"Our family came here for my son's birthday based off of other Yelp recommendations, and we were so pleased with everything. The atmosphere is old style Italian with a warm and welcoming vibe. We were greeted and seated promptly for our 5:30 reservation. We were seated in one of the cool semi-circle booths that made conversation easy with our family and the server. The server was kind, personable, and very attentive the entire time. He made good drink suggestions and let us know about the special. We did not feel rushed for drink or food orders. For food, we ordered the calamari fritti, chicken alfredo, chicken piccata, and chicken marsala. We all very much enjoyed our meals. I personally had the piccata, and it was lovely lemony and buttery with the delicious salty capers for balance - really good! I had a hard time deciding between the many options. We also had tiramisu and cannoli for dessert, and our server lit a candle for my son's birthday. We had a wonderful experience, and this is now on our family's list of must return to restaurants."
"Gattara is a pretty space inside a boutique-looking hotel. The dining area is pretty spacious and they also have a wood fired pizza oven.I come here most for happy hour. There's is decent, with drink and food options. The HH food is extra small portions, so it's kinda "happy" hour but might be the actual price of a meatball from a whole meal, maybe, lol. There's a bartender there I really like but service overall has always been very good. This is another spot I learned about from a Yelp event. These events pay off with repeat business!! :)Fun fact, this was the last place I was out at in 2019 for brunch before the world shut down. I'll always remember that and being one of like only 2-3 other tables for like 3 hours, it was crazy!"
"There are so many things that I want to try on the menu but I just can't stop ordering the vegan curry!! All of the salads and smoothies sound delicious too. But this vegan curry is so good that I keep getting it over and over again"
"Solid 4 star and so far the best sushi I've found in Colorado! Better thsn Sushi Den. Ok, so why the 4 star not a 5 star? The reason is because I have Southern California standards. There's amazing sushi in So Cal, and down there this place could hold its own as a good spot but not as one of the top spots. But so far it's the top spot in Colorado and it's definitely good.I will continue to try and find better but also I may return because I've tried 10+ and this is ghe best out of those. The ambiance is nice for being in a little strip mall, nothing super upscale but nice and medium sized. The service was good, tge waiter was nice. The presentation of the food was really good.So far this is my only real foodie recommendation for sushi, but again by So Cal standards is a B rating- hence the 4 stars.Happy eating."
"Even on a busy Saturday night, Wild Ginger greeted us with smiles and quickly found a table for 4. The food is fresh and delicious. When I ordered the seafood curry "medium" I was advised to take it mild. The server explained that they have had a lot of complaints. I appreciated her honesty. The dish was delicious. Dumplings were filling, tender and tasty. Ambience is plain. Lots of tables, no real frills here, just good Thai food prepared and served promptly."
"My friend and I decided to get dinner at this low-key looking sushi restaurant. Upon entering, the interior was also very unassuming. However, you should never judge a book by its cover, and you should never judge a restaurant by its decor and exterior. To start off this review, I want to say that THIS PLACE SERVES REAL WASABI. Nearly all sushi restaurants serve fake wasabi constituted from horseradish. The last notable sushi experience I had that came with real wasabi also came with a three digit bill. But this place doesn't charge an arm and a leg for their sushi! In regards to the sushi itself, it was extremely good! Each piece of sushi was extremely well-crafted. Nothing was falling apart, and everything was cut to identical dimensions. The sushi tasted fresh, and the proportion of rice to fish was perfect. Even pedestrian rolls were made with care, like my California roll, which was packed full of crab salad filling.Overall, I Love Sushi & Poke serves up excellent high-quality sushi with REAL WASABI for rock bottom prices! I urge all sushi aficionados to try this place out!"
"Stopped by this place before going on a scenic drive to Flagsatff mountain. We wanted to get coffee and a yummy pastry and this place hit the spot. Not only was it really good but the cafe supports a really god cause and had really cool art on the walls as well. Highly recommend this place."
