Lobster Roll - Market price was steep for the amount of lobster given. It is served on a bun rather than roll.

10/10I have no idea why I only ordered 6 oysters and ended up ordering 4 more to keep it even. The oysters are amazing and the service was absolutely awesome. The dining experience looks pretty fancy but you can dress casual as I did and many other people did as well.

I absolutely love BeetleCat; it's the one restaurant in Atlanta that I default to when I'm in Inman Park or indecisive and need a consistently good dining experience. I stopped by BeetleCat on Saturday with two friends who had never been here before, and we all enjoyed it. One friend, who is vegetarian, ordered the Kale Salad (along with the Fry Bread); the kale salad was more than enough to share with the table and was satisfying. The other friend opted for the Branzino (which I tasted as well and enjoyed), and I went with my go-to dish, the Moqueca Stew, which never disappoints. Everything is perfect for me at BeetleCat; the food, the service, the atmosphere and vibe. My friends thanked me for recommendation and vowed to come back!

This place was a hit! Loved it, food, service atmosphere was perfect. We started with cocktails I believe mine was called the Hawaiian, it had gin, pineapple, basil leaf and a few other flavors, delicious. Next we tried the Fry bread and Crab salad for starters, very good. For my entree I had the Branzino , it was flavorful but I was expecting a bigger fish. For dessert I tried the coconut pie WOW my tastebuds were very pleased. I can't think of anything that I didn't enjoy about this experience.I will most definitely be back very soon.

This restaurant has been on my "must try" list, I just hate driving to the N. Highlands area because of the parking lol. Anyway, we came right around opening, so we were seated quickly. With this being our first time, our server, Gary, was great! He was friendly and was spot on with his recommendations. The Food:Trout Crudo - very similar to ceviche. The seasoning went very well with the freshness of the fish. If you're not used to raw fish, I may suggest trying something else.Fry Bread - light, airy. The honey is a great finishing touch.Lobster Roll - the lobster was slightly overcooked and it was slightly rubbery. Outside of that, the flavors messed pretty well.Collar - this was randomly the star of the evening. The cut is behind the gills of a grouper. That scallion/ginger sauce SANG on that plate and brought the jicama slaw and fish together!Branzino - well executed dish. Seasoned good. Try and pair with the coconut fried rice, it'll change your life!I would definitely recommend anyone who is a seafood lover to try.

Came here with a group of 7 to celebrate a birthday - it was a great time! Our server was super friendly and really helpful when selecting good drinks and items to order. I got the Moqueca Stew and it was good! I'm not a huge seafood person, so I think this is a safe order for someone that wants something not "fishy". For the birthday girl, the restaurant brought out some vanilla ice cream with cherries, it was cute!*Only knocking away one star because the service was extremely slow, I think it took us 45 minutes to ORDER our drinks

Simply put more hype than substance. All good but not great. This was Sunday Brunch. Perhaps there are additional menu choices other times. The menu is pretty limited and pricey while being about average. The service is either spread too thin or again just average. The ambiance was cool. It just feels like a place people go because it's trending but not because it's that good. I took the bait.

This was nothing like I've ever tasted before and I was pleasantly surprised. It was sweet and spicy with lots of flavor. It included a big piece of juicy chicken. This was definitely splittable as it was a lot for one person to finish. This place was a little pricey but definitely worth it for the service and ambiance.

We came to start off our mini bar/restaurant crawl in the neighborhood (highly recommend this btw) and it was nice! The fried bread truly was delicious (albeit a little oily), the crudo was delicious as were the oysters, and I enjoyed my drink. We felt slightly awkward because we only ordered appetizers but we figured it was ok because it was before the dinner rush, they weren't busy at all at the time, and we only stayed for about 30ish minutes... the staff didn't say anything rude but didn't make us feel comfortable about not ordering entrees either, if that makes sense? Idk might just have been my interpretation of it, but that's how I felt, so we ended up sort of rushing just to leave. Despite this, I did enjoy the food and the ambiance so might go back for a full meal at some point!

Why people go here...I have no idea. Ordered to famous lobster roll and was so disappointed. Literally just some chewy lobster, mayo, paprika, and lemon juice for an alarming $40. We ordered a handful of the donuts as well and it's just the same donut base with different icing and toppings. All were unremarkable. I feel like I got duped coming here.Staff and service was great though.
