If you're in the area and not afraid to parallel park, come on by! Prices are higher than most restaurants as such BUT for the area, it's decent. Banh khot is delicious and I'm glad I got my Lao girl friend to try it out. Though, I should have asked for more lettuce. I end up eating them American style where I stabbed the rest with a fork and dip it in fish sauce. Perfect flavor and crispy. Bo ne was good and satisfied my friend's craving - she can't get these in Dallas/Fort Worth! Thai green tea is sweet yet still maintain the natural green tea flavored. It's not overall sweet, let me say that out loud as an Asian American girl... it is not too sweet where I want to spit it out. Got it?So if you're in the area, come check them out! Friendly people and friendly owner. I'll be back. See y'all soon!

Ordered Xeo Yum cause I was seeing it on UberEats and boy was I pleasantly surprised! Even after being packaged and delivered, in a nice big box, the Banh xeo and Banh khot stayed super duper crispy! I've never have Banh xeo this crispy before and with the amount of grease, it makes me wonder if they deep fry them. Good amount of filling... traditional pork and shrimp, but they use pork belly! Bean sprouts and a good fish sauce and greens to wrap and dip everything in! The Banh xeo is large... easier shareable if you're not super hungry. The Banh khot tasted about the same but loses a bit of the crispiness in the middle.. I preferred the Banh xeo for the texture! We enjoyed our meal so much the first time, I ordered it again a few days later. I felt it was much greasier.. the Bo luc lac aka Shaking Beef was super garlicky, which I usually love but the flavors were not my favorite. I've had better shaking beef elsewhere. If you come here, stick to their specialty and you won't be disappointed.

Delicious food. Their banh xeo texture is fantastic. It is located in a food hall, with friendly service and a casual atmosphere. We tried and loved their banh xeo, banh khot, bo luc lac, and eggrolls.

This place is pretty legit ! It's located instead a building food court like with other food businesses. Love the vibe there !Everything we order was so good ! We ordered banh khot and nem nuong as appetizers to share. The veggies are fresh, overall , everything was made fresh & hot!Our main dishes were:Bo luc lac - shaken beef! The meat was very tender and flavorful, however the rice seemed kinda dry. I would also suggest more limes to squeeze in the salt & pepper for dip. Bo Ne - sizzling pan with cube beef and over easy eggs , home made pate & mayo with a banquette + side salad with a delicious sweet vinaigrette dressing! This was my favorite dish! And the Ga Ri! The chicken was cooked to perfection and curry was flavorful! We also ordered the Green Thai Tea. It was strong but I liked it! Will be back when we are back in the H! Customer service was excellent too! Very friendly and accommodating!

WOW Xeo Yum is hidden inside of the Conservatory food hall and it is a hidden gem!!! The parking outside was pretty limited but we came for a late lunch so we easily got a spot outside. We got the bo ne and banh khot to share and WOW it was one of the best meals I've had. I could not stop raving about it as I was eating it haha. The bo ne came in a skillet with a piece of baguette. The meat was SOOOO tender and when it was mixed with the eggs, tomato, and sauce on the bread, it was literal PERFECTION!! I looove sauce and that sauce was so addicting!! The side salad also provided a good contrast of flavor. They also served it with some mayo and pate which complemented all of the flavors so well. We finished the whole dish to the last drop!!The banh khot was still piping hot and SOOO crunchy. It is definitely one of the best I've ever had. Paired with the lettuce, pickeled carrot, and fish sauce, it was ALSO PERFECTION! I also got a green thai tea, which is my favorite drink, and it was exactly what I wanted. I like it over a normal thai tea as it has more of a floral-ish taste to me and love it when restaurants have it!! Overall, I loved this place and cannot wait to come back for these and to try their other items as well. EVERYONE should come try this as it was one of the best experiences of Vietnamese food I've had in Houston!! 100/100 would recommend!!

Came here on a late evening around 9pm when most shops were closing, this place was holding strong. It's located in the back corner of a new conservatory food hall. There were plenty of seating, and cool art designs around, such as a giant terrarium. Service was wonderful, the gentleman explained in full detail of what's in each of the dishes and we went with the bánh xèo and bánh khot. They both seem similar ingredients just different way to prepare it. The bánh khot is smaller, individual cupcake style, while the bánh xèo is a massive calzone. Both pack with flavorful ingredients, everything was fresh, and the bánh xèo had plenty of meat and shrimp. Everything was crispy and savory. It had a hint of coconut inside, and the fish sauce was Perfect

Hey there Yelpers,I'm excited to share a hidden gem with you: XeoYum in the Houston Museum District. Nestled inside a bustling food hall, this Vietnamese eatery is a must-visit for fans of Vietnamese cuisine. The food hall's lively atmosphere sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. Keep your eyes peeled for Xeo Yum's vibrant yellow sign toward the back. Once you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed by Cuong, the owner, who's eager to help you choose the perfect dish. Now, onto the deliciousness! I tried the Crepe combo ($15) and Shaken Beef combo ($14), and both were absolute winners. The crepe was a delightful blend of soft and crispy, packed with succulent marinated pork belly and juicy shrimp. And let's not forget the Shaken Beef, which was equally flavorful and satisfying. As a Vietnamese individual, I'm usually quite discerning about Vietnamese cuisine, but XeoYum impressed me. I'll be returning with friends and family for sure.Cheers, JT

Going here with very low expectations bcoz it's in the food hall place and eating Vietnamese food. I was expecting to have kind of fusion type but I was wrong .It's legit. Food is way better than I expected. Price range is more than bellaire area but we need to understand this is different environment.Definitely a come back for me. Staffs are also friendly. The conservatory food hall looks small from the outside but it's quite big inside

The best banh xeo and banh khot ever! It's light and crispy. The shrimp and pork in it was flavorful. The fried egg rolls were also amazing. You could taste the freshly cracked black pepper in it. Cuong the owner was really cool and his staff were all very friendly. It's located in a food hall, so, it was casual and we found seats easily.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a Vietnamese spot nearby and they did not disappoint! The banh xeo here was extra crispy and they did not skimp on the pork belly or shrimp inside. The banh khot was just as savory and perfectly crispy. They gave plenty of veggies as well. If I had a plain crepe, I would've been perfectly happy with that. That was how good it was. The bo ne had a delicious smoky flavor to it. We kept dipping the bread in for more. The pickled veggies on the side gave it the perfect balance.Overall, would come back again!
