An unbelievable find for any Bagel enthusiast. They had me at"Homemade". The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and much more fun than your typical counter clerks. Great food

I'm giving only 2 stars simply because I won't be going back. Stopped by to pick up a half dozen bagels. Saw they were $12 on the website but they charge $15 to go in and order. I didn't know what a "Montreal Style" bagel was, but later found out they were supposed to be "smaller, thinner, sweeter and denser, with a larger hole, and is always baked in a wood-fired oven." These were not that. They were large, very fat, not formed very neat and with practically no hole in the center. They were certainly dense but not sweet at all. They make really nice "traditional" bagels nearby at Einstein Brothers and a half dozen costs under ten bucks. I'll be sticking to those.

I was excited when this place opened as I grew up in Montreal and there is nothing like a Montreal bagel. First years this place was good, but Boulder was the best of the woodgrain places. It was more authentic for some reason. A few weeks ago I bought 13 bagels ( was given 12) and they were lousy. Nothing like they used to be. They were thick and gummy and no way even close to a Montreal bagel. I was given a $25 gift certificate. So I bought 13 more yesterday 10/11 for break fast today for Yom kippur. They are gummy and thick and no one liked them at all. But worse, they are nothing like a Montreal bagel. Puffy and thick and small holes and Lord knows why they think these are montreal bagels. I sent a picture of the real thing and I sent the way they are baked. Heard not a word back. My Montreal husband said to forget you. Go elsewhere. But you are falsely advertising. For real. I would like to talk to Mr Bowen owner. He needs to figure out what has happened.

This was my first time trying this place and everything was so good and FRESH!I tried the bagel sandwich with egg and cheese and it came with a side of breakfast potatoes. I liked the slight fermented taste of the bagal and it was very filling. Like, I couldn't finish it in one sitting because the portion was so generous.I also ordered the fresh fruit, the fresh squeezed orange juice, and the campfire mocha. Oh my gosh I've never tried a mocha latte that delicious! I ordered it with oat milk to make it dairy-free and it was so so good, I would definitely order it again for an early morning pick me up.Bonus: They offer delivery through their website, so no need to download yet another app if you don't feel like leaving home.I would definitely order from here again when I'm in town, I need that latte in my life. I highly recommend giving this location a try!

I haven't been much of a bagel person for years but as soon as I saw this place from my car when I was making a turn to get into the very shopping center in the Lowery neighborhood, I couldn't help checking it out. I didn't regret a bit. According to some info on the Internet, this is a Montreal-style bagel place (when you say Montreal-style, it apparently means "wood-fired"; And they are smaller, thinner and denser compared to the so-called New York-style ones.) This restaurant has two other locations in Colorado (one in Aurora and one in Boulder.) They have wood logs in two different places as decorations inside; this gives the entire place a very warm feeling (perfect for winter!) Cute and inviting. Dine-in area is not necessarily super spacious but as long as the weather permits, you can always get a table outside. The lady upfront welcomed me (good start, I thought!) She sensed that I hadn't made my decision as to which one to get so she quickly asked me, "Do you need a few more minutes?" I said yes to that. I had a hard time deciding so I asked the lady which one was her favorite one. She said it's definitely the "Turkey Club" (bacon, tomato, greens, onion, aioli at the price of $13.50.) Sounded good to me! By the way, you can, of course, get to pick what kind of bagel you want your sandwich made in (I went with "everything".) I also got me a bag of coffee beans as I was completely out of coffee at the house (this place carries Boxcar brand coffee beans so what I got was "Stella" with flavors of cherry, bittersweet chocolate, caramel.) Usually bags of coffee beans are a bit overpriced at coffee shops/cafes like this place but to my surprise, it was reasonably at $16.00. I, in many cases, pay about the same price or more for a bag of coffee beans at the store.) As soon as I got home, my late-morning meal started. I had a ripe avocado at home so I sliced it up and put them in my beautifully made bagel sandwich. The bagel was a bit dry but overall, it tasted a lot lighter than the ordinary/super dough-y bagels sold at other places. And the bacon, tomato, greens, onions and aioli sandwiched between the bagels pieces were packed; they did put a general portion of it. I guess I have to say that Ilike this "Montreal-style" more than the regular bagels. It wasn't heavy on my stomach but was very filling. As of now, this place only has 3.5-star reviews on Yelp. Based on today's take-out experience, I can comfortably give it more than that. 4-star can accurately describe my experience with this business. What a nice discovery!

Bagels and ingredients were fresh and delicious! I had an everything bagel with lox, tomato, red onion and capers. My BF had an onion bagel with egg and sausage and it came with a side of potato's. Everything was delicious but a bit pricey, about $30. However, it's our local bagel shop, we support our local business and will continue to do so but just sparingly because inflation is real haha! The interior is really cute and cozy and they had a great mellow music to set the tone. Service was quick and professional. It wasn't busy on a Sunday at 11:30am. They had a sign for half off bulk bagels after 2pm so I'll def be going back sometime to get that deal!

Ordered through Uber eats (which isn't the best way to gauge a restaurant, but nonetheless). The bagels were HUGE and generously loaded with fresh ingredients. They were a bit cold, and am sure would've tasted better if they were served in person, but they were still good! Recommend checking this place out.

The food is good, and they don't skim on anything. They made their orange juice fresh. I'm pretty impressed with the meal that I ordered.
