This little (emphasis on little) speakeasy is as darling as everyone talks about. Dark, historic vibes inside, and you enter through a bookshelf door. A great place for drinks and apps before heading out for dinner. Bartender was incredibly knowledgeable about all things drinks and blends. I ordered a bartenders choice and it did not disappoint. I also had a cocktail with coffee, and it was equally as good. The fries are to die for. Get the malt version, you won't regret it. I can see why this place takes reservations and has a two hour time limit. The seating isn't plenty compared to many places, but so worth the wait once you get your reservation.

We had to make a reservation about a month in advance; it's a small yet quaint place with comfortable booths, dim lighting, and a cozy vibe. You enter through a bookshelf, which gives it a nice speakeasy vibe. The service was great; the waiter came by often, our glasses were frequently refilled, and he seemed like a really nice and helpful guy.I ordered a mocktail, Windowshopper, which was delicious. My husband ordered a Penicillin which was really good and smelled yummy. The drinks were great and I'd up for trying others; but we're not huge drinkers hence just trying the two.The food was ok. My hubby ordered bone marrow and it had a LOT of it; he was really shocked by the quantity and said it was delicious. I didn't try it. We also had a burger which was good but a bit too fatty/bland; initially the first few bites were good but then it was just too much. The fries came with some kind of sweet drizzle with I wasn't a fan of. We also ordered the Biscoff Cheesecake based on a review I saw from someone else; but unfortunately it was unbearably sweet so we could only have like one bite each. Thankfully it came with really good vanilla ice cream which made up for it.Overall, I liked the place, we'd try some of the other drinks, but I would probably eat somewhere else.

Great speak easy. The first time I tried to go in Denver I didn't even go to the right place and thought I was at Williams and Graham. That's what I want from a speakeasy. If it's too easy to find is it truly even a speakeasy?!The drinks were great and the atmosphere was how I pictured it as well

So good I had to come back when I was in town! Sadly, the entrance was less hidden / bookstore esque from my first time here. It used to have bookshelves you could peruse until your time slot, but they were poppin when we arrived, so I'm guessing that had to change for easier service and slow. Still hidden away, and still excellent service. We tried quite a bit of food this time around: biscoff cheesecake 10/10! Old bay fries 6/10, deviled egg 6/10. All of the cocktails were 10/10. Our waitress was very mindful of all of our allergies. Such an intimate little spot, great for cocktails and a light bite.

I was recommended this speakeasy from a bartender working at a different speakeasy. And this is probably your go-to speakeasy if you're in the denver area. From entering through the "hidden" door to the curated selection at the bar with the simple welcome cocktail, this was a great experience. I did the bartender's choice twice and both times I was met with a pleasant cocktail that suited my taste with the spirits and associated ingredients meshing well together. I also asked the bartender to repeat my drink composition midway through drink so I can take notes. I was unsure if he'd remember but even after making 10+ drinks and some time later he was able to re-state all the ingredients. For $18 especially this was a great drink and experience that I would not mind paying for again.

Great cocktails!! I love an egg white sour but wanted something more interesting so I left it to the bartender's choice and they did not disappoint. The food was good as well, but next time will focus fully on the cocktails.

this will forever be one of my favorites! In my opinion best bone marrow in the city. The ambiance is amazing, cocktails are always fantastic and the bartenders are so talented and remember you by name. Highly recommend on all levels!

This was a fun little speakeasy to take out of town friends to. We didn't live far from it, so we Uber scootered there. It was a happening night and there was a little line out the door. I wasn't sure if we had to stand in line, since I have reservations. It seemed like everyone else didn't RSVP, so I went inside to let them know I was here. The lady at the counter just told me to wait and I wasn't sure inside or outside, because inside was very tiny. I eventually went outside and luckily the line didn't take long because left without knowing to RSVP. Owells. It was cool once we checked in because we're just facing a "book shelf". There's a small light in there letting the lady know when they're ready for the next group. It was pretty cool going thru the bookshelf, like I'm walking into a Harry Potter theme restaurant but more upscale of course. Definitely a lot louder inside, filled with people chatting the night away. Oh I chose the booth option when RSVPing and no random, which was great for the 4 of us. We had a bit more privacy and was able to hear each other. Our server was phenomenal of taking care of us that night. We all, but one, had the classic burger and the other had mac'n cheese with hatch chili. One of the tastiest burgers and very yummy and interesting basalmic fries - which was delish! The drinks were outstanding for everyone and for one that doesn't drink, I have no idea what they were. They just ordered the specials or customized their drink. Would love to come back and show other friends.

William & Graham is a premiere restaurant/cocktail lounge here in Denver. Entering through a hidden door, the vintage, dimly-lit, woody interior gives the place a fun yet sophisticated atmosphere. We ordered a bunch of cocktails, the burger and dessert. Everything was amazing. The waitstaff here are absolute professionals. Giving attentive service and good recommendations, the service here cannot be any better. I ordered my burger rare and it was delicious. The meat was very high quality and I loved the caramelized onion topping. I do not like cocktails but the ones here I actually enjoyed. Dessert was also very good. I really hope W&G can serve as a beacon to other restaurants in the nightlife scene as this was an excellent experience and they did a great job and creating a speakeasy atmosphere.
