2 Orders To-GoWhen we first entered, I thought the place looked pretty clean, but as I looked a little closer, the front windows needed a fresh cleaning. They were smudged and cloudy. Also, there were straw covers and other debris scattered all over the floor. On a positive note, the staff at the register was very friendly and took our orders quickly. I ordered 10 Teriyaki Wings and Wifey ordered the Fish Meal with Sweet Potato Fries. The young lady that took our order advised that it would take about 10 mins. We were pleasantly surprised when the food was ready earlier than anticipated. Though the food was decent, it didn't exactly knock our socks off - in fact, both of our stomachs were rumbling a little after we ate. 2.5 Rating

The food is really good however the service is TERRIBLY SLOW! I placed my order at 5:48 pm....it's 6:20 & my food is STILL NOT READY!Food received at 6:25pm

They don't disappoint and their chicken is to live for. My favorite is the garlic Parmesan and I add lemon pepper salt flakes to it for a little pazazz. It's still pretty good. The location I go to the service is always proficient and successful. I've only ever had one miscommunication and I've come here several times.

Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. If you call ahead, they will give you a time for pick up, but still do not make your food until you arrive. There is no mention of this on the phone of course. Card machine was down also. Again, no mention of this on the phone. So after waiting for food that should have already been prepared & waiting for me, make it back home to bite into fries that aren't all the way cooked. Nice.

Check your food before you leave!!! They will close up the bag and you won't know that they gave you the wrong order. I ordered honey mild wings. After I got home, on a Friday night, having barely eaten anything all day, I saw where they gave me buffalo hot wings instead. I was sooo annoyed that I could not eat my meal, and I was extremely tired after a long, busy day, and did not feel like cooking or going back to change the food. I ended up fixing canned tuna and fries for dinner.Also, their fries are NEVER crispy, and they charge $13 for 6 wings with fried rice. Buyer be ware!!

Honey Lemmon pepper wings were so tangy I could not eat them The sweet potato fries were not cooked all the way The philly I got was half mushrooms and half meat with huge chunks of bell peppers Food is super over priced and is not the same quality as the other near by location THIS WAS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY
