3.5 stars, rounding up due to the good and vibe. Miami spice review : definitely a great bang for your buck. We started with the escargot , delicious. The little puff pastries on top were a nice touch. The steak frites was great, the steak was a little small but flavorful and cooked perfectly, I wish the fries had some sort of sauce or dip. Finished with the profiteroles which were kind of hard, the ice creamAnd chocolate were fine but the cake part was chewy or Maybe just stale.Other notable gems were the French 75 and the deviled eggs. I don't know if I will be back because it is very expensive ($22 for a bowl of French onion soup). But if you can come for Miami spice or happy hour at the bar I would recommend doing that!

We recently indulged in Bouchon Bistro's Miami Spice Menu, and let me tell you, it was a feast for the senses. Every bite was a culinary masterpiece, but the poulet rôti really stole the show. I'm usually not one to gravitate towards chicken, but this roast chicken was nothing short of phenomenal. Picture a perfectly cooked half bird, arranged in a slightly nerve-wracking game of chicken Jenga--breast delicately perched on top of the dark meat. Each bite was incredibly juicy and tender, especially when paired with crispy fries to soak up the rich, savory jus. And let's not forget the bread--it was as spectacular as anything you'd find in France, perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. The steak frites were equally impressive, with the steak so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The experience at Bouchon felt like a delightful escape to Paris, leaving us thoroughly satisfied and already planning our next visit. Could this be the best Miami Spice menu of the year? It's definitely a strong contender. If you're craving an unforgettable French bistro experience, Bouchon in Coral Gables is where you need to be.

Lovely spot, reminiscent of old French brasseries. Enjoyed a seared foie gras; Gnocchi a la Parisienne and the Poulet Roti (rotisserie chicken); and for dessert a crème brûlée. All very good casual French fare.

Wow, what a gem! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we had such a great evening. Andres, our server was exceptional, Armani and Luigi the bartenders were great, Chef Garrett is a Rockstar, Hunter the floor manager went above and beyond, and the hostess was so kind as well. We tried many different things and they were all perfect (my photos don't do justice!). Thank you, team. We will be back soon!

When a Thomas Keller restaurant opened in the Gables I was elated at this fine dining option in the area.While I have not been to dine at the restaurant, I have made several visits to the bar which is absolutely fabulous.Think upscale French Brasierrie with good cocktails and cozy ambiance. At first, I didn't think the bar scene at such a nice resataurant would be particularly easy to snag a seat at, but it is! They have a super friendly and knowledgable bar team (shout out to Ray and co for the delish martinis). I've enjoyed dirty martinis, carajillos, French 75s, and French martinis there on my visits and all were great. They also have a solid wine selection. My go to bar snacks are oysters and beef tartare, with the escargot rounding it out for a solid third choice. I need to make my way to dine at the restaurant, but the bar definitely has a hold on me as of late.They also offer happy hour Tuesday - Sunday at the bar or in the courtyard from 4 - 6 pm with cocktail and food specials. We love a good weekend happy hour! I will most definitely be back.

Omg I love this adorable romantic place. Step inside and it feels like you're at a small French bistro in the meat packing in NYC. The food is so delicious but the pièce de résistance is the foie gras moose. I have dreams about it. I've even been at dinner around the corner and walked over to sit at the bar just to have an after dinner drink and foie gras moose at bouchon. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It's one of our local spots now that we just love.For dessert our first time there we opted for oysters and they did not disappoint. We so enjoy this place.

The best French food in Miami! I loove this old fashion vibe, the cocktails are also great, the bar is lovely. Service was excellent with some exceptions but I'll def get back for the food and the vibe. Better to book a table upfront! Thank you guys!

A gem in the Gables. All the food was amazing. The steak frites is the plate to order. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and all were great. Especially the escargots. The bartender made us some of the best martinis we've ever had.

What a lovely experience. If you're looking to step out of Miami's urban city lifestyle and enter a world filled with a romantic, busy, yet warm setting -- i urge you to make your way to Bouchon Bistro. This place is spectacular, the energy, the ambiance, wow so impressed by it all. And of course, the service from start to finish was 5 stars. Greeted with smiles, seated immediately (with no reservation) at a table for two, and the server was extremely attentive, helpful, and just had an overall great energy! We ordered a few things, from steak tartar to escargot, steak frites, a bottle of vino and dessert of course. Oh! And to add to the experience their freshly baked bread is so so good. Honestly, I can't wait to go back and try more items on their menu. Next time, I'll definitely make my way to sit by the bar because it looked like it was calling my name, with how cute, and chic it was! Coral Gables, I think I found my newest obsession!

Great restaurant and the ambiance is perfect especially in Coral Gables. Food is nothing short of spectacular and the workers are trained extremely well. Highly recommend going for their happy hour!
