One of the best Persian food ever. I love the tahdig, ghormeh sabzi, kabob barg The service is great and the ambience is Persian style I am from California but every time I come to Chicago i have to visit this restaurant. Sometimes I dream about their tahdig no joke

Oh, My. Stars. This is it. This has been added to our list of Go To restaurants when we have a craving for kabobs. We went with the two skewers of Koubideh (ground sirloin) MEAL and then added a skewer ofJoujeh Koubideh (ground chicken). We also picked up the vegetarian eggplant dish. So much yummy food including plenty of rice. The only thing we'd probably add is some additional cooked tomatoes. Wait was a little long because it being our first time, we didn't call in our order and it was made to order so after coming off of a 4 hour plane ride, I was antsy.The sirloin and eggplant were delicous that night. Leftover meat has heated up in the airfryer really well at about 325 for 3-4 minutes. The parking lot adjacent to the restaurant AND street parking were packed. But about half a block away is a smaller lot affiliated with their name on it. We will definitely be back and may try eating at the restaurant although both the counter side and the fancy sit down full service side were both packed.

Literally amazing food! The rice is incredible. Any time I'm traveling and come home to an empty fridge, this is my go-to--and there's always leftovers!

We came because of the reviews. The food was plentiful but bland. The ambiance was light and airy and pretty busy. And then at the end the manager and wait staff pressured us to leave a five star Yelp review. I've never experienced that before, and now realize why the reviews are so positive. Either that or people like it because it's a lot bland food for your buck.

Food here is pretty good and also the customer service is amazing. I always go for their lamb kefta kabob it's a must try

I ordered catering for 30 people for a baby shower. It was so delicious and was so much food! The staff was helpful when I called, & they worked within my budget, too. I ordered chicken & ground meat skewers, & it came with hummus, falafel, pita, salad, white rice, dill rice, & sauces. For $2 more/person, I also received two full trays of grilled veggies. You definitely get a lot bang for your buck!

Picked up some vegetarian appetizers to take home. I was hoping for an appetizer combo plate but that's not an option so I ordered 3 appetizers. The hummus wasn't as good as Andes or Rezas - a bit bland and not as creamy as I like. I've had the leftovers in my refrigerator without much desire to finish. The dolmas are in a sauce that made them a bit more difficult to eat because they fell apart but I liked them a lot. I think that the sauce added to to the flavor. I would recommend those. Finished those right away.The Kashke Bademjan was good but perhaps I am too familiar with that dish from Reza's being one of my favorites. The flavor was good but it was a little soupy so it was hard to eat with the pita bread. I would not order this again. I needed a spoon but I like it more as a creamy spread. I went with high expectations as a Persian friend said that it was his family's favorite. Perhaps it is more authentic but I'm going to stick with Reza's and Andes. I would also recommend that they add an appetizer sampler to allow you to sample a variety of their appetizer spreads.

We have ordered a pick up for our out of town guests. The lamb kabob was robbery and dry along with the Barg. Rice was dry and blend. We didn't get pita for appetizers. Grilled vegetables were undercooked almost raw. We were very disappointed. We live 30 min away there was no way we could take the food back. I would not order a togo from them again.

We order carry-out. Great middle-Eastern food place! We finally found our source of what Reza's in downtown Chicago used to be. Excellent food and customer service. They also sell the best pre-packaged hummus not found in stores and superior to store-bought.
