K1 & Des Southern Spoon

Solid guy running this spot! Will definitely be back. It's worth the commute to try these wings. The gentleman inside was patient, kind & respectful. I ordered traditional Hot, Honey, Lemon Pepper wings, crispy w/ fries. I received extra wings & some macaroni. 10/10, I'll be back. I hope everyone has the same experience & leaves a review w/ a pic to help this business.

Desmond's food is killer! The Mac'n Cheese, Smothered Chicken, and Collard Greens with Cornbread!!!!!!!! A true gem!

Drive up/ drive thru spot! Service was cool & the wait wasn't too long! I recommend adding ranch powder to your wings & fries! Thank me later!

Tried a breakfast sandwich here the other day as I was in the area and there wasn't much else around. I was pleasantly surprised by it and happy that the man running the small operation could whip up an item that was let even on the menu. The sandwich was tasty with a big hunk of sausage and came to about $7 which seemed fair. It wasn't busy there and it seemed like he had to turn on his equipment to get things working properly which probably explained why it took about 15 minutes to get the sandwich. K1 offers wings, hot dogs, and some southern staples at an affordable price. My only comment for improvement is that it was a little greasy for my liking but I'd definitely come back. They also told me they are open late night so if you get a hankering and what to support local Black owned business, come check it out
