I've tried a few dishes here and they're ok. My family really likes the short rib pho. I usually prefer vermicelli bowls, rice plates, and banh mi. Unfortunately all of Yummy Pho's grilled meats are coated in sauce, and I'm not a fan of it. Instead of the usual charred grilled marks on thit nuong, the pork is very wet. Also make note that the grilled beef banh mi has pate even though the menu doesn't mention it. The sauce on the beef and pate make for a very wet and soggy sandwich. Everything else here is pretty standard for viet food.Service is nice but quiet, and it can get confusing when multiple pho orders of different meats hit the table for a large party. They don't have a system in place for taking note of who orders what or for controlling the order in which dishes come out of the kitchen. If you go, I recommend the short rib pho. It's what makes Yummy Pho unique.

Yummy Pho is delicious. I usually get their Pho, it is very flavorful and usually comes with a nice of meat and veggies. Spring Rolls are good and Banh Mi is usually good too. For the price and location, I highly recommend. 9/10

Relaxing and friendly service... food is typical Vietnamese Pho. A good family place to eat specially having warm soup during recent cold days and nights. Will be back... for more.

This pho spot is the closer to my house than Chinatown so I come here when I don't want tot drive so far. I've tried a few of their rice and noodle dishes and all were good! They even have Che a Vietnamese dessert. Restaurant is clean as well.

Came here (didn't even realize it was a chain) and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything turned out. It was my friends first time going to a Vietnamese restaurant and they were super excited and happy with their first experience! They unfortunately didn't get to try the pho, but they enjoyed everything else that they ordered. My friend Kayla ordered the vermicelli bowl with lemongrass beef and her boyfriend ordered chicken fried rice and egg rolls. I obviously ordered the Bo ne because that is my favorite! Everything was really yummy. The steak was nice and tender. The egg was perfectly runny. The bread was warm and fresh. I just adored everything about my dish. And judging from my friends reactions when they tried their dishes, they absolutely loved it too. Said that it was so fragrant, well seasoned, and they even had to go back for seconds. The place overall was nice and quaint. It was really busy too! So that should say something right off the bat. The service was also impeccable as they were very attentive and making sure we were comfortable and content with everything. I would definitely come here again to experience the pho fresh, since I didn't get a chance to. My boyfriend ordered the special pho to go, but it wasn't fresh. Not sure if it would have made the difference (though I think it would have), but even then it was really good! The broth was fragrant and herbal and the meats were premium and melt in your mouth. The noodles had a nice bite to it. I definitely want to go back to try the big beef bone pho!

While they are among the most well known Viet chains in the greater Houston area, this Yummy Pho & Bo Ne is easily the best of them all and among my top go-to spots in Pearland. They are as complete of an establishment as any, where everything from food to ambiance to service is on point. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating. They are busy but rarely enough to where there's a wait. Smaller groups can chill in the booths and lots of large party action happening in the middle of the room. The dining room is clean, inviting, and bright from the natural light. Even the bathrooms look good, which is always a great sign. The food is where they shine, especially in comparison to their sister locations. Their bo ne platter comes with tender, juicy pieces of steak, along with a slab of spam, an egg, and a nice baguette with the butter/paté combo. Their short rib special combination pho has gotten pricey at $17 but the fixings and broth are good enough to warrant the price. They also have a pho eating challenge, which is how I got acquainted with this place (#1). It was $35 when I had it but the prices have been hiked to $50. It comes with 2 Ibs of noodles, 2 Ibs of beef, and a kitchen sink's worth of broth. They're among the only establishments offering anything like this in the region.Other things I have enjoyed here are their nui xao (Vietnamese beef macaroni), which is technically for kids (#2), but less ketchup flavor and more of a beef stew profile. Their banh mi is also solid and I think their bun (rice noodle) and rice dishes are underappreciated. What I especially love is their super long cha gio (egg roll), but size only says so much (#3) because the crunch and filling is definitely worthy of a full order.Lastly, the service may seem curt at times, but I think they do a good job overall. The prices are a little higher but given how consistent everything is and how the place is mainly spotless, I am good with it. At the end of the day, this is a win-win Vietnamese option where I've left satisfied and happy practically every time.___________(#1) And failed miserably. It was so tasty tho. (#2) Still applicable to yours truly. (#3) It's not about how big it is, it's about the taste. Wait, what are we talking about again?