"In the middle of an icy cold snowy day, what more could warm the heart up than a delicious bowl of ramen! We found this place to warm ourselves up for lunch and discovered a simple and delicious ramen place in the heart of Denver. Hidden away amongst a handful of shops, this place was simple and small but not overwhelmingly busy. Their menu is large and covers both poke and ramen; even letting you build your own poke bowl with an enormous amount of options. We got the chicken ramen and the ton katsu ramen, both absolutely delicious. This bowl is large for the low price and worth every sip. The service is fast at turning around the food too. If you are in need of some delicious ramen that really hits the spot check this place out!"
"Checking the neighborhood and found a delicious lunch at Randi's! Staff were pleasant and efficient. The 8" lunches special is a great deal. I noticed the place is full of regular clients greeted by name. Restaurant is clean and comfy!"
"Wow what a spot! In the heart of the Cole neighborhood, Los Molinos is known for Gorditas which I would highly recommend. The rice and beans are amazing, this is the kind of place where the combo plate makes sense. I had a smothered burrito which was a monster of an item, the green chile was on point.Would recommend to anyone looking for place for great Mexican food!"

"Absolutely loved my late night pizza experience here. They had many choices, even so late into the night, and the pies were still fresh. The service was fast and friendly, and they actually have a very nice seating area with lots of table space that is separated from the kitchen and gives a cozy feel while you enjoy your food. It was pretty consistent traffic even for the hour. I know this is the best late night pizza. I tried the vodka, cream sauce, pizza, and it was delightful, adding a little extra depth of flavor that the traditional cheese pizza doesn't quite achieve. I will definitely be back."
"This was my first stop in Colorado and I was happy I found this spot. Not only the food was delicious by the service was excellent. We came in for lunch on a Friday and it was completely empty. We had a giant margarita which was delicious and strong. For lunch we had the carnitas, asada and birria tacos Everything was delicious and super flavorful. The consomé was also super rich .Definitely would recommend."
"I've been loving the Detroit style pizza trend and this spot is no exception. My husband and I shared:- Coney Knots- Cheesy Bread- Millions of Peaches- The Six Mile HighI enjoyed it all, but the Six Mile High was my favorite of them all. I also loved the cheesy bread. Their crust is perfect. It's crispy and cheesy--everything Detroit style pizza should be."
"The restaurant is located in a small strip mall just northwest of Parker Rd and Mainstreet. Parking was pretty easy and light shown in from the front windows. We walked in to a smaller restaurant, smaller tables. A waitress told us to sit anywhere and brought over some menus. The appetizers were spring rolls and hot and sour soup with shrimp. The waitress actually brought us two bowls to split the soup, which was nice.Entrées included Drunken Noodles with Chicken and Thai Basil Chicken. You can custom order your heat - it was spot on. The meal and service was fantastic. The walls had a couple of pictures so if you want decor, this might not be the place. But if you want good food, check it out."
"F.A.S.T. ReviewIn Denver for an event and The 49th lives up to all the positive reviews.Food: we ordered the fish & chips Cod and the chicken club. Amazing, the Cod was great and cooked really well, the Chicken Club was enough food to feed two! We also ordered two 24oz beers, Alaskan IPA's, the Icy Bay was hoppy.Atmosphere: we dropped in during March Madness and CSU was playing. Lots of TV's in every direction, music playing in the background, but overall not that noisy.Service: first time here and it was packed. We learned that you have to write your name on the chalk board. We were lucky to be the first on the list and were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress took our order and food came out quickly.Tips: I'd love to try some of the starters, but would never be able to finish all that food. So come with friends and share."
"The place was empty when we arrived accept for on person finishing his bill settlement. We stood at the counter a few minutes looking at the menus on the counter. A pleasant woman emerged and as if we wanted anything and we said we wanted to eat i . We grabbed the menu and chose a table. She appeared to be working alone. We were finally able to order after about 10 minutes and were given drinks from the cooler. Doesn't seem full service but it was Monday at 1:30 so maybe no staff??The food to me was average in taste. I might try the lamb next time if in the area. I wasn't impressed as some reviewers with the ambiance or the food. The prices are reasonable so it's worth a visit and let your tastebuds decide."
