Apparently 68 Crawfish Express is no more and is now called something else. We BYOB'd and ordered 10ths of bugs. The flavor was very good but I was disappointed in until size. They were small field run bugs l and I was expecting some big daddies, but there wasn't one. I've cooked 6 sacks this year and the only ones that were this small were from the first of the year. The service was ok, the server forgot our onion rings, which I was really looking forward to, oh well. We'll try another spot next time.

While this spot was hidden and out the way, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the food. I'm hoping with COVID and everything this may be the reason this played an impact. The service was good from the start but not much checking up on guest throughout the meal. Hopefully this changes with training. I don't feel like restaurants should serve certain seafoods out of season due to quality issues but they make their own decisions. But this could hurt the business in the long run by having serving poor quality seafood when they know the season is not in. The place was clean and staff was very friendly. Hopefully things will change for the better then I decide to give this place one more shot before calling quits.

68 crawfish express saved the day when all my favorite spots were out of crawfish. WHAT. I'm glad I went on an adventure to try them cause their food was tasty and rivals crawfish cafe and seafood shoppe (my fave). They have garlic butter, Cajun or toss them all together for their "68 sauce". They have freshly chopped garlic chunks in the bag that I scooped up with my crawfish tails, yummm. They gave us dumplings as appetizers but unsure if that's normal or we're just special...semi kidding.Prices were extremely reasonable at 5.99/lb, which is unheard of in Houston nowadays. They do offer other items including Pho, rice dishes and Asian noodles if you're not feeling seafood. Definitely try this place if you haven't, it's worth it!

I came here to try the crawfish because I had heard ravvvvve reviews from many acquaintances. I wasn't let down, but I wasn't blown away either. First off, let's start with the service. The service here is AH-MA-ZING. I called early to make a reservation and they were super accommodating. The table was ready when we arrived. The waiter was on his game the entire night and came by often to make sure we had everything we needed. 4 stars just because service is amazing. The food? The crawfish was a decent size and an excellent price but I have had better. I tried the 68 sauce, mild. The crawfish fried rice was okay. Apparently their medium spicy is pretty hot 6/10, so beware when you're ordering!! As of 5/24/19, crawfish was $6.99/lb.

Wow. So close to my neighborhood and SO good quality of crawfish. We came in around 1:30pm on Saturday and it was crowded but we got seated right away. They have a good selection of Cajun seafood, Louisiana-style food, and even pho! They definitely cater to everyone.I ordered 2lbs of the crawfish with 68 sauce with medium spicy level. One corn added for 68 cents each! And get this: 5.99/lb deal. Also gloves were free and super thick latex medical gloves. Love it already! The crawfish came out without delay, steaming hot, and full of garlic YUM. We thought that the 68 sauce was super garlicky, and all we could taste was garlic. But we don't mind! Just wish the other flavors were enhanced. With medium level, it tasted mild to me so keep that in mind if you love spicy. The crawfish was huge in size and super fresh! My friend and I were definitely impressed with this place and we both feel like we would return again cause it's just that good! Support local businesses!! (:

This place is located in Stafford Texas. It's byob and I order the snow crabs 1lb for 26.99 and I order the mixed seasoning which is Cajun and lemon pepper. The season is okay but to give it more flavor use the season in the bucket provided by the restaurant it's very good. The crawfish is $9.99 lb right now and the service is excellent. The potatoes are bite sized so you will definitely need at least 4 of them. While you wait complimentary edamame with 68 house sauce. Very good!!! The food came out hot and fresh. I will definitely go but and just try the Cajun only.

This is my new spot for crawfish! The best I've had in several years. Only complaint is it being $10/lb.

I've been here a couple of times and I love the crawfish! 5.99lb (when you dine in) is a great deal although there's an inconsistency in size. Maybe it's because crawfish season hasn't peaked yet? I get the house sauce which is really flavorful and garlicky, which I like. The service is great but they did mess up my order the 2nd time I was there. I'll still come back for the crawfish and maybe to try out their other dishes soon.----------------------------------------------------It seems as if they have changed management or something. The service here sucks; waiters are inattentive and slow. The crawfish is mediocre, it lacks flavor compared to before. Tables are sticky and restrooms are also dirty.

I was craving crawfish and wanted to try a new restaurant when I saw this place on Yelp. I definitely had high hopes due to the reviews and high ratings but totally got led down. The chicken wings were very dry. They were also cut into small weird shapes that totally doesn't make sense?! At least the flavors (garlic Parmesan and spicy tamarind) were decent. We also added fries for $3.99 extra and look at that sad portion of fries. Crawfish was $7.99/lbs and it was extremely bland. Yes we mixed the sauce with the crawfish before eating as well. The sauce itself had a lot of oil (more than I've seen from other places) and didn't get soaked into the crawfish. Very disappointing and totally not returning.

I stumbled across this place because on my daughter's birthday. New Year's, she wanted crab legs and they were open. I came here two times and the four stars is a result of my second visit. My first visit would have been two stars. My first visit we ordered the crab legs in garlic seasoning, I had a side salad, shrimp and broccoli and my son had orange chicken. My daughter loved her crab legs but my son and I didn't have the same story. Our food was super super salty, so much that we wasted half of the food and my side salad was a joke. My salad came out 20 minutes after our main dish came out and it was large pieces of lettuce a few veggies thrower in a styrofoam container. I was so very disappointed. My second visit is what will make me a frequent visitor only specifically for what I ordered. I wanted to give their crawfish a try so I returned. I now know when I come here, which I will again, to o my get crawfish, oysters and the Vietnamese egg rolls. I ordered two pounds of the 68 sauce crawfish, a half dozen oysters and the shrimp Vietnamese egg rolls. The food came out fast and everything tasted really good. I loved the egg rolls and the fish sauce that came with it. I assembled it like lettuce wraps. The oysters were fresh and tasty and the crawfish was really good. Both times the parking was easy and plentiful. The first time the waiter was not attentive at all but the second visit the waiter made up for that and was very attentive. This will probably be in the rotation of one of my go to spots for crawfish only.
