These guys won Atlanta Magazine's Best of ATL award for Best Tortas in 2018, a well-deserved award. You can see the award displayed above the kitchen window."Del DF" means "of the Distrito Federal" or "Federal District," which is a reference to Mexico City (what Mexico City used to be called). The food served here is Mexico City style.Tortas Factory is in a small corner strip on Buford Highway OTP, just up the road from Buford Highway Farmers Market. The restaurant opened right around the new year, 2018. The Mexican bakery Panaderia Del Valle, located in the same plaza, is owned by the same family. I think the family name is Del Valle. The bread for the tortas at Tortas Factory comes from Panaderia Del Valle.While tortas is in its name, this place serves way more than just tortas. They also serve tacos ($2.00-2.50 each), campesinas (corn tortilla with egg, beans, cheese, and sauce, $4.99), huaraches ($4.99 each), sopes ($4.50 each), gorditas ($4.50 each), quesadillas ($8.50 each), fajitas ($11.50 each), pambazos ($6.50 each), enchiladas ($8.50 each), flautas ($8.50 each), burritos ($8.50 each), nachos ($9.50 each), tostadas ($9.00 each), and entrees like pechuga de pollo asado (grilled chicken breast, $11.50) and chuleta de puerco (pork chop, $9.50). There are blackboard specials too.Tortas (Mexican sandwiches) are the specialty and they have 17 varieties on the regular menu (I saw two more on the specials board). They're priced at only $6.00 to $6.50 each. Beverage-wise, they offer the standard agua frescas like jamaica (hibiscus), horchata (cinnamon vanilla rice milk), and tamarindo (tamarind).A small group of us ordered several items and shared. Here's what we got:* Nachos carne asada ($9.50) - crema, frijoles refritos, queso, crema, tomate y jalapenos* Enchiladas pollo con mole (chicken with mole sauce, $8.50) - lechuga, queso fresco, crema, arroz* Torta Cubana ($6.50) - mayonesa, frijoles, salchicha, carne de puerco, huevo, chorizo, aguacate, tomate, jalapenos, queso fresco* Torta Mexicana (ground beef and ham, $6.00) - mayonesa, carne molida, jamon, frijoles, lechuga, tomate, cebolla, aguacate, queso, jalapenos* Pambazo papas con chorizo de puerco (potatoes with pork sausage, $6.50) - crema, lechuga, queso frescoI also got a medium-sized horchata for $2.50. They offered me free samples of the horchata, jamaica, and tamarindo. They all tasted pretty typical to me -- cold, sweet, and refreshing. Like other Mexican restaurants, they serve their agua frescas from those refrigerated drink mixing machines. My horchata had a little bit of a grainy consistency (not bad) and great flavor (some horchatas, the flavor can be off).Everything was very good. The star of the show was the pambazo papas con chorizo de puerco. The pambazo is pretty much like a torta, but made with a special type of bread (pambazo) that is burnt orange in color because the bread has been dipped and fried in a red pepper sauce (guajillo peppers). This makes the sandwich spicy. Tortas Factory offers two kinds of pambazos, one made with pork sausage and the other with grilled steak (carne asada). The pork sausage version was terrific; spicy, savory, and filling. The crema helps cut through the spiciness. This is the kind of sandwich that makes your mouth water.The other sandwiches were great too. I preferred the Cubana over the Mexicana, but would be happy with either one. The Cubana was stacked high with all sorts of ingredients, my favorites being the roast pork and sausage. The strips of queso fresco were delicious too. The avocado and tomato were fresh and overall, it was just a well-constructed, satisfying sandwich with quality ingredients. The Mexicana was interesting because it was like the torta version of a hamburger. Carne molida is ground beef and that's what you get here. Combined with melted cheese, beans, ham, and more, this is a hearty and gratifying sandwich.The nachos were fantastic. Nothing earth-shattering, just fresh ingredients (like the sandwiches). Real comfort food. The chips were nice and crispy and the pieces of steak were tender. There was a decent amount of both steak and avocado so I appreciated that. They don't skimp.If you like a good mole sauce, I recommend the enchiladas pollo con mole. Tortas Factory's mole sauce is one of the best I've tasted. It's rich, bold, and really appetizing. Generous portion size with lots of crema and queso fresco, which I like. One of my friends got the salsa verde (green sauce) version of the enchiladas and it looked equally as appetizing. Another friend got the flautas pollo (chicken) and really enjoyed them, so all of these seem to be good options if you want chicken.The small salsa bar has salsa roja and verde (red and green), lime wedges, guac, and a spicy habanero, jalapeno, onion mix.$3 credit card minimum."

