Beauty & The Butcher

This beauty went to this butcher & became a fan of Beauty & the Butcher. Since its Miami Spice season, I perused all the menus and spotted that this one seemed very well proportioned in terms of quality and balance between dessert, appetizers, and main course options. I started off with the Banana Express cocktail which has the perfect blend of coffee, bananas, and vanilla vodka to really bring out the smoky notes in their dishes. Then, I sipped on the Roots cocktail which had notes of chamomile and beets bringing an earthy balance to my palate. I was able to try some of the French onion soup but preferred my Caesar salad because the quality of the greens is quite top notch. Also, the brioche croutons really bring a welcomed pizzazz to it all. The pork chop was tender and juicy. It almost had the texture of a fish but packed the bite that our beloved "other white meat" is known to have. The steak frites were good but a little less sauce would've been best. Nonetheless, it was delicious. For dessert,I had the lemon blueberry cheesecake with pistachio crumble and sampled some of the malted milk served alongside it. The presentation was wonderful. Our server Sofia was phenomenal and made great recommendations while being friendly and hospitable throughout our dining experience. I'm glad Miami Spice season really motivates me to try places like this that I'm glad to come back for more. Also, there's HH at the bar from 5-7 so check it out!

Had dinner here for a friend's birthday, we had a good time but don't know if I would go back. Let me start by saying that our server April was excellent and very attentive however both the food and drinks would take extremely long to arrive. There just seemed that the kitchen and bar was overwhelmed which delayed the service. I could tell it was not our server, she would be constantly refilling our water and asking as if we needed anything as she waited for the food and drink to arrive. At one point I had to speak to the manager, I think he did move things along but never came back to see if we were happy. Folks the key to a high-end steakhouse is the manager. He needs to be coming by and checking in with his dinners especially ones that were paying almost $200 each. I see in other reviews the same issue, good food and table side service but slow in getting your order. When I am paying this kind of money for a meal, I expect perfection (or at lease very good).

Food is great. The beef tartar is outstanding and so are the croquetas.The beef cooked to perfection.Opted for cocktails vs wine and the drinks were on point.Atmosphere and ambiance; it says in Yelp that it is dressy, but a good number of people could have fit perfectly at the neighborhood pizza joint. So whatever dress code (not enforced) Also the place is a little noisy, so not intimate and romantic as described as well.Value; we felt (two couples) it was fair for the quality of the food. Service table side was great, but we had an issue with how long it took for the food to come out of the kitchen... specially the dessert (which were delicious) but I had to go inquired as to what was taking so long. We arrived at 7.30 and 3 hours later we were having dessert.This didn't completely ruin our experience but we were obligated to postpone another engagement that evening.

Great waitress and great food. Definitely returning to enjoy other pairings. The steak and fires was perfect and the desert was very nice

Beauty and the Butcher is a charming restaurant located in Miami that has captured the attention of food and meat lovers. The atmosphere is cozy, and its elegant decor combines industrial elements with rustic touches, creating a perfect space for both romantic dinners and family gatherings.We enjoyed the drinks, which were balanced and not too sweet.The menu is inspired by American cuisine, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients.The menu is diverse, offering a bit of everything. We ordered the Lobster Salad, which I loved for its presentation as it resembles a deconstructed lobster roll. We also tried the steak tartare with Asian touches, and it was fantastic. Naturally, we ordered a very good dry-aged meat cut, the pork chop, and paired it with a delicious Cacio e Pepe.The desserts were great for sharing and a perfect way to end the meal.Our server was attentive and made excellent recommendations.We want to return to try the happy hour and the bar menu.

Tried out the Power Lunch and I absolutely loved it! The onion soup was amazing! The Beauty's Green Salad & the Truffle Smash Burger was excellent! Our server April was amazing!

So the vibes of the restaurant are great. Super classy and great for a date night. The food was mid. Went for Miami Spice and I wasn't impressed. Service was a bit slow but I think they were understaffed.

Yes, I'm back and it's only been two days, but that's how good it is. Great food, ambiance and service! My guest, who's never been here before loved it! We had a great reunion over some delicious bites and drinks. They also offer Miami spice and the deal is hard to beat. Whether it's wine or missed drinks to start, with a cheese and meat board or the mouthwatering bao buns, potato bravas cooked in duck fat, or fried shrimp, you will not regret it! This place is great! It was great to see some of the same employees; Gene, Carlos, Ana and Jaz, who gave us a warm welcome. It was nice meeting Will, who served us the delicious dishes. Looking forward to going back! Enjoy!

I had a great experience at Beauty & The Butcher and Ana our server is the reason why. She made us feel welcomed and explained everything very thoroughly. The T-bone steak, recommended by Ana, was delightful. The drinks were delicious as well. The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxing, plus extra points for great music. I would recommend Ana to anyone wanting to have a meaningful experience at Beauty & The Butcher. 10/10 service, will definitely be coming back

My server Ana was amazing and the managers Chris & Louie were very hospitable. The t-bone steak we order was very flavorful and so was the french onion mash that was recommended by our server Ana. Will definitely be coming back soon.