"Amazing customer service, everyone we met here was very kind and friendly. You can order food at the counter or you can sit down with your party and dine in. Very chill and casual ambiance.Everyone loved the Gaia mint peach drink, it was a refreshing way to start. We ordered many dishes and shared, but some of the favorites were the cheesy tandoori fries, garlic naan, and hamburgers. They have the most spiciest hamburgers here. We had people literally sweating at our table! Only order that if you can handle the heat. Parking lot outside, always nice to have a dedicated lot in Denver.Awesome place, make sure to stop by here!"
"The $1.75 burrito is good for the price. It's a big burrito for the price. Adding cheese is only 35 cents. Just get there early because it's while supplies last. I had the green chili cheese fries with pork. They were ok but not awesome for $7.50 ($5.50 for the fries and $2 for the meat.Friendly staff. Order at the counter and then they call you up. The breakfast entrees looked legit."
"He surprised me with wanting Asian food so we headed here. He remembered the soup dumplings but I wanted him to try the pork wontons in red chili sauce so we ordered that. He went with the kung pao beef and I chose the salt and pepper prawns. Comes with white rice. The pork wontons were delish! I like the sauce in rice so I saved the bowl once we ate the dumplings. The kung pao beef was not bad. Lots of peanuts which I ate. :) :Salt and pepper prawns are never fried crispy enough for me but I like prawns so I guess I'll keep ordering them. Friendly and polite service but she was a little overwhelmed with the number of customers. Clean restaurant and lots of parking in the shared lot."

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant I've been to. The red sauce is delicious, so well seasoned, thickened, and so nice. The garlic bread was fluffy yet crispy on the outside. The chicken parm was crispy on the outside yet so juicy on the inside. The meatball from the spaghetti and meatballs was so tender and flavorful. We went during lunch so we got the lunch portions and found that it was just right, I don't think we'd be able to finish a full dinner portion. I wish I would've had more space to try dessert because everything there was just so good. The wait staff were friendly and very attentive making the experience even better. We went during lunch time and the restaurant itself is dimly lit which was nice, this would be a great spot to come to in the evening and/or on a date. If I lived in Denver this would be a restaurant I'd put on my rotation

It was a family lunch with my adult daughter after she had just come back from an overseas vacation. She had lots of stories to tell me so to have a nice time with her, I wanted the place to be more than casual. Solid 4 star reviews of Gattara appeared promising when I looked it up on Yelp as the photos to show its ambience looked good. Maybe my anticipation was too high (I should have shown up without any??) but 4-star is simply an overstatement. It's like a rock band that everyone raves about but the fact is, it's so pretentious. Hence, my honest rating of this restaurant is 2.5 star (but I'm giving it 3 to be generous.)Service: it was a little after 11am. The restaurant had barely people in it but service was slow and barely basic. There was a single gentleman (appeared to be a hotel guest; this really is in Warwick Hotel) who appeared to have waited for a GOOD amount of time before he got his food. He even stood up to grab an attention of some worker to ask where his food was before he finally got his food. It didn't take too long to finish his food but once he was done with it, he asked for a check which he had to wait for. He actually had to leave the premises to go back to his car (for his meter??) so he could come back to his table to pay for his tab was the improvement I got. This slowness of service was (unfortunately) extended to me/us. After a female worker (she was the only person in the restaurant who was attentive and nice) filled our glasses with water while I was awaiting my daughter to arrive, she said, "Your server will be right with you." There was at least ten (plus) minutes before our waiter finally came to our table. As my daughter hadn't arrived yet at that point, I asked for a cup of some coffee product (he then told me the only thing the restaurant could make was Americano. Wait, this Italian restaurant can only serve Americano but they can't make cortado or cappuccino or latte??? Very strange..) I had no choice but to order Americano. Well, turns out, this Americano exceeded my expectations. This was the only thing though that was more than decent. Our waiter only came to us to take our orders. He didn't come to ask us how everything tasted or if we wanted a dessert after our meal, you know, those basic things a typical waitestaff asks. He absolutely had no smile on his face; he was just doing absolutely minimal/minimum to get by.)Food: I've already mentioned about Americano that was more than decent. Two plates we ordered (once my daughter arrived) were Dilicata Salad with salmon add-on ($27) and Meatballs ($13). The arugula in the center had more than necessary amount of salt in it. The restaurant should go a bit easier on the salt. Overall though, this dish doesn't simply live up to what's described on the menu. Again, this is a pretentious rock band that is simply overrated for the kind of price for lunch. The meatballs, however, were decent. Although one thing about them was the fact that it may have sat at the kitchen counter for at least 5 to 10 minutes before it reached our table as the meatballs were barely warm. My daughter's mocktail was nothing but sour; its appearance disguised as a quality concoction. I wasn't impressed...Ambience: Despite what I had to say above, I'm happy to say that this place gets a decent score in this category. Spacious and clean is what many will notice. Cat-themed artworks and decors are seen throughout; I find this cute. They also have a spacious patio space. The bar area also appeared nice. Definitely a good place to sit and grab a drink solo or with someone. I wouldn't bother coming back to Gattara driving from my DTC neighborhood just to dine for a simple lunch or dinner. I can simply find something equivalent or even better in my direct neighborhood saving time and gas.