For 19 dollars, I got a chicken tender snack, two tacos, and a soda. I asked for hot salsa, and for regular hot sauce for the chicken tender.The tendie comes with crinkle cut fries, but they're better than the starchy mess you'd find at a Zaxby's or school cafeteria. The Comeback Sauce they hype up has heavy flavors of tartar sauce. I tried it with the fries, chips, and the tacos, and I won't come back for it. If I got fish, I'd try it. The hot salsa does live up to its name. I was genuinely sweating. The hot chicken was pleasantly spicy, but not overwhelming. There's a very long bar that can easily seat over a dozen patrons. It's a bit of an unusual feature, and it's where I chose to sat. The bar seats are awful, they're about 8 inches or so lower than the bar table. I was hunched over quite a bit and found it very uncomfortable. Pick a booth or a table if you go. The Carne Asada tacos were pretty good. There's guacamole on them by default, and a taco plate comes with blue and yellow corn tortilla chips. To me, this place isn't bad, but wasn't quite a home run either. It's pretty inexpensive, nearly fast food tier pricing, for a product that's about on par with that."

"I tried Little Rey for the first time recently, and the tacos here are legit. I loved the signature Al Carbon tacos, but the traditional tacos are just as good. This is a place for spice lovers. Their hot sauces are legitimately hot, as are their wings and the El Diablo taco. I only tried one side (Rancho beans - their take on charro beans), but like everything else it was on point and I look forward to going back and tasting some of the other offerings on their menu."

"This is the spot! We used to go to other Mexican restaurants and realized why go to mediocre spots when chicheria is down the street. Their cocktails are amazing as well as will behind the bar. He's personable and always has great convos with everyone there. Portion sizes are worth each penny and the tacos are larger than you would expect. You can definitely split it between two people. The ceviche in almost a coconut broth is so fresh and has tons of fish/fixings in it! We come for the people and drinks. They seem to have too many tables for the space they have so you really have to navigate to get around and may get bumped by every employee and customer just trying to go to the bathroom but they stay crowded I don't like that they don't have prices for their drinks. My friends got flights & the Valentine's margaritas flight was $30 and both of them didn't like all of the flavors. The drinks were pretty but 16oz total .. not sure that that's worth $30. I just had a $4 guava juice - lol it was good and worth the cost I ordered quesochorizo for the table - it was ok. ~$11 but flavor is kinda bland and it solidified very fast tbh. Prob would skip this next time Their salsa is also very sweet and I've never thought that about a salsa. Weird flavor, not my favorite I had the birria tacos & they were so filling, came very full of meat and a little cheese. The meat was tender & consomme was delicious! The "hot" sauce they serve isn't even spicy, more like a bitter pepper. 3 tacos ~$18 The beans were refried but were good! They had the place decorated for Valentine's and all of the decor was very cute. The parking lot was full but it's a huge lot so you'll find a spot, it just may not be right in front Id go back here and probably try some other entrees, maybe try the guacamole next time."

"Love Superica!I've visited this location and a few others numerous times, I can't believe that I haven't previously shown them some love. With a classic Tex Mex menu, Superica is right up my alley. This Krog Street location is probably one of my favorites. With tons of parking available (in the front lot and in the garage), there is rarely an issue getting your car situated. With indoor and outdoor seating, this restaurant is quite spacious and offers enough space for a party of 1, 2 or even 15 if you choose to! My first real visit to Superica was for a solo happy hour adventure and I'm still so happy that I ventured there for the afternoon. It was incredibly easy to grab a seat at the bar and get settled with a very attentive bartender who made my experience great. The small plates menu wasn't incredibly cheap but for the portion I ended up receiving, it ended up making sense (and being very delicious!) I ordered the tamales and WOW. I'm still dreaming of them over a year later, lol.On my recent visit, I had lunch with my brother-in-law and his coworker and they loved it just as much as I do. As he is a pescatarian, finding a place that lives up to my Elite foodie standards, wasn't crazy pricey AND offered a good variety of non-beef/pork/chicken options was a fun search for me and I settled on Superica. So glad that I did. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and although there were a number of guests already seated, there were ample tables available and I was quickly taken to an indoor table and greeted. Between the three of us we ordered: catfish tacos, quesadillas and I had the tortilla soup + flautas. I surprisingly didn't loveee the soup as there were way more beans that expected but the flavor was still delicious. My flautas were so good! I wasn't starving or I would have ordered more/something different, but the small plates that I went for were great choices. My brother in law and his friend also enjoyed their meals, evident by their empty plates at the end. I also had a glass of their seasonal agua fresca which was a pineapple (guava too?) and it was yummy, a bit sweeter than I like but it was empty in minutes. Also, let's talk about those chips and salsa!! I love some spice so I want that red salsa injected into my veins. They kept the chips coming, although I could have gone for even more jars of salsa but I would have never finished my meal or left the restaurant. The avocado salsa is also delicious but the red salsa has my heart.All in all, always a great experience with the food and the team at Superica. I'll definitely be back!"

