Fantastic food here...always! Whether lunch or dinner, you're guaranteed to find quality fare that is reasonably priced. Generous portions to boot! The waitstaff is eager to accommodate you; everyone is attentive, courteous and seemingly happy to care for you. Finally, the restaurant is always clean which scores major points with me. Give them a try whenever you're in the area - try the gumbo, collard greens, rotisserie chicken, London broil and their take on banana's foster - you'll thank yourself if not me.

It was just okay. Service was fine. Food okay. Atmosphere alright. I had the salmon with spinach and veggies. It had a Romesco sauce-just a smear-on the salmon. Not enough to enjoy the Romesco's lovely flavor. The spinach was good, the veggies, nothing special. Zucchini, Squash, onion type of dish. My husband had the nightly special, a pasta and shrimp dish. It was good, but nothing outstanding! I'm sure we won't be back as our meal was $117 And pretty mediocre.

Restaurant is an old time favorite for people in the area. Our family was 8 people so many different dishes were ordered. The menu is broad but the focus is beef. We were in a private room which was neat but it was noisy. On recommendation I got the French Dip. The meat was tasty but the aus just dipping sauce was terribly salty and not edible. Side salad was good, nice chunks of cheese in the bleu cheese. Pizza was meh, shrimp and grits good. A number of folks got delicious looking desserts. Most looked like they could be eaten by 2 folks they were so big.

The location is weird to me so we avoided it for a few years but on a whim went and pleasantly surprised. Nice porch and wide variety on menu. We opted for the specials of the evening. My gnocchi was some of the best I've ever had. Our old fashioned were well balanced and made well. I'm not the pricey side but enjoyed it

Our party of four visited Winston's to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We had reservations and were seated immediately in a booth as my mother-in-law had requested. We ordered waters and cocktails. Waitress brought our waters and rolls but it 10-15 minutes before our drinks arrived. I ordered the Blue Lagoon which was pretty and delicious. Unfortunately husband ordered the featured cocktail, the 2XO Blueberry Smash and was really disappointed. It was pricier than the regular cocktails but a small quantity with a slight blueberry flavor and a weak bourbon taste. The appetizers were fabulous. We ordered the sesame tuna which had quite a kick drizzled with a wasabi sauce, and the salmon roll. For my entree I tried one of the specials of the day which was salmon over a risotto cake with spinach and feta. Very tasty although there were a few grains of risotto that weren't totally cooked. Husband loved his Triple Crown which he said was all cooked perfectly and a nice quantity. They also brought husband a mini birthday dessert! Overall a nice experience.

Decided to try it again as it was once an expensive place with steaks, etc. With the name change to add "Grille" it has more sandwich/burger selections, along with steaks, but still on the high side. The service was excellent with great attentiveness, checking back often and refilling drinks. Very friendly and approachable. The Cajun Chicken burger was good with a little bit of spice to it but nothing on the fries.Overall a good experience and would recommend it.

No pics this time...I made the huge mistake of sitting at the half-round bar in front of the kitchen...I saw everything being prepared, plated and prepped, then whooshed away to waiting tables and patrons. Wow, what a great experience, and there was no way I had room in my stomach for everything that looked so good! I had the soup of the day, chicken/thick/mushroom, so good! The pasta special was chicken, rigatoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, lovely gray sauce (almost like the soup), and a sriracha sauce. I got the sauce on the side but it wasn't too hot. Food was awesome! The staff worked magic together, so much precision in their cooperation and movements, and friendly! Service was excellent. And the bread, get the bread rolls!I'll be back! Thank you!

This is a very large and beautiful restaurant. The menu is quite large with a wide variety of food to choose from. The service was excellent and the wait time for food was very reasonable. I had the Cashew crusted salmon over rice with sautéed vegetables.

I arrived for our dinner reservations & had to wait for some time to be seated. We were seated in a semi-private area at a table near the bar. Once we were seated we were given water by our server/bartender. We were later asked if we wanted rolls. The rolls were good and served warm. I got a blue lagoon cocktail. The presentation was great and it tasted good. For my meal I ordered the maple bbq glazed pork chop topped with candied bacon, and mashed potatoes with mixed vegetables as my sides. The food was really good but the candied bacon was a little overcooked. The portion sizes was large. I was given a mini brownie with ice cream and a candle for my birthday. It wasn't bad. I just wish the brownie was warm and not given to me straight from the refrigerator. Overall we had a great time at Winston's and def will be back in the future!
