While it's clear that they indicate they automatically charge gratuity with larger parties, they didn't have the decency to tell my cousin that he double tipped. They had 10-15 minutes of opportunity to tell us it was already added before we left the building. Nope. Just a straight money grab. We didn't realize until after we left and got dessert that it was added. You're welcome for the extra $40 he tipped you. Super scummy. Considering we didn't get any actual service, had to ask for water refills, clean bowls, and we were never even offered gloves or a bib for the seafood boil we ordered. So much for any type of hospitality. Feel a bit misled coming here. On their menu it says "Live crawfish all year round" my family comes to dine and we're told they don't have any, only frozen. Well, that's false advertisement. And we would have chosen elsewhere. Food was fine. We were a big group, ordered lots of items and food came out sporadically even though we were the only people in the entire restaurant. We ordered multiple appetizers at the same time, and just one of 6 would be brought out every 3-5 minutes. Hard to eat and share apps when it all trickles in whenever.

Ordered the Hungry Man's Basket on Uber Eats. You get to choose 3 proteins and it comes with Cajun fries. This basket was a disappointment, primarily because of this "sausage". I chose catfish, shrimp and sausage. I called ahead prior to ordering to see what all came with the basket since it didn't list the amount of shrimp, fish, etc that you would get with the basket. First, the person answering the phone did not know any of the amounts and had to ask someone else. He said 1 filet of catfish, 6 shrimp and 1 sausage. My son wanted chicken tenders and it came with three small tenders. My expectation of this "sausage "was that it was going to be either a grilled or Cajun boiled sausage link. The man on the phone did not describe the sausage as a patty. That was disappointing in itself, but it also was very dry and overcooked. I felt like I would've gotten more value if I had gotten chicken tenders instead of this alleged sausage. The catfish fillet was also small.

Review is for order via Postmates. Nice that they have allergen options listed in app and I had no issues with a nut allergy.I got two Hungry Man's Baskets and Drink Bundles (BOGO / Buy One Get One Free via app). One was shrimp, oysters, and crawfish and the other was chicken, catfish, and tilapia so I got to try most of the options.Despite being only a few blocks away, condensation and steaming of the fried seafood caused significant sogginess in the delivered boxes. The fried oyster was the most "fishy" tasting. I don't think I'd order those again.I enjoyed the shrimp maybe the most. They were large and de-tailed already.The crawfish was normal but a bit dry due to frying. Chicken tenders were nothing special.The catfish and tilapia were both soggy but otherwise as expected. The fries that came with the catfish and tilapia were much soggier than the fries that came with the smaller seafood. The fries had decent seasoning and were pretty salty.Drinks came very diluted and packed with ice.Overall, the value was great and portions were sizable (two boxes fed three people with leftover fries) but the food quality wasn't the best after delivery.

I ordered crawfish and turkey necks from Uber Eats. There was a special for buy 2 pounds get 2 free that came with corn and potatoes. I chose the spicy kitchen flavor. I really liked the onions and peppers that were included with the juice. It added more flavor. The potatoes were very small. The crawfish were a decent size and the turkey necks (served in 4 small pieces) was super tender. I wish I could've received the turkey neck in the boil or at least selected flavoring for it.Overall, the food was hot and satisfying. I would definitely order again or visit IRL.

Been here several years now and the food has always been great. We order East Coast oysters often because few places in Asia Town carry them. The crawfish has been consistently good, as well as the chef's special fried rice. We usually get the coconut snails, but not this time around. The staff is always helpful and the owner has come out several times to greet us and talk about the food. If you want a great experience here, eat in and communicate clearly with the staff your needs and they will take care of you.

Went to Cajun Kitchen this week and everything was as good as I remembered. One of the things I love about this place is the consistency. We got a bunch of different apps and some boiled crawfish and snow crab clusters. Everything was great! Don't sleep on the wings!

So good I broke a nail and didn't even realize it cause I was too busy sucking crawfish down. Get the kitchen special, was $10.99/lb buy 6 get 1lb free I prefer CK over crawfish cafe and the other places because of the kitchen special cause it's not super greasy and has a wonderful hint of citrus and onions.
