Service was stellar via Sebastian. I think in the near future when we return we will come during the week, as this place gets busy on the weekend and you can prepare to wait for 45 mins to an hour to be seated. The meats are actually better than the other brazilian places for what 22 dollars per person for the buffet. Beef Grill for the WIN!"

We've been patiently awaiting the opening and once we seen the "open" signs from the freeway, we made our dinner choice right there. The restaurant is definitely a welcomed addition to the community, so I'd like to thank the ownership for investing in the area . Now on to the review, the staff was amazing, the ambience has won me over compared to the choices within a few exits on the interstate. She had the ribeye and creamy spinach and mashed potatoes, which was delicious. I had the Rasta pasta with grilled chicken which was equally amazing. We will definitely be back again to enjoy other dinner options. Great job Cache and Dominique's see you soon!"

They are still trying to hire enough staff to handle the crowds. Have patience. I sat at the bar both visits and had a good time. Plenty of TVs and I had a good time. Second visit they were doing Trivia night (Tuesday).I tried the $3 draft beer which was not a light beer. It was an IPA that was full of flavor and quite refreshing. The beer was only $3 because it was not selling and they wanted to get it out.Friday and Saturdays are $1 wings (minimum 8). I got the buffalo lemon pepper wings. You cannot see the lemon pepper seasoning but the wings taste extremely good and are the right level of crispy.I got the ribeye covered in blue cheese butter with fries and brussel sprouts. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and is a good steak. The fries are decent. The brussel sprouts are good.I got the Black and Blue burger. They forgot the bacon but brought it out to me quickly. The sweet potato waffle fries are some the best I have ever had. They sprinkle some type of powdered sugar on them. I will come back for the fries alone."

Kien H. "This is an AYCE type of Korean BBQ. So basically you get a grill at the center of the table and they keep bringing you meat to grill (yourself). The area is in a strip mall and it's free parking. There are a lot of walkable areas so parking and walking around after a dinner would be something that you could do. The vibe at the restaurant is super nice. They have an upstairs area so there is a lot of space inside the establishment. There is a lot of light so even though the decorations are dark wood, it's still bright. On the weekends it's the standard dinner pricing (the Donner and weekend price is $50 a person). Everybody needs to be able to eat the same, so just be aware that everybody at the table has to be on the same page. And also, there's no carry out for all you can. They bring the meat two at a time, and they bring a bunch of different accommodations in the forms of salad and kimchi and wraps and such. The appetizers are coming out hot so you have to think about ordering those. But it's pretty straightforward, order all to meat you want.I like the fact that The waitresses and waiters will want to grill for you between food and help you cook your food for you. I bet you may need it but it's nice that they actually try. That's a really good touch. For the appetizers I tried the Korean fried chicken, spicy, and I tried the chicken dumplings on my first go. The spicy chicken was fried chicken tossed in a spicy sauce and it was pretty tasty and savory with the proper spice. The dumplings didn't come with a sauce but I dipped mine in some yum yum sauce and that made it good. The egg souffle was also pretty good. Very light and airy. For my meat I tried to different cut steak and to be brisket to start off. I also tried the Hawaiian steak and the spicy beef bulgogi. I also dabbled in plenty of peppers /onions/ and mushrooms so they helped accommodate the meal. Aside from the Hawaiian (which may have had a little too much sweet for me), Everything was good. The bulgogi was kind of fatty but had plenty of favor. I ordered a few orders of brisket, they add sesame oil and a salt and pepper blend and it hits every time! This is a solid choice and has a lot of options (as long as you pay attention to the pay points regarding what days are a specific price)."