When we entered, a sweet Hispanic lady came out and took our order after a minute or two as we stared at the menu trying to decide. I had 3 gorditas (not so much like what you'd imagine at Taco Bell): pastor, pollo chicharron, and chorizo. These thick, enclosed corn tortillas were interesting. There was a decent amount of meat, but sort of like mini street tacos, you have to order more to get full. 3 of em was decent.The pastor was the best as it was more filling with the meat type. The pollo chiicharron was interesting with what seemed like fatty parts (of like pigs). The chorizo was okay: not too oily nor dry.The hubs had the al pastor (?) burrito. It was a hearty sized burrito with rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo. The flavors weren't overwhelming. The burrito was actually a bit saucy without even adding additional sauces.I'd say the overall rating for me is 3 1/2 stars, but this gets rounded up to a 4."

"So the last time I ate at this location it was called Uncle Julio's. I don't know if there was a change in ownership or just a name change. The decor and menu seem about the same. I visited on a Monday and they have a Monday fajita lunch special for $10 (chicken or shrimp) so I went with the shrimp fajitas. I was very pleased with my choice. It came with 8 nice large jumbo shrimp cooked and seasoned well with all the usual accompaniment. Service was quick and attentive. The place is family/kid friendly. I was impressed. I remember not liking Uncle Julio's much. I don't remember why except that it was noisy and crowded when i came before and on a Monday at lunch they were at about half capacity and the staff had time to wait in everyone. 5 stars and I don't do that in a first visit, ever, but I have been here before, just under a different name. Try it out."

Once your food is ready they call your name and say some catch phrase that I can't remember right now. My food was really good!! Started with 4 tacos and then ordered two more. Yep, 6 tacos. I was being greedy and 3 tacos is plenty. Mediterranean mushroom - I thought this would be would be the fave so I ordered two of these the first round. Pretty good but didn't have as much flavor as the other two. The French fries weren't actual fries, which was a little disappointing lol. The dill had me wanted more of it! Nashville Hot Tofu - this was my favorite. The crispiness of the fried tofu was perfect. The napa slaw and pickles were perfectly paired and the sauce was good. Spicy but pretty flavorful. Beer battered Cauliflower - I thought this would be my least favorite but I loved this one too. They did the flavor right! Ordered without the queso. Cauliflower was perfect with the flavor and crunch factor. It had a good bit toppings which I'm a fan of. The avocado added a nice creaminess and went well with the different textures."

"This is the newest location in Roswell. It's the same plaza as Crunch, Marshalls & Ross. It's located directly behind the McDonald's off Holcomb Bridge Rd. Not hard to find at all. Plenty of free ample parking. I usually go to the Beaver Ruin location but this new location is a lot closer to me! They even have a drive thru. The food is the same quality as the other location. Extremely good and very affordable The employees were extremely nice and my order was prompt and accurate. I ordered the Birra Quesadilla with rice and beans. As well as chicken tacos. I have yet to find better Birra Quesadilla or tacos elsewhere. My inner fat girl is sooo happy that this location exists. I will definitely be back ... soon lol"

"I went to Little Rey without any background information but quickly asked if there was a Ford Fry / Superica connection. There indeed is! The restaurant has a fun aesthetic. However, I wasn't expecting the very casual counter-ordering, deliver-at-your-table-with-a-number vibe. It's definitely great for a quick weekday evening meal but I would skip for a more special occasion. I ordered a Rio Red Margarita and Queso with chips to start followed up by a second Rio Red and a Carnitas Quesadilla. All of the food was casual and approachable while also being really tasty. I did think the Rio Red Margarita was on the pricey side at $12 for the larger size. The "larger" size was still a small cup being dispensed from a pre-mde machine. Thankfully, there was a huge rainstorm that kept us at Little Rey longer than planned. We all ended up ordering ice cream, but I topped mine with homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and it was unbelievably good. 12/10. Look forward to returning"

