I ventured to Yummy based on the reviews on Yelp. Plus my love for pho + soul food wouldn't allow me not to try the oxtail pho!!! Sooooooooo what's the verdict? Mixed to be honest.First, I'll say service was on par with what other yelpers experienced. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. As for the pho itself, the broth was complex, sweet, and delivered exceptionally! And piping hot! The issue comes in with the oxtail itself. The smaller ones I ate seemed like they were well stewed in the hot broth they delivered to the table. They pulled off the bone with perfection. The larger one, however, seemed like a late add on to the dish. It was less than from Yelp but the time I got to it, which basically stormed for me that out was destroyed into the hot broth after the fact. It packed the wonderful qualities the smaller ones I commented on earlier possessed and was honestly not at all what I expected having eaten those. That said, the pho was still tasty and I do plan to return. I just won't be trying the oxtail pho again.

Known for their Bo Ne, this Yummy Pho & Bo Ne is located right next to Baybrook Mall area with plenty of parking available. We came here with a group of friends for late lunch. The interior was bright and clean, and what you would expect of a newer casual Vietnamese restaurant. Our server was friendly. I went with the vermicelli with char grilled pork. The portion was pretty big and flavors were solid. Their price point is similar to other Vietnamese restaurants in the loop and slightly higher than the ones in Chinatown/ Bellaire. Overall a good option for Vietnamese food craving in Friendswood area.

We visited Yummy Pho & Bo Ne during a weekday lunch rush. The restaurant is easy to find and offers plenty of parking in front and on the sides. The staff is very welcoming. The restaurant space is nicely decorated and very clean. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. We were excited to try a new place and were impressed by the food. We enjoyed:- vietnamese eggroolls- fresh pork spring rolls- vermicelli with char-grilled pork- bo ne - vietnamese iced coffee- thai teaWe cannot wait to eat there again and are looking forward to trying their pho. We encourage you to give them a try if you are in the area.

Wanted to get some take-out pho to warm-up the dying soul after being sick. Overall, it got the job done. The broth was rich and flavorful and everything else was a good balance. Getting to-go pho versus dining in does make a big difference, so I won't be to critical in terms of the taste. Other than that this has been a great addition to the area and another option to grab some Vietnamese food if you are in the area.

A solid no nonsense spot for casual Vietnamese fare. We got their grilled pork vermicelli bowl, at $11.99. The portion size was good and the flavors were as expected. Service is pretty good for a fast serve restaurant. Their pho is a bit more expensive than the Chinatown spots but they are in a nicer shopping plaza.

Best Vietnamese Food in town, clean ambiance and service is great! The owner of this restaurant is very young, kind and humble gentleman and always try to find a way to have conversation with costumer. As far as food from Bahn Mi to chargrilled chicken and Pho they are the best in town in my opinion. The server are so friendly and very attentive to what the costumer needs. We at least ate there twice a week (that's how good and affordable it is).Don't miss the Bhan Mi coz they are the best!!!

I've been here more than 5 times now. I can't stop coming back to this place. The service is impeccable and the staff were all nice. The food is always delicious and have been pretty consistent each time I order. My partner likes getting the thịt nướng and I go for the phó (currently for the cold weather). The broth is nice and light. The vegetables have been pretty fresh and the meats were all yummy! The thịt nướng comes out freshly cooked and it has a nice fatness to it but not too much: tender and flavorful. Fun Fact: the owner is the same one who also owns the Gong Cha in the same area which is my favorite location by far.

I'm obsessed with this place! Bo Ne is a classic vietnamese street cuisine and while this place doesn't capture the exact flavor you'd find in homeland, it doesn't take away from the amazing quality and flavor this place holds. The dish comes out with a salad in a fish sauce dressing, some pate, some homemade viet aioli, a fresh made baguette, and on a sizzling plate is your spam, egg, and steak cubes. They do a great job to make sure the dish comes out piping hot so be careful! It's a simple meal that will leave you quite satisfied I was however disappointed in the vietnamese ice coffee. What I got was regular coffee with salted sea foam on top. A far cry from the real deal. Place is simple and has a nice clean cafe feel. I'll come back :)

I attempted to eat here for lunch on one Saturday afternoon. Upon entering the restaurant, I was kindly greeted and brought a menu. As I was reviewing the menu, I noticed that there weren't many vegetarian or tofu-related things to order. I asked the waitress about the options that they had to offer that were vegan or even vegetarian. The waitress told me that they only have meat-related items on their menu and since they were a newer restaurant they hadn't thought about adding anything veg to the menu. So, I got up from the table and left.

Disappointing to-go order of pho/vermicelli. Smaller portion size than eating in-house. Served in a styrofoam container. Very dry, no broth., only a 3 oz. container of juice, barely enough to moisten the meat, vegetables, and vermicelli. I've eaten inside the restaurant, the same dish was served in a bowl, and the portion size was bigger.if they're going to serve this dish to go, they need to serve it in a bowl.it was a waste of money to order to-go.