I've been to a few bo ne restaurants in Houston, and this one is easily one of the best. Their steak is nice and juicy, and the sauce is amazing. The salad is dressed such that it's light and not overwhelming, and the baguette is crispy and fresh. Everything comes together perfectly, and this place is one of the only restaurants I've seen serve spam as well. The Vietnamese coffee tastes great, but the mango lemonade is just a bit too sweet and you can taste the syrup. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean, and not too busy during the lunch hour. Their service is nice and prompt, and we didn't have to wait long at all.Overall would definitely come here regularly if I could!

This place really is Yummy!I ordered the Dac Biet (special) pho and was pleasantly surprised. Broth had really good flavor, there was a decent amount of meat, and the noodles weren't clumped all together. It's a bit more expensive than what I'm used to, but I guess everything has gone up. Would I order this again? Absolutely. Would I ever do the pho challenge? Probably not, but I would love trying! My wife had the fried rice with beef. It was delicious! Luckily she was full and didn't finish it, so I came in to "help". The sauce that is used to stir-fry is magic. The pickled carrot and radish was a bit too sweet for me, but I can be too health conscious at times. We were one of the first few to arrive at 11:00 for weekend lunch. Not many others were there. After receiving our food, the place filled up quick! I recommend coming here early to beat the lunch rush.Payment is via portable card reader that the waiter/waitress brings to your table. Standard tipping options start at 18% and moves up.I would recommend this place if you are in the mood for Vietnamese food.

I love this place! I really do love this place. They are consistent with the food, quality, their service, and their time. I've had their vermicelli, bowls, their noodle soups, and both their spring and Vietnamese eggrolls. They are all extremely delicious. However! I really wish they would stop putting Hot fresh Vietnamese eggrolls on top of the lettuce when you order it. By the time you get home if you're getting it to go, the lettuce is wilted and you have no lettuce to wrap the eggrolls in. You should put the lettuce in a separate Ziploc bag like you do when you put the mint bean sprouts in additional options for other entrées. Not only is the lettuce wilted, but the wetness of the lettuce makes the eggroll soggy. See pictures pleat. Please stop adding these together, especially for to go orders.

We tried another Vietnamese place a couple of days ago and we didn't get our pho fix. It was all bad. Which brought us back to this place. We tried this spot 10 months ago and it's still really good. On Friday night for dinner-- we were seated right away. The place is still clean and well kept, the service is FAST, they're very attentive and friendly. Our server memorized our order and didn't even need to write it down. **NOTE: I mentioned in my previous review about the Lemongrass hair-looking little strands on the pork we ordered. This time, I didn't see any. I'm glad that changed because it definitely didn't look good in something you eat. We ordered:*Banh Phong Tom (Vietnamese Shrimp Fried Crackers) Rating 9/10*Goi Cuon (Fresh Spring Rolls-Pork) w/ peanut-soy sauce 8/10*Cha Gio (Vietnamese Egg Rolls) Rating 8/10*Kids Menu: Grilled Pork w/ Rice 8.2/10*Beef and Shrimp Fried Rice Rating 8.5/10*Special PhoRating 7.5/10*Extra order of Grilled Pork Rating 8.5/10They had all the must have sauces available. We used to live in the Bay Area (San Francisco - Daly City) and we've tried our fair share of authentic Vietnamese foods. This has been the closest to it-- taste-wise. There are still a lot of different Vietnamese foods that they don't serve. Hopefully they can add more to their menu in the future. No complaints. This has become one of our go-to for the closest to authentic Vietnamese food. We love it.