"A friend mentioned this place. And boy oh boy was it super delicious. Apparently Tacos Al Pastor started out as a food truck.The hubs ordered pork tacos and Mexican sausage de la abuela. It was tasty and had a generous amount of meat. We saw them started making the handmade tortilla right as the order was put in so it's definitely fresh.I had the beef tongue gorditas. The gorditas was a little crunchier than I expected, but it was good nonetheless. The little cubes of beef tongue was chewy and added a nice contract in texture. The horchata drink was tasty as well. It was well flavored and not watered down.A friend of ours swapped his quesa birria for one of our tacos, and that thing is to die for. Apparently it's a new concept and growing in popularity. That thing was so flavorful, cheesy, and moist. I'm just dreaming of it now as I write this. If you're into trying new things, this is a MUST TRY. At first I thought it was like a French dip concept, but the taco was packed full of flavor and its juices. They gave you a separate cup with the sauce so you can soak that bad baby even more. The prices here weren't bad either even though it's Brookhaven. [$3.25 for a regular taco.]"

"Rudy's Rightous is located next to Regal Cinemas behind Perimeter Mall, where Royal Oak used to be. This is a reincarnation of the Rightous Room in Brookhaven which was at Johnson Ferry and Ashford Dunwoody Rd. Since it is a large strip mall, there is tons of parking. Rudy did a nice job redoing the interior of this place. It's spacious, well lit, not too loud, and is welcoming. Very nice patio out front with plenty of seating. Will be nice in the Spring especially. The menu is pretty much the same as it was at the Brookhaven Rightous. Tony, the head cook, really knows what he is doing. It's pretty much typical American Bar food, but far better than average. I have never been able to figure out exactly what he seasons the chicken quesadillas with, but I swear it might be crack! It is SO delicious. The 1/2 pound burger is juicy and cooked just right. There are several TVs. Maybe not enough for the full suite of NFL games on a Sunday afternoon, but enough to handle most normal sports watching days. I didn't count, but I'd say 6 to 8 TVs currently. It's a good, friendly neighborhood bar. Will likely be a hit with industry folks too late at night. The food is way better than you might expect. Go for the food, stay for the fun. 5 Stars not because it is a 5 Star dining experience. 5 Stars for being just about perfect at what it's meant to be...a neighborhood grill & bar."

You order at the kiosk computer and then they give you your food through the pick up window. It took quite a while to get my food - probably 20 minutes. They don't really have any seating available which is a bummer. But the food was tasty. I got the chicken and kale taco and queso with pico de gallo. The taco was delicious. Very flavorful and lots of chicken! I loved the sauces on it. The queso was also very good! The pico de gallo was a good addition. They have so many add ins which was so fun! They have lots of great other taco and burrito options as well."

"This place has total surf shop vibes with a vibrant look and beach side feel. The only thing missing is sand on the floor.Put it all together with some friendly service and I'm already loving this place.They've got a really extensive list of tacos that I know I'll be returning to try even before I'm done ordering. Plus they've got ice cream, a kid's menu and a nice selection of drinks ranging from Jarritos to margaritas. Man, I cannot wait to try these tacos!Oh mama do these tacos look good. Very nice. Here we go. Portabella Taco: I have a theory... if a place can make vegetables taste good, you're in for one hell of a meal. This is one of the tastiest tacos I've ever had. BOOM!!! Five stars already. Let's go!Cajun Fish Taco: hot, well-seasoned fish, limey, citrus-y flavours popping in and out with each bite. Wow wow wow!Pork al Pastor Taco: awww, man... this one just didn't hit for me. The flavours didn't come together and compliment each other for me. Everything was too separate. "I've seen this place for a while and finally made the stop in. Good food and good vibes. The fried green tomatoes were really good. I ordered the black bean burger Kentucky style. It was a solid burger, with a good black bean patty. Probably not homemade, but that's okay.They have a good variety of options and everyone at the table enjoyed what they ordered.The presentation of food is on point with the photo game!"

"Our favorite "cool kids" watering hole in the neighborhood. It has such a "community" vibe to it all day and night. I live on the area, and 50% of the time im running into a friend there, and progressing to drinks and conversation. Perfect place to go from working remotely, right into happy hour afterwards. The drinks are tasty, service is super friendly, and theres plenty outdoor seating. The food is super solid, but dont expect a wide variety; cantina style bites and dishes. The must tries are the Al Pastor taco, and corn ribs!"

Food was super authentic, fresh, and the drinks are elite! The piña colada came inside of a whole pineapple and the margarita are good and came inside of a whole patron bottle.. Towards the end of the night they had the live Mexican band playing..."