This smoothie/açaí bowl/salad spot is tucked away at the central market. The service was pretty quick and even with a line, my acai bowl was ready within five minutes. For $12, the acai bowl is average size and very fresh-tasting with lots of toppings. They have a few different options for smoothie bowls. I really enjoyed the BAB bowl that came with fresh fruit, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Overall this is a great healthy spot at the market for a lighter meal!

We have eaten here many times over the last 30+ years. The seniors who used to run the place are gone now and it appears a new generation has taken over. Wild Ginger is as good as ever. One of our favorites is the wild ginger drink, which can be had either hot or cold. The ingredients are fresh, although I would say the servings are on the small side compared to some of their competitors. Service is very attentive. The building is ancient but still seems clean and inviting. We recently had a Chicken Satay appetizer here that came out undercooked-- read raw. We asked for a redo and we were promptly accommodated.

Good sushi and good prices! I'm glad I was able to try out this neighborhood spot and it was really good! We got a lot of options to try and were pleased with what we got. We'll definitely be back!

"I stopped in today with my wife and our fiancé as we were shopping at the Army Surplus store right across the street. I love eating at places I've never been before. The building is well maintained, bright, open and airy feeling. I really enjoy the colors and the artworks on the walls. Our waitress was lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She had chips and salsa on our table as well as our drink orders taken within a minute of being seated. Our food was hot, fresh, well prepared and the portion sizes were just right. The queso was especially tasty and the chips were fresh. I wanted to try everything so we all ordered something different and shared. I will absolutely be back as I enjoyed the food and the experience very much. Ps. The fact we were a same sex female couple was very obvious and our waitress treated us perfectly normal. This place is lgbtq friendly."
"GET THE COFFEE!! It's fabulous!! Saturday late morning and it's pretty packed! Lots of hustle and bustle of servers and people ordering food at the counter. There're pastry cases and loud music, so we asked for the outside patio table. It was really lovely. Our server Juanita was a cute pistol and extremely kind. We ordered and it wasn't too long afterwards when our drinks then food arrived. The chips are wonderful and hearty thick! The Azteca burrito was amazing but the chilequiles needed more sauce. A very nice man brought me a cup of their green chili which helped immensely but I was so full with half my dish that I couldn't fully enjoy it. My eggs were perfectly cooked over easy and the refried beans were great. I wanted a hot skinny vanilla latte and it was brought iced, but Oh. My. Gosh. It was incredibly tasty. I'd like to come back soon!!"
"This place is good, certain entrees are really good, some are good and some are ok. Our favorite thing here is the birria tacos, they are fantastic. The carne asada plate is four star, I liked it, not the best but enjoyable. I also tried their smoothered carne asada burrito and I wasn't really impressed. So if you come here, I would really recommend birria entree's, for that you should be pretty happy. Chips and salsa is alright, nothing special, but it's free. The ambiance is good for a strip mall, plenty of seating, bench and tables. The service has been good, our waitress checked on us multiple times. It's a good place to have lunch, although it can take 20-30 minutes to get served.Ultimately, this mexican spot is better than most in Colorado. Happy eating!"
