea & Lychee and watermelon green tea. Both were really good the lychee watermelon tea was very refreshing and the brown sugar boba so creamy and tasty. They do have an option to adjust the sweetness which I appreciate, I chose 75% 'sweetness' which was perfect! They also have some appetizers (popcorn chicken, fries etc) if u want a snack. There's some seating, not alot. Also fun photo ops. Will definitely be back to try other drinks!*total was $19.26 for two drinks, we ordered some extras which added to the price.

Pretty decent boba for the Chicago area! They have this really cute drink option where you can add a plushie for about $4, and I remember thinking the plushies were pretty cute. I got a regular milk tea with boba, and it was actually really solid. Milk tea flavor was good, and the tapioca pearls were cooked well. Chicago doesn't have that many good boba shops, but Ume is definitely up there.
