Great spot for dinner. We came here with friends and loved it. We tried their cocktails and never had one we didn't like. Every meal we had was also amazing. We tried: brisket sandwhichbrisket ragusteak wrap

Came here for dinner and it was delicious. Get the cheeseball appetizer, it was amazing. My friend got the brisket sand which and ate every last bit. Another got the brisket ragu and it was finger licking good. Every cocktail we got was on point and every entrée was perfect.

Outstanding! Great location, building & decor. Very friendly and professional staff. I noticed the owner coming out of the kitchen speaking to the staff. He knows exactly what he wants and doing it very well.Sat at the bar and order the mussels with a kimchi & cucumber salad and a Scofflaw. The mussels were perfect. Very generous portion. Sophisticated sauce with a bit of crumbled sausage and incredible bread with a nice char for dipping. Everything complemented each other beautifully. The bartender told me she was a huge fan of the kimchi & cucumber salad and I am as well. Very impressive. For my taste, I'd cut the sweetness and hair and turn the spice up a tiny bit. For the average person eating it, I think it's dead on the money.Definitely the best lunch in years. I'm very excited to come back and try more with friends and family. Probably my best food experience being back in Atlanta 3 months in.

I had been here years ago and it was just ok, was hoping to be wowed this time, especially as the reviews have remained consistently good over the years.First, the interior is tired. It needs a deep clean, a fresh coat of paint, and a refresh. It looks dated and just tired. Light fixtures caked in dust, really beat up walls. Doesn't scream "high end" like the price point would require.The cocktails I remembered as being a bit meh from my last visit but tried again this time. They were fine, but not great and I'd probably just skip ordering a drink next time. Tried the King and a seasonal old fashioned. They need to get large ice cubes if they're going to have a seasonal old fashioned menu. Especially a restaurant at this price point.The salmon was really good. Great, even.The "cheesecake" isn't a cheesecake...it's like a blondie in texture and size.Overall it just wouldn't be my first choice in the area. Y'all grab a weekend with a deep cleaning company and buy a new ice tray and let's take it to the next level?

Century House Tavern was once a star among other great local restaurants. However, multiple visits between 2022 and now indicate that this place is no longer the jewel that Scoop OTP reviews from 2017 claim that it was. In the wake of Chef Daniel Porubiansky's departure, this once great eatery has struggled to meet expectations. Upon arrival, service at the bar is satisfactory but somewhat of an inconvenience to the bartenders. The menu looks interesting, but food-ticket times are terribly long forcing you to order additional drinks from a bar that didn't really want to make them. The food, once delivered is expensive and not special. And if you dare point out that what you received isn't what you ordered, the owner will peek around the corner of the kitchen and yell at the waitress while glaring at you. There is a real opportunity in downtown Woodstock to create unique menus and offer generous nod caring service in this very competitive market. This establishment now fails consistently and no one should go to Century House anymore.

Could have been 4 stars but a couple of things were amiss. We were lucky enough to have nice weather and get seated on the side porch. It was early so there was no wait. First things first, I was craving a beer, but...nope, not a $9 IPA. I'd just had one of those same IPAs at another restaurant about 2 weeks ago and it was $5. $5 was the best I've seen and $9 was the steepest I've seen. The rest of the menu was OK and instead of a $9 IPA I chose a $9 bourbon, however, when the bill for our entire meal came well over $100 for everything) it was actually an $11 bourbon. I was paying in cash and told the waiter about the cost difference. He neither told us they'd do anything about it nor did he bring me any change. Saving grace was our food was good and the food price was as expected, but I'm no fan of the surprises.

Awesome waitress in Molly. Great cocktails, beer and risotto along with my shrimp 'n grits. Cocktail: required a second dose of the spicy honey old fashioned Father got the root risotto and I took two bites of it after giving him one of my giant shrimps. Excellent experience all around

Great ambiance and fun live music. Food is on par with McDonald's and the charcuterie is an insult to charcuterie. The prosciutto is 1/4" thick and not edible. You have to never have had good food to think this is passable as edible.