"You walk in and are immediately greeted by the awesome wait staff in Spanish. We instantly felt like we were in Mexico. This is not a place you come for a quick bite. It's 100% about the authentic Mexican experience. We got the buckets of margaritas that are fantastic and strong. We also got the camarón roco y camarón hawaiano. Both were great. It did take a while for the food to come out but again that is the experience and culture of the place. Daniel was great and we had a fun time. The food was awesome. We will be back !"
"The pho is some of the best in town, also the best priced. We got the special with wontons, I expected there to be one or two wontons, there were 5-6! And Lots of other goodies in the huge bowl. The service was quick, no nonsense and very helpful. I love how big this place it. They have big welcoming booths and lots of tables. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The spring rolls are my favorite. They are so fresh, nice crunch and the peanut sauce I could drink!"
"What a really special place downtown. Food is so good. I love their cheeseburger and fries. But you know what I love even more? The guy that waits on us. Always smiling, always positive, anticipates your needs. The restaurant is small. Really clean. Great prices. Very cool chill vibe"
"I made a reservation after a suggestion and when we arrived we were a early. The staff greeted us and seated us without delay. This restaurant takes you back, way back. It is an absolutely beauty of the guilded area. Our glasses were promptly filled with water from their house well. It was cold, fresh, and clean. I ordered their house Manhattan. It was delivered super fast and to be completely honest. It was one of the best Manhattan cocktails I have had in a long time. So much so I asked for their recipe. It's traditional manhattan measurements but using Woodford reserve, carpano antica sweet vermouth, barrel aged cherry bitters, and finished with a boozy cherry. Excellent! For dinner I selected the tableside prepared ceasar salad, a special top steak, and the strawberry sorbet for dessert. The beet infused bread with lava salted butter is a must try. A very knowledgeable young man came to our table and prepared our salad. He precisely hand made the dressing, tossed, and served our salads. The ceasar was incredibly balanced, just the right amounts of ingredients to balance the anchovie, dressing base, croutons, and cheese. Definitely one of the best tabkeside prepared ceasar salads I have had to date. Top three for certain. The steak came shortly after we finished our salads. No bringing entrees mid course here. The steak was prepared medium and topped with a bernaise sauce. The steak was expertly cooked and pared well with the sauce. The cheesy potatoes side was an expert pairing. I enjoyed a glass of "The Prisoner" with my meal. It is a bold and fluid red blend with a hint of fruit with a cherry pop. An excellent selection from Napa Valley and I'm already planning on buying a few bottles when I get home. The strawberry sorbet here is very good and they serve it dipped in chocolate and chocolate drizzle. It was fresh, tasted of real strawberry, and the chocolate it was rolled in was of a very fine taste and quality.I highly suggest a visit here when you are town or for a local looking for something incredibly special."
"The outside of this restaurant is extremely sketchy but the food is good! Ordered takeout over the phone requesting pho with brisket/tendon/tripe and replacing tripe with tendon. Service was super fast and the staff are super nice. I felt like they could have included a little more meat, but perhaps portions would be better for dine in. There was a generous amount of broth and sprouts and basil on the side and it was reasonably priced for the area (S 11.95, M 12.95, L 14.50)."
"We ordered for pick up after a strong recommendation from the front desk here at motel 6.Large buffalo chicken pizza, well done, square cut.Now that I look at the specialty menu, we played it unnecessarily safe! Great options... of course, I'd probably still be making up my mind...I am delighted to have a local business to support along this trip. From first contact the staff was friendly and helpful. It's not square cut and it's not well done lol-- but it is yummy!"
"We had a family gathering for brunch at Jill's and were delighted with the quality of the food, the service, and the ambience. Philippe, the general manager made sure that everything exceeded our expectations.I had the corned beef hash, which was some of the best I have ever eaten. Other family members had pancakes, French toast, egg dishes, flatbread, and biscuits and gravy. All were excellent.Located in the best hotel in Boulder, I expected the prices to be high, and was pleasantly surprised when they were average with other restaurants."