The restaurant has wonderful interior, a huge bar, bunch of very well decorated booths. The menu is full of interesting dishes. I got the naked burger that had a bison paddy. It was a delicious burger. The bison tasted so good with melted cheese and all the other ingredients of the burger. We liked the huge crab cakes and citrusy lemonade. Five stars for the steak. Four stars for the sides. We got way too much food, but we had leftovers! Here's what we got:- Tuna Tartare ($18): Good!- French Onion Soup ($12): Tasty!- Burrata & Prosciutto ($16): The burrata was great. Wish the prosciutto was saltier and had more taste.- 12 oz Filet Mignon ($72): Very, very good. - 16 oz 101 Steak Delmonico ($72) with Bearnaise ($3): Super good! The sauce was good too, but not necessary.- Creamy Spinach ($13): This was actually gross. It was a tiny bit better the next day, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it.- Cheddar Mac-N-Cheese ($12): Fine, better as leftovers.- Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Ginger Soy ($14): Super delicious.- Chocolate Layer Cake ($12): OMG. So good. The salt was all on the edge, which I'm sure looks great for decoration, but it made a few bites way too salty. The dim lighting, festive Christmas trees--it was all so inviting. I can only imagine how wonderful it is in the summer months with their great outdoor seating. Our server, Amancho, was fantastic. He anticipated our needs, knew what we wanted before we asked--it was such a pleasure. Being our first time, he gave us a complete rundown of the menu, specials, etc. Shout out to him!My friend and I ordered several items, including the delicious Hibiscus Margarita. For appetizers, we had The New Orleans Spicy Shrimp, The Garlic Crab Claws, and The Fried Pacific Calamari. As mains, I had the Baked Shrimp Alfredo, and my friend ordered the Blackened Chicken Rigatoni. We couldn't finish it all, so we got a to-go box but saved room for dessert--a Sundae for two. It came in a huge glass with loads of ice cream, brownie, fudge, and whipped cream.I've raved about this place on every social platform. The host and all the servers were so kind and friendly. This is a creme de la creme of steakhouses! A luxurious location next to From the Earth eatery that I highly recommend for those that want to taste what steak can be at its best! The ambiance is shear luxury and fine dining, the service is exceptional and the food was outstanding! We ordered the chefs tasters meal for my wife, my youngest and me. It consisted of filet, wagyu, ribeye and elk. I'll starts buy saying my family did not like the elk. It was marinated in a sauce and not cooked to a normal steak consistency. It was less firm and had almost a chocolate hint to it. They didn't care for it but I ate every bite of it! It was fantastic and I would order it separately for a full meal. The ribeye was a special house cut that really wasn't called a ribeye I just don't remember what they called it. It is their signature cut and every bit melted in your mouth. Flavor galore! Another steak well worth top billing anywhere. The filet was the best my wife has ever had... she said. She likes it Pittsburg style charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside and they seared it to perfection. She raved about it for weeks.I didn't much care for the wagyu. I know the most expensive piece of meat on the platter and honestly I liked all of the others better. Not to say it was bad just that everything else was so good that really there was no reason to spend the outrageous money on the wagyu. It just wasn't exceptional enough when compared to the other fantastic selections. My oldest had the Southen fried chicken in pan jou. It came with a cornbread purée that my son is still talking about months later! I tried a bit and have to say I would be tempted to get this even over some of the steaks. It was scrumptious! Full of rich flavors, the chicken was moist and the purée was outstanding! For sides we had the Sautéed corn and the Hassleback potatoes. Both of which could have been the stars of a meal at any other location. They were bursting with flavor and just complimented the steaks so well it was like they were melded together. After we stuffed ourselves we decide to truly do it like the Roman's did and just push more down in the form of desert. The Buttermilk cheese cake with raspberry compote and the Cinnamon roll bread pudding were out of this world. I love bread pudding and this was exceptional. Sweat good and warm. Needless to say we were certainly gluttons on this day. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Shane was our server and he knew the menu inside and out. He made our night an experience, not just a dinner. The restaurant is also beautifully moody. I love the open kitchen concept. For starters, their complimentary bread is nothing extraordinary but I wouldn't fill up on that. The burrata was smooth and velvety - the accoutrements that come with it perfectly balance out the lusciousness of the cheese. The bread it comes with is exceptionally crispy and pairs well. The Miyazaki Wagyu was worth every penny. It was meat butter. All the tenderness of a filet but with the flavor of a ribeye. The bistecca was huge and seasoned well. The dry age gave it more flavor than funk which I appreciated. Charred on the outside but delicately soft on the inside. Somehow the onions are a sleeper hit - super soft yet had a depth of concentrated onion flavor. The king crab pasta was a pass for us only hecause uni is not currently in season and you could tell. They were very receptive to feedback though and it is highly subjective so I didn't dock anything for that. The ragu pasta was intensely meat forward but in a good way. It gave the sauce body. Pasta was perfectly al dente. The parate is a mix between mashed potatoes with the addition of oil, but had the structural integrity of a baked potato. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure as it's a perfect potato side. It was rich without losing the taste of the potato itself. The mushroom polenta was creamy and full of umami thanks to the mushroom ragu. Their drinks are expertly crafted - the espresso martini had a bright citrus note and they do freshly brew the coffee for it. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend for special events, celebrations, or if you just really want an out of the world steak."
