This restaurant was walking distance from my hotel so I gave it a try. They have a full bar and a large dining area. I ordered hot lemon pepper wings and fries and a drink. The food was made to order and was piping hot. The wings were cooked perfectly to my liking and had the right amount of flavor. The fries were hot and tasty as well. The young lady working the bar was not very attentive. It wasn't very busy, but she was more preoccupied with her phone than with the few customers at the bar. The food was good so it was a good choice for a quick bite to eat.

I had a craving for some wings. I have passed by this spot a million times and opted to give them a try. I arrived around 5pm. There were only a few patrons inside. There were more staff present than guests. I imagine they anticipate a larger crowd as the night progressed. Our wait staff wa helpful. She said she typically works at the buckhead location but was helping out at the Cumberland location. We opted to try the wing meal. It comes with one side. If you want celery and carrots there is an additional charge. There is also an up charge to get more than one wing sauce, and to opt for only flats!! Honestly, I am not a fan of all the up-charges. What started as a $13 meal turned into a $16 meal after all the extra fees. The lemon pepper seasoning was good. The reason for the mediocre rating is because the food was not fresh. It appeared that everything was just reheated. I also do not like the fact that the wings are actually wingettes. I really wish restaurants would stop calling them wings! They are a third of the size of a wing. The Tater tots are not good. The veggies were ok- but again did not appear to be freshly prepared. In addition to the food being mediocre, the place was not clean. It appeared that a table left a mess and no one wanted to clean the mess up. It was not a good look. Needless to say-- This spot is not on my top list of places for wings.

Sometimes I'm in the mood for chicken strips, but I won't be back here if I am. These were the tiniest, most flavorless little chicken strips I've had yet. Do better Wing Factory. Two stars for the friendly service at least, but overall I was robbed, lol!

This is my brother's spot and it has now become my brother, mom's, and my hangout spot. We love coming here to hang out especially to watch Saturday and Sunday games. I always get wings and a turkey burger because they make a good one! Not many places can! For this to be a bar with most bar food being standard, the bar food is actually really really good. The wings are ALWAYS juicy, and fried to perfection and a definite must have. The wings come with celery and carrots which is always a plus for me (and my mom lol). The food portions are huge and you're going to be full, and if not, the prices are reasonable so indulge if needed.The drinks are great and their specials are the same. Lots of TVs, great service with great servers and bartenders, a real down-to-earth, chill environment. I see why my brother loves this place.

This place is terrible. The chicken was over cooked and seemed old. Maybe they double cooked it? The fry grease was old and the French fries tasted burnt. Service was slow and items were missing. The waitress took way too long to replace the missing items. The ambiance was good. Sports themed. Nice.

Great! Food & Customer service amazing! Came here before a braves game & it was a perfect experience. Greeted & Seated as soon as we entered. Pleasant & polite black male waited on us and continued to check back in . Prices are very affordable. When in the area , we will return. My kids love rating places and they both gave this establishment a 10/10 & I could only agree.

What a great find! The wings were amazing. Got the Garlic/Parmesan & Teriyaki and they were so delicious we asked our great waiter Curtis to recommend his favorite which were spacey with 3 spices. Also really good Margaritas. 5 stars on this review!! We're coming back soon!
