I visited Phoday for lunch on a Wednesday and found it to be fairly busy, yet the noise level was low. The space was clean, with pleasant music playing in the background. The service was quick and friendly, making for an enjoyable dining experience.Phoday offers a wide menu, including Halal meat options for pho. I ordered the #6 with beef broth and steak in a small size, which was more than enough for lunch. It was a delicious, hearty bowl of beef pho, and the pricing was reasonable. I would definitely come back.

Very solid Vietnamese food!Got the P1 Pho which came with all the meats. Gave a very generous portion of meat and beef was tender. One gripe was the tendons were very chewy and hard to eat. Broth was very flavorful and beefy with a sweet note.Vermicelli noodle salad also came with generous amount of pork and tasted very fresh. Service was nice and the inside was large and welcoming.

Great pho place to frequent! I ordered the Pho Day Specialty dish that was pho with the classic medley of meats (thin sliced tenderloin, flank steak, brisket, soft tendon, and beef meatballs). I always get this noodle dish at Pho places since it's a classic and a good way to try the broth. It had a good beef broth base that wasn't too sweet or salty. The brisket was very tender and not fatty. The overall portion was very generous. Service was a bit slow but that may be because we were seated towards the back that wasn't easily seen by the front servers. It was a very open space that had a casual atmosphere. Only thing is the price was a bit expensive compared to other places I've been to.

Great food, reminds me of home. Pho came out really quick and to be honest, one of the best bowl of pho I've ever tasted. The broth was delicious, did not need any hoisin or siracha. This broth is less sweet than other Pho I've had experienced in the past. I really like that about this place. The service was great, our server knew the language and helped us out with our order. My Porkchop with rice was decent, but not really all that different. I didn't really like the meat they used, felt and tasted a little on the cheaper side compared to other Com Suon I've had. I definitely give a 10/10 on the Pho, the best I've tasted from a restaurant. Btw, their chili oil is really really good!

We have been on the hunt for the best Pho in the area, and when reading the review on Yelp we just knew that we had to come by and try it. Granted to Pho lives up to mom and grandma's home cooking, but Phoday did not disappoint. Phoday is located at outer corner of a strip. There is plenty of parking located outside the restaurant. Upon entering we were greeted by the staff and were invited to sit anywhere we'd like. Soon after the waiter came by with water and ask if we had any questions on the menu. We decided to start with the spring rolls. They were pretty hefty and the peanut sauce was delish. The only thing is that there were so many toppings it made it hard to actually dip in the sauce, you kinda had to scoop the sauce in to your roll. I had the P1 which is the Phoday special. The food came out pretty quickly. The bowls were a pretty filled with protein, and noodles. The broth is great flavor, and they came with a size plate of veggies for us to share. We came by on a Saturday afternoon just after lunch but folks were coming and going nonstop. The staff was still very attentive and checked in with us. My only reason for taking off a star is that I wish we got more traditional chopsticks and spoons. There were a few times that I felt like the wooden chopsticks may snap while I'm mixing my bowl. All in all, we had a great experience. I'm looking forward to coming back to try other dishes.

This restaurant has become our most favored local Vietnamese restaurant. We are even willing to drive a little bit out of our way for it. The pho is very, very good. The plate of basil, etc., always includes limes as well, now. ;) We most recently tried the filet mignon banh mi, which is phenomenal. That's one thing they had better keep on the menu! It's made even better if you have some pho broth to dip it into. We got to experience this when I ordered pho while my husband ordered the sandwich - our server wisely brought out a spare bowl, so I could contribute some broth to the cause. And speaking of the service, it could not be more gracious. I highly recommend Phoday!

I am a frequent customer here and normally order for carry out - this time my fiancé and I decided to dine in instead for lunch. It was great to see the place pretty busy during lunch on a weekday. I rated this a 4 and not a 5 bc of the service. It started out great however service became non existent once our food arrived. We were seated right away and our order was taken within minutes. Our food came out within 5-10 mins and we were left with full satisfied bellies. Once we were finished eating our server did not check on us. I waited about 15 mins to then grab a to go soup container myself and wanted to see if our serve would acknowledge us, he did not. People who arrived after us were leaving before us. We tried to get our servers attention multiple times but, nada. After another 10 mins I decided to get up and ask for our check instead. The food has been 5 stars since the start. The broth is delicious and I'm extremely particular about pho broth. I also appreciate that the sandwiches can be ordered small or large.

Excited to see another Vietnamese restaurant in the Schaumburg area. The menu offers typical Vietnamese cuisine, and I wanted to point out that they offer Halal options! We were too busy eating and forgot to allow camera to have the first "taste" of the foods. Overall the foods that we ordered were delicious. We had Vietnamese egg rolls, Vietnamese pancake and a bowl of Pho. The egg rolls were crispy and juicy inside. Let's talk about the Vietnamese crepe - it was folded into half with meat inside. The crepe was crisped enough yet soft inside. Also it came with a generous portion of vegetables (lettuces). Typically I would wrap some of the crepe with the lettuce and dip in some of the fish sauce. The Pho came in a generous size of bowl. The broth was clear, flavorful and not too oily. I can see myself craving this on the cold day! If you are looking for some South Eat Asian flavor, check out this place!

My hubby and I stopped in here on a date night. It was clean and our service was wonderful. I had the shrimp pho... it was delicious! It was my first time ordering something other than regular pho. My husband had the chicken pho and we ordered some egg rolls to share. Everything was really good.

Checked out this pretty good Vietnamese restaurant in Schaumburg that specializes in pho and noodle entrees. It has pretty authentic stuff, but it's accessible to American tastes. Phoday of course has pho, along with some other similar items of south Asian or wherever. Get something with noodles if having a hard time deciding on anything. The portions are pretty good for the okay prices. At lunch it wasn't that busy. It still took awhile to get our food. They must have not had enough waitstaff. Food came out faster than it took to take our orders to be honest. It's about $12 for the cheapest entrees, but you get a lot though. The pho options on the menu lack anything for vegetarians. I got the Mi Xao Chay. This is vegetarian stir fry noodles with tofu. Pretty standard item. There was a good variety of vegetables including broccoli and carrots among others. Great value for what you get from here. It's more authentic than a lot of Asian restaurants, it seems. There's plenty of pho, but you'll have to get one of the other options on the menu if looking for something okay for vegetarians.
