"This little taco truck is right in front of a dingy and dirty bar for dirt cheap drinks and smart for this business because once they're drunk they can purchase tacos from them. This place doesn't have a price on their truck and when asked it almost felt like the lady was annoyed. I then spoke Spanish to her, just to show her I'm no gringa. I asked to try out their carne asada and its the best thing ever!!!Made with homemade tortilla, carne, cilantro and onions with limes... I had an party in my mouth. Idk what is up with Denver CO but this place seems to not like black people. Idk same attitude was given just at the other location. Bad customer service but the food was great. "An Italian friend from back East has been raving about Vinny and Marie's for months. He said nothing in Denver reminds him of home and family recipes more and that Jimmy is one of the coolest folks he's run into in CO. This truck posts up regularly, but nowhere near my side of town. It's been like the Holy Grail for me since last Fall.Last Sunday, my quest came to a delicious end at Novel Strand Brewing, not too far. Indiana Jones had to work a lot harder for the Grail, but couldn't have been more stoked than I was. People rave about the Mosco. I've joined them. Homemade Italian sausage melts in your mouth. Pueblo Chiles and provolone create a heavenly mouthfeel. Have you ever made involuntary moans of pleasure while eating? I have now. Audio from my meal could find use in the adult film industry. This sandwich has the power to change lives. It opened my mind and palate to both Italian sausage (been on the fence overall) and Pueblo Chiles (former New Mexican here). Thanks, Jimmy. We got a chicken parm sandwich, too. Fresh and delicious, the sauce, cutlet, and bread were on point. This is authentic food, not just authentic Italian food. There was nothing bland and corporate about it. Fries come with sandwiches. They do the trick and held up well overnight in the fridge.Carrot cake came last. It's not usually my jam, but since he was already out of Sunday pasta, Jimmy threw this in. While the Mosco stole the show, this cake also made me a believer. Delectable texture meets delicious icing. Win. Just like the song says, "Everything's right." My friend was, too. Vinny and Marie's offers superlative Italian grub, both traditional and innovative. The owner's quality shines through in the cooking and his friendly, warm, enthusiastic personality. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. I'll be doing it again very soon. "I can already tell chuey fu's is going to be a favorite spot among the neighborhood folks. We stopped in today to check it out and met Joe the owner, a real nice guy :) They transformed an old liquor store into their restaurant and it has a great vibe. We were just looking for a quick snack and a beer and got exactly what we wanted. The menu is a Latin-Asian fusion type of deal. I decided on the char shu pork as a rice bowl, but you could also get it as a burrito or 2 tacos, and it's stopped with a delicious BBQ sauce as well as a cabbage slaw and pickled onions. Damn. It was good! We will be returning for sure to try other menu items. Prices were at the most $10 an entree so super reasonable. Come in and check em out! They will still have their food truck around town."

"Holy crap. These are probably the best sliders I've ever had.Like, standing outside the truck is legit difficult because of how good it smells. Believe you me I did quick mental math on if I could hoist myself up through the order window and steal literally all of the burgers before they noticed. I opted instead on paying and waiting like a normal human being. I ordered two doubles, and they were both amazing. Though honestly I couldn't quite tell them apart. Would've loved a little more aggressive flavor -- but I also don't really care too much.Guys, they're awesome. They're SO good. Two doubles is perfect if you want to pretend you're fat but still be like hey it's not THAT much food! They're just so good. I was angry I wasn't starving to death because I wanted to eat like 400 sliders. "First of all, I had to add this place on Yelp because it needs all the recognition. The food is on point, our favorite item to get are the breakfast burritos- they are big and hearty, and a added bonus they are only $4! I get the bacon/sausage mix for mine. Breakfast tacos are great too and the sauces they come with. Actually now that I think about it, we've only got breakfast there. I see people eating quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and carne asada fries all the time. In fact the food truck is always busy as there's a bunch of construction workers nearby, and apartments where residents like myself are eagerly ready to have some phenomenal food here in Denver. They are closed weekends and only open until I believe 3 or 4pm during the week. I long for the day they open on the weekends, but I feel they are making so much money during the week and working so hard that they need that time to recover! Staff is super friendly too. They even have a phone number on the side of the truck you can call ahead so you don't have to wait around too long with others in line. I will definitely try everything on the menu as it's easily one of the best spots anywhere near downtown..food truck or not. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed!"

"This immediately became my favorite Asian restaurant in Denver (yes there are many Asian cuisines, this tops all of them). The one downside is the takeout ordering process. The menu changes and you can't find the current menu online. So I had to call to order and the person on the phone patiently repeated it many times for me while I figured out what I wanted. As a visual person, this was a very challenging way to order. They said it should be on Instagram, but it wasn't today. Ordering challenges aside, the food is outstanding. I'm not 100% sure what all I ordered because I couldn't keep up with trying to write it all down as they read the menu to me. The only thing I know is that it was all phenomal. My only regret is not ordering the entire menu. I will absolutely be back because this is the level of good food that is not easy to come by."

If you're going to be serving food at an event with a high volume of customers then you should be well prepared and most importantly serving up good food so you have us wanting more. What I was served was unacceptable and very disappointing! But I was too hungry to go back and complain and didn't have the patience to wait. Sliders was the main feature here and I decided on two of each so I could share with my girlfriend. She ordered the Chipotle burger and Falafel to share. Mushroom slider - The bun was cold and hard while the meat was dry and bland. This was a total let down. The garlicky mushroom sauce was more like a cold pasty glue. Pulled Pork slider - This wasn't too bad but it would of been better served up warm! Flavors were decent but I think after a few drinks anything tastes good. Cold bun, cold meat no Bueno! Chipotle slider - The spicy sauce kind of saved this one but yet again how can you enjoy a cold dry burger. Falafel - Decent but nothing to rave about sorry!Tater Tots- The only thing served warm. Just your average tot but these hit the spot! I've been wanting to try the burger bus for awhile now and what I was left with was pure disappointment! I found myself going for the tater tots more than the sliders because they were warm. Maybe they figured it's a wine event so people wouldn't notice but it clearly stood out to me."

I've admittedly gone to a couple other birria spots since visiting Pancho's and the price was a little better at both. With that said though, these tacos are just on a whole 'nother level and I would definitely come back if the birria craving ever hit while I'm in the area."

The ethos of Uptown & Humboldt stems from their travels around the world and their culinary adventures. The end result is nothing short of damn delicious food.The current menu revolves around their gyros and burgers. You can't go wrong with anything you try. The FMB and Berlin burgers are absolutely delicious. On my most recent visit I went with my favorite order: the Lamb Gyro and Yuca Fries. This combination is magnificent. The lamb tender and the gyro filling. The yuca fries somehow steal the show every time, with the garlic cilantro aioli in th running for most addictive side sauce in Denver.PRO TIP: wash it down with a Pineapple Basil Agua Fresca. It puts all other agua frescas to shame. Splurge on the drink, IT'S BEYOND WORTH IT.If you're at their food stall at Zeppelin Station, you'll be kicking yourself if you don't try anything from their newer tapas menu. The two standouts are the Truffle Manchego Croquettes and the Pistachio Whipped Feta. Just take my money and call it a day.If you find their food truck and they happen to be serving breakfast burritos, order one. Actually order seven. In the breakfast burrito-obsessed world of Colorado, theirs are TOP TIER. These are craveworthy. Like going out in a blizzard craveworthy!I'm one of Gio and Hayden's biggest fans.
